The food was good... like always. My review is with the customer service. There is this one blonde young girl who works the drive thru always... and every time she doesn't greet you... she just like gives you this look to start your order. And she's always talking to her coworkers and not the guest. The few times she won't even put down her little menu flip card. I ordered a 6 piece nugget and she's like " I can't do that" I said " what? Why?" She said " I can do 5" I thought it was a joke so I laughed but it wasn't. And she said " so 5??" And I said " ohh you only have a 5 count not 6?" And she just stared and I said " oh yeah sorry 5 count" and she said " that's it" it wasn't a question it was like I'm done so you better be done. I think she's just a young girl who doesn't know about customer service yet.. but maybe she needs some training again. read more

Omg chick fil a was so bad and pricey for what it is. The strips r half the size it used to be. Nuggets r like 1/2-1/3 the size it used to be. The meat is hard and bland, no longer tasty and juicy like it used to be. The flavor is also not there anymore: MSG & salty. Crumb is overburned a bit. The fries are salty & bland tasting. I have a tremendous amount of patience, but this Chick-fil-A has me ready to start tossing nuggets at the building. We've been coming here over 6 years and through those years, they have forgotten items in our order over a dozen times. Tonight? $75 worth of food and they still managed to forget three fries and two 8-count nuggets. That's not a mistake, that's a skill. Here's the horrendously comedic recourse...their FAQ says "call the local store", except the local number shoots you straight into corporate phone purgatory, where if it's past 6pm West Coast time, you're told to call tomorrow. So your only real option is to get back in the car and drive down there...assuming you don't have, you know, a life. At this point we've probably lost hundreds in food over the years thanks to their Swiss cheese style of order checking. Chick-fil-A isn't cheap, and I shouldn't have to tear apart my bag in the drive thru like I'm defusing a bomb just to make sure I got what I paid for. Love the food, but we're done here. read more

My kids and us adults consistently get food poisoning here, one time it was so bad around Easter I called and the office said they'd credit my account - they didn't but I didn't want to call back because we didn't go for a long time after like 2 or 3 months. We have a lot of good experiences too, because my kids love the play area, the legit reason we come back, especially after the remodel. Today I will say my chicken mini honey butter buns were pretty dry. Please let the cooks know not to skimp on the brushing of honey butter on those because that really affects the taste of the minis. Don't have to put extra but don't skimp either cause the honey butter really makes those minis so great. Drive thru always fast and staff friendly & efficient. Orders accurate too. Oh 1 other thing I will say is that the hash browns here are sometimes not as crispy as they should be. Tried breakfast from Chick-fil-A for the first time on Saturday. Ordered the bacon breakfast biscuit meal with hashbrown nuggets and a drink. The food was good, much better than many fast food restaurants. The biscuit was excellent, buttery, light, and flaky. Lots of hashbrown nuggets, and a Dr pepper to drink. I don't drink coffee so judge me if you want to, I get my morning caffeine fix cold instead of hot. I was on my way to San Diego so I used the drive through. Unfortunately someone a few vehicles ahead of me must have made a huge order. They held up the line ordering and again picking up their food. But that's on them, not the restaurant or staff. Came here for my 1st Bingo morning that CFA was hosting. I've been wanting to come. Was able to get a mommie friend come join mee after I saw the IG post at 7 am. It was on a Tuesday morning 9-10 a.n. There were already about 7 woman in the dining room and the associate was setting up. Pretty fun hour enjoying my bfast and playing bingo. We played about 5 different games of Bingo. Winners were gifted guest cards to come back and enjoy a free shake. During the month of Valentines, the chicken biscuits are heart shaped. All Chick Fil A employees are very helpful and courteous but I have to give a shout out to Isabella who saw me going to get a high chair while holding my grandson. I was managing but she was sitting in the dinning area on her lunch break and without any hesitation she jumped up and took the high chair to my table. This absolutely stunning goddess of a woman told me she was holding my Spicy so she said to park but I couldn't see past the trash mansion a few minutes later this kid snuck up with the Spicy and had the audacity to insult my character and my driving by kindly offering to help me back out of the space I declined obviously and he asked if I was just gonna sit there and eat my Spicy and left me to eat the Spicy in peace This would never happen in New Jersey (10/10 Spicy, cleared my sinuses). read more

Pretty much worse chick fil a I have gone to. Every other location is so much more organized, quick and offer way better service. I ordered 10 minutes ahead of time to pick up breakfast. I arrived and there was an extremely long line in the drive thru so I parked to grab my food inside instead and waited in line to let the cashier know. Stood for fifteen minutes with multiple employees passing me by now offer of help or checking on my order. Just a bunch of young looking workers drinking there lattes and chatting with each other. I was disappointed to see such apathetic attitude from one of these locations when I always get great service. After fifteen minutes I finally caught one passing by to help me and they had my order sitting on the other side the entire time. My coffee was cold and sandwich luke warm. I would rather make the drive out and go to a better location. read more

For Grand Re-Opening you expect there to always be a bit of flaws and if you didn't well shame on you for high expectations. The lines were long but handled with a smile and grace when you got to the register I believe Vanessa helped us. The place looked amazing. The place was very busy from drive thru and inside the restaurant. The employees who were returners were training the newer employees with a smile. The new employees ( I believe his name was Jhonny) walking around asking if they needed anything, if he can help take their trash away or refill their drinks great job Johnny (I think that was his name new employee) you killed it with kindness To the three of you in drive-thru working the lines you did amazing we were in drive thru just to get to the parking lot and go inside, they handled the lines with grace. I'm not sure if it's just me but the last two times I went through drive-thru, I was asked to park. Now, the last time I was told to park, it was for a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and kids meal with chicken nuggets. I had no fries in the order. The car behind him also had to park, but they got their food before me (he had 4 bags of food, too). I got my order a few minutes later. When I got home, my sandwich had old lettuce and the food was cold! How is that possible when I was waiting? I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but when you're like the 10th car back with a small order, you'd think it would ready. read more

I like this location 8 minutes from my home...the staff is friendly and the new remodel is great. However there is absolutely no sense of urgency getting orders out. It is a special treat for me to get breakfast here once a month, so I order ahead via the app for pick up in the store and just state that I am already there so it will be ready when I get there-it never is! It's also a small order, one chicken mini meal, that's it. I am in a hurry to get to work on time-you would think ordering ahead would be the solution. So I went today and me and my family all ordered. We made 2 separate orders tho. One order came which was supposed to be 4 spicy deluxe sandwiches and 3 were meals. But one person was missing a sandwich and instead gave one of the sandwiches that the other part of my group ordered. So we told someone and he was nice and gave the sandwich that was missing. So they were eating and one person had a hair in her sandwich so she got disgusted and had to complain and get a refund. Then my order with the other part of the group took about 20-30 minutes when we ordered at the same time as the other group. So then they had to give us free dessert cards. So I drove back and went back inside to the counter. I told the staff member that there was no cheese and they left pickles on the sandwich (one sandwich was correct the other was not). Love chick fil a. Wonderful company, and love that they are closed on sundays. This location always has employees with a smile on their face and happy to help. The drive thru can get long at peak times, but they have it down pretty good. I don't mind waiting for good quality and great service. Tried their breakfast for the first time, ordered the bowl and hash browns. Hash browns are good, hot and crispy. Bowl had chicken cut up, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and a small amount of cheese. My only complaint was I wish there was more cheese. Chicken sandwiches are always juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Never had a bad sandwich yet. I don't care for their fries so I usually get Mac n cheese. They have the best Mac n cheese, it even has shredded cheese melted on top. So good! Lemonade is my go to drink here, it's fresh and tastes great. My favorite treat is a frosted lemonade. It's lemonade mixed with vanilla soft serve. It tastes like a 50/50 but instead of orange it's lemon. Delicious and perfect on a hot summer day! One of my favorite fast food places to go! read more
