CLOSED??? Temporarily??? This had been a long time favorite of mine. I had not been back in many years since moving fairly far away. My husband and I happened to be in the area yesterday and I looked it up- happy to see it was still there! However, we showed up around 4:45pm, and no lights were on. Looked pretty closed up. There were no hours on the door and everything on line said they should be open. Really wish they would update their hours online if they are still open. So disappointed that we missed it. I really like this pizza, they are always rather quick and everyone who I've ran into here has treated me so nice. What I like about it is that its not overly greasy and the meats and veggies taste fresh. There large pizzas are a good size and feed my whole family. Also there garlic cheese bread is huge even if you take the 1/2 order plus there sauce is soo good. The decor is a little outdated but the food makes up for it. I come here at least once a week. It's when our family night. or if we cancel then I have my friends meet me there. It's awesome because the new SBx bus line stops right in front of the place. or if you are coming from the south part of sb it's right across the street. great place to catch any game. They have two BIG tvs on either side of the restaurant. or if you just want family time and don't care about tv or sports and just pizza or pasta, well then they have room for you too. every intimate setting. I love the salads here. They are big and always fresh in my experience. they also have a ChORIZO PIZZA. that's one of my family favorites. Calzones are big so maybe you have a date to split one with? tasty though. Sally and G are the owners and mostly there all the time. Their sons help out from time to time. Always great people to talk to. They mostly have high schoolers working here from cajon. or just locals. I can't really complain about that. They are a key piece of our community. As long as I can remember I've been coming to this spot even before they owned it. I'm happy to see that it is thriving as well as it ever has. This place is so bad I can't believe I am even having to write a review. The only thing this place offered of value was their marinara sauce to dip in. Cheese bread nasty and flavorless, salad terrible and full of cheese. Their cheese flavorless, tried their chicken jalapeno pizza terrible, and their iced tea was clearly powder mix from the back room. Maybe I have to give them another shot, I usually go to places at least three times to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's a decent place , lots of video games in the back , not to many people there when I went , but the pizza was GOOD !!!!!

I walked into this establishment and instantly noticed it's very dated inside. I approached the counter and the Asian gentleman ( name unknown) was NOT friendly, acted as if I was a bother, mind you this is lunchtime. I ordered a lunch special which consisted of a two topping small pizza, small salad and a drink. The olives on the pizza were a second thought apparently because it was not baked into the pizza. The salad was old iceberg lettuce with some brown wilted lettuce and a ton of cheese on it. Doubt I will return in the future. read more

I have seen this pizza place for over a year already and never stepped inside. Last week, while shopping with my boys we could smell something delicious. We all agreed that we would make some time to try out their pizza. ***Fast forward Today (Friday) is the day... I decided to take my boys to this place. To the left is a door with plenty of seating to host a private party. The front area had 4 tables or so and a flat screen TV to watch a game. We sat sat in the back of the restaurant to the right which had 60 " TV. The walls were decorated with sports equipment. I don't think anyone has ever dusted that stuff... like ever! I mean the gross greasy thick dust. I couldn't get the thought out of my head (of one of those things blowing on my food)- The menu had the basic appetizers (hot wings, mozzarella, salads) Unfortunately, they didn't offer any specials or family deals. - I felt that their prices were too high. We decided on large cheese, small pepperoni pizza & a pitcher of lemonade the total $37.80! The pizza did taste good and had plenty of cheese (a little too much if you ask my boys). After we finished eating one of the owners came out to our table and thanked us for coming and she gave my boys a juice. I still don't think I will return. read more

I live very close to it. I thought I would give it a try since my other options near by are Pizza Hut or Domino's. This place looks like it could host large groups. I ordered a mini-pizza. It took about 15 minutes to get it. Staff was nice. The pizza itself was good, but it was not the best pizza. I think it may be overpriced for what it actually is. Overall, I do not think it was horrible, but I do not think it was the best, that is why I gave it a 3 star. This is some decent average pizza place. This is so sad in the past 2 months my daughter and I have come by once a week to chill n have pizza with beer. Until today! The food is great however the customer service by the owner was absolutely unacceptable! 1st off not have 1/2 of the beers advertised then forgetting to put in part of our order. Not sounding apologetic and just rude like it was no be deal. We ended up getting togo boxes and left. Definitely one of my all time favorite pizzas!! It's a great treat, but we tend to go for the more affordable pizzas on an average dinner night or for large gatherings due to their HIGH PRICES! Looks bigger outside than it actually is, seating is a bit odd, especially if you're trying to watch a game on the TV. Service is okay, not outstanding. Not the best pizza ever, but pretty good! Wings are pretty small but really good. Mozzarella sticks were good, just the right amount of meltiness. The two problems I have with this place is 1) when eating in, the parmesan cheese shakers smell AWFUL. Like the tops have been wiped down with a dirty, smelly dishrag and it seeped into the cheese. It took me a few minutes to realize what was making my pizza smell so terrible. Pulled another slice, didn't add cheese, and it was fine. Smelled the jar and it reeked. We decided take out was a better option from there on out and ordered out 3 more times since. That's where 2) comes in... prices are high, especially for what you get. The pizza is good, but basic, nothing spectacular. Ordered 2 two-topping pizzas and an order of wings. Most places that would be under $50. It came out to $69 and change. I thought I misheard until my card was ran. Either I was ripped off or they really charge that ridiculous amount for a couple of pizzas and some wings. If it were out of this world incredible pizza, it would be worth it, and don't get me wrong, it's good pizza, but not $70 good. If they come up with some specials, I might just head back. read more

This place has definitely gone downhill over the years. I use to come here a lot years ago. I've visited occasionally on and off since then, but never really satisfied. I wished for it to be what it once was, but it never lived up to expectations again. After a few months of not eating there, I decide to give it a try. Then I see this sign on the door saying that they were shut down by the health department, due to vermin.
