Jersey's has the best pizza around in my opinion. I started going here in college and have been a fan ever since. The quality of the pizza keeps me coming back (I love their cashew pizza). Their garlic cheese bread is top notch too. I liked it so much we even had our wedding rehearsal dinner there! The pizza and hot wings are really good. The beer is cold. This is pretty much a do it yourself service model. The staff is obviously not interested in being here. Horrible service, I will never go here again. My son and I ordered an antipasta salad to eat there while we waited for our pizzas. The girl brought the salad to our table that was in one bowl. No plates, no forks, no napkins. She just put it down and left. What the heck? Then we waited, and waited, and waited. There were only 3 tables with customers when we came in. She said it would be 25 min for 2 med pizzas. It was more like 35-40 min...which included at least 5 minutes of the boxes sitting on top of oven, as if they were for someone who phone ordered. I watched them put the pizzas on top of oven, no one yelled out "pizzas up". Still only 3 tables of customers. They didn't notice we still had a number at our table? The pizza was just ok. They have really great pizza and spaghetti. In my opinion, it's the best pizza place in our area. I can tell they are using great quality of cheese. My son loves mozzarella cheese topping we get on top of the salad. The owner even remembers that my son loves their cheese and gives us some extra cheese when we order salad. Haven't been here in a while, and decided to check them out Sunday evening. Service was all right, but the food was hideous. Shocking because they used to be pretty decent. The anti-pasta salad was little more than a sloppy mess of lettuce, cheap lunch meat masquerading as turkey, and poor quality of pepperocinis and canned olives. The dressing was packaged and very mediocre. It was just a god awful messy mound of awful. I ordered a small pizza with canadian bacon and pineapple. The crust was definitely frozen and lacked any flavor or character. The toppings were very cheap in quality and the pineapple was obviously low end canned fruit. Husband and I tried this place for dinner on a Saturday night, mid- August 2017. Place had maybe 3 families dining in the restaurant at the time we went in to place our order. We went in around 8pm and ordered with a young cashier girl behind the counter. She appeared to be attentive, but midway through her taking our order, some guy from the back came out and interrupted her, appeared to be trying to take over her taking our order. It was an awkward exchange to watch as he was rude to her. She finished placing our order, and we came back in 40 minutes later to pick up our 2 pizzas. We got all the way home and realized they messed up our ordered (obviously the guy didn't show us our pizzas before walking out), they got our toppings wrong. Pizza was ehh. I ate 2 slices, and left the rest of my pizza. I figured I would heat it up the next day, pizza is always a good left over food, right? I never went back to that left over pizza. I just went to Jerseys Pizza today for lunch around 11:00. I ordered a lunch special which consisted of a slice of pizza, salad and a drink. One young laday took my order down and gave my ticket to another young lady and said she would ring me up. The other young lady who was blonde (I didn't catch her name) with a hat on proceeded to tell me my balance and I paid her with cash. I informed her that I wanted a lemonade for my drink because nobody asked and she said when she was done with everyone in line she would take care of me. I look back to see the line and out of nowhere there was one group of about 10 police officers and another group of around 8. I was the second person in the restaraunt and there was a lady eating a salad and a drink. I was a little taken back by the tone of the blonde but I sat down waiting for my drink and food. About 10 minutes later when everyone's order was taken the blonde came to my table brought me my lemonade and said she didn"t mean to sound rude. That was nice on her part but I was just trying to let her know what type of drink I wanted. As minutes go by I see the people behind me start to get there salads. I thought that was unfare but I did order a slice of pizza and that was probably holding up my order (boy was I wrong). Moments later they start bringing everyone there meals and I still had nothing on my plate. My initial thoughts were to get up and leave but I wanted to give them a chance to make it right. Well I'm here for more than 30 minutes sitting at my table with a drink in my hand and no food. The first young lady who took my order walks over to me and asks me what my order was and was taken back (They forgot my order) I ask her I would like to speak with the manager. I get up and walk over to the counter waiting for the manager. 2 minutes later the manager walks over to me and asks how he can help me. I ask him what his name is and he says Al and I give him my name and proceed to tell Al what I posted above and that I'm very disappointed with the service I received. At this point I'm expecting an apology, maybe with the line getting so busy they lost my order but No. He asks me what I ordered and I tell him at this moment I'm not interested in what i ordered but I'm interested in the service I received. He then starts to go through the pile of tickets looking for my order as I am talking to Him. I asked Al if he could look at me when I was talking rather than go fishing through the pile of tickets. He then tells me that he can hear me but I tell Al again that I would appreciate it if he could look at me so I know he is paying attention. He finally stops what he's doing and looks at me. He then tells me he will make this right and starts shuffling through the pile of tickets again. So after no apology and not being able to hold Al's attention I let him know that I will never come back here again and I will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know. As I was walking out he offered to give me my money back but at this point I just wanted to get out of there. Maybe I was a little hard on them but after an experience like this I think it was warranted. I just brought home a large pizza that was total crap. It was what you might call pizza goo!! It wasn't even cooked. Since the restaurant was taken over by new management the food has gone downhill. They claim the fresh mushrooms and onions leave a lot of moisture in the pizza. They need to stop making excuses and learn how to make pizzas. They may have gotten their liquor license back but their food has become substandard in the pizza industry. They can no more cook pizza than I can cook won ton. I love Jerseys pizza, and have for years. As a person who grew up in San Bernardino I have seen Jerseys go through many stages and a slew of employees. At times I stopped eating there because the service and pizza quality seemed to diminish as the establishment went through problems, while at the same time increasing their prices slightly. Luckily, Jerseys has now returned to its earlier glory. There are new owners, who have not changed the pizza recipe, the employees seem to be happier, AND they have their liquor license back!. The new owners did raise the prices, (when I was in high school six years ago, the pizza slice lunch special was $2, now it is $3) but the good quality of service and great quality of pizza has returned! RUDE and nickels and dimes for things. I have eaten here before, it was ok pizza, not great, not bad. The best thing about it WAS the deals, not anymore. They have gotton so stingy it is not funny. My husband and I went in there and where ordering a special they had with a pizza, salad and a pitcher of soda. The girl was extremely rude from the moment we walked in, but I was nice as usual and asked her, "Is there anyway we can pay extra and get beer instead?" She replied, "No!" I then said that we would just order the speical and then she asked, "What kind of dressing do you want on the salad?" and I replied, "Alot of ranch please." So she is ringing us up and I see that she puts an additional 50 cents on the bill. I asked her what it was for and she said rudely, "You said you wanted extra ranch." First off, to pay 50 cents for extra ranch is absurd to me when I can go next door to Staters and buy a jar for that much and second, she did not even tell us she was charging us for it. Not to mention the fact that they don't even make salad dressing, they just give you these gross little pre-made packets that you would expect to get at a cafeteria. I politely told her to cancel our order and that we would go elsewhere whereapon she said, "Fine" and let us walk out (note: not one person was in the place). The only thing I can say is what a horribly run place and how they where willing to loose a lifetime of business for being stingy with ranch dressing and furthermore being shady by trying to charge for it without telling us. An update: So we decided to give it another try, BIG mistake!!!! I had my graduation party there and it was the worst mistake ever. First of all, I get there 10 minutes early to set up and there are a bunch of slobs still in the room, now 10 minutes later my guests are arriving and these slobs are still in the room. They finally kicked the people out 10 minutes after my party was supposed to start. It was so annoying, my guests where just waiting while they cleaned up the mess from the slobs before us. So we didn't even get in the room until 20 minutes after I told my guests to get there. Fast forward toward the end of the party (they only let you have the room for 2 hours), and ten minutes until my party is do to end this rude family full of bratty kids come into the room and start playing games and trying to eat my cake! I could not believe they let these idiots in the room! I told the girl at the counter that it was rude, which she agreed and she finally kicked them out, but the damage was done, my party looked like a huge trashy party with all of the interruptions. The pizza is amazing!! better than papa johns, dominos, and ceasars. Fresh tons of toppings and HUGE! when they mean a large pizza they mean it :) which is more I can say for other chains. But of course this comes with a price, a little on the expensive side but totally worth it. Celebrated my daughters 16th birthday last night .. well I was a little sceptical after reading the reviews for the Redlands one in comparison to this one ,,it's looked as if the had much better deals ..but let me continue I came in about 2 weeks prior to my party date booked the " private room " which is 25 down ( refundable if you spend 100) asked the details which as far as I know are you can bring cake fruit and finger foods and you are guaranteed the room for 2 hours please my advice is walk in because people over the phone never have consistent details..I was able to come in and decorate about a 1 /2 hour early they were very nice expecially Brittney our cashier/ server ..we ordered the family special that was avaliable 1 large pizza 2 toppings a dinner salad and a pitcher of soda 23.59 plus taIx well my party was about 30 people so obviously that was easy to spend.. all in all nice time good food NEGATIVES: no accurate menu online for the San Bernardino location which is inconvenient ( also Redlands is cheaper) and the lack of servers on a Saturday night knowing very well there was a party booked..( looks like new management) my review is mostly for Brittney she did great for being new read more

Stopped by here with the family the other night and got their Monday pizza special along with cheese bread and a side of wings. Service and pizza were good and got to watch Monday night football on their TV while we ate. However, the bread was just ok and the wings were small and i think were covered in Tapatio hot sauce.
