This isna small custom cake shop. The lead time on special orders about 4 to 6 weeks, if you want anything that is more special. The designs are alright and you pretty much can get whatever you want to an extent. The ordering was a combination between phone, text and online. The cost is on the higher side, for a small cake, the tastes was expected. The packaging was however lacking, they didn't even have a larger box to totally fit the cake. For the cost I would hope to get a properly sized box. Overall it is raally hard to review this place, on one hand things turned out well, but I am unsure if I would come here for a repeat experience. read more

I was a pastry chef for Wolfgang Puck for many years. So I have tried many many cakes in my time and I have to say this is by far the best cake I have ever had!! I'm not a fan of the whipped cream type of frosting on the outside but everything else was absolutely amazing! The cake is perfectly dense and moist and the cream filling is like a decadent chocolate mousse. I would definitely order from here again !!! read more

I have been buying custom cakes now consistently for probably the last 10 years. It's very challenging finding a person who does good customer relations mixed together with great pricing mixed together with just business aspects but actual great artistry and also food that won't make you sick. It is hard combination to come by so that being said it's hard for me to find a good cake person because either people are flakey or rude or overpriced or sketchy or the cake just isn't cute or it tastes sour or freezer burned. Jeseca was really professional and very nice and responded to all my messages and was very prompt. She met all of her promises and exceeded all of my expectations. Her prices are very reasonable and she's a very good artist. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend her to anyone. And again I've been ordering cakes from , home bakers to big chain bakers to people randomly found on yelp, and I have to say she is by far the best. I found her because I was in the shopping center at the dog groomers, and I noticed her door was ajar. I popped my head in just to find out if she was available for the date I needed, and I also did a quick glance on yelp and saw that she had great pictures. So I took a chance. thankfully, she was available on the date and time that I needed to pick up my cake. I know she's very busy and she is completely booked, but she did me the favor by squeezing me in. I guess you could tell I was desperate. I'm very thankful that I took a chance. Giving Jeseca's Creations 5 stars because she went above and beyond. I was in charge of getting a cake with less than 2 weeks notice. I called many places and sadly time was the issue. The owner was a little difficult to get a hold via phone during the weekday so we mostly contacted each other via text. She was receptive to our cake ideas and created a cake with a beautiful design. She informed us it took 4 hours to make the design and offered to load the cake to the car almost babying it. We could tell they were proud of their design. The NY yankee flavor was a bit sweet for my liking so if you perhaps I would request if it's possible to do cake tasting in the future. read more

Won't recommend this place. Once I spoke to the owner on the phone, she gave me a number where we exchanged text. She wanted me to deposit full amount way in advance. I just questioned that would she be refunding me if she isn't able to deliver. Stuff can happen. She just got rude about it and said I ll pass your order. Thats poor customer service. I just asked a question. She also didn't sound friendly when I spoke to her. So never got to the cake part! Can't comment on cake quality but service isn't great. read more

Always an awesome place to order your custom cake. They take social distancing seriously too. They will ask you to wait in the car and they will bring the cake out to you. Must wear mask, . I have been ordering cakes from Jeseca since 8 years ago. Today I ordered a Numberblock cake for my son. It was super awesome!! We loved the details and how moist her cake is. This is my second time ordering from Jeseca. She can be contacted by text, which is very convenient. This year I had a 9-inch Cinnamoroll cake done (not including topper). Just sent her a few screenshots of what I was looking for. The price is also reasonable. She has a lot of flavors to choose from. We chose the same flavor as last year: strawberry shortcake. It was for a friend and she said that they didn't cut the cake until 2 hours after receiving it, but it was still in excellent condition even though they didn't refrigerate it during the 2 hours. read more

Jeseca exceeded my expectations. The cake was absolutely gorgeous. Not only that, but it taste sooo good. I did the "see you in Paris" flavor.So many of my guests came back for seconds. Some shared a slice and then came back and got their own slice. I'm used to having cake left over but we barely had any left! Jeseca was so easy to communicate with and very kind. She has crafted beautiful, delicious cakes for all of our baby's birthdays, and each one has been nothing short of a masterpiece. The love and attention to detail that go into each cake make these moments even more special for our family. She's always been responsive via email. Our typical communications from sending proof of concept to taking the order gets finalised within a matter of hours. The flavors are divine and the decorations are always to our exact specifications. Wow! This review is long overdue. Jeseca's Creations has played such a key role in many life moments for my family and I. Jeseca created a cake and cupcakes for my wedding. My husband also got cupcakes from her shop to help celebrate our engagement. She made graduation cupcakes for myself and one of my sisters. She made cupcakes for a joint part for my mother and I. She made a custom cake for my sisters birthday as well. Jeseca is an amazing baker and I have appreciated her communication and efforts for every order I've done. The only thing I miss is being able to go into the shop, but i understand the reasons she has made that decision. I always get compliments about the cakes from their design to their taste. They offer a wide array of flavors for the cakes and they are sooo good. Pricing is great. She always communicates what is best for the cake and makes sure both you and her are on the same page. She's very kind and patient. During pick-up for my last cake that I ordered, I was given clear instructions for care and handling of the cake and they secured my cake for me in the car. Wonderful service. Found Jeseca Creations on help, it's extremely close to home, I reached out and gave an idea on a cake for my husband's birthday, with less than 2 week notice they were able to create my vision. Not only did it look good it taste even better. I purchased a strawberry short cake inside, with fresh strawberries. It was literally mouth watering. It is very hard to find a fondant cake that actually has good taste. I was very nervous of it tasting good being we chose black fondant, however it was finger licking good Thank you Jeseca and team for making my husband's birthday cake. We truly enjoyed every bite. This review is waaay overdue. Jeseca has been making cakes for my daughter for 9 years! I have 2 daughters now, it has become a tradition. I even order for my nieces and nephews, so I probably 3-4 times a year. I found Jeseca on Yelp when looking for a bakery for my sons first birthday cake. They were easy to reach via email, i sent her a picture of what i wanted and she was able to provide a quote and we setup a time to meet and do a tasting. It is a small bakery not much space but i guess that does matter since you are either picking up or just taking something to go. The have a variety of flavors to choose from. The only reason i am giving them four stars rather than five is because when we set up the tasting appointment she requested the flavors i wanted to try in advance yet she was not ready for me when i got there. However, our cake design was perfect and it was delicious! Our cake flavors consisted of Passionfruit, Neapolitan, and Jeseca's Signature. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to use Jeseca for all my future cake needs. read more

I was initially very impressed. our consultants on was great. She gave us a visible portfolio of work, spent time with us even though she was very busy and made us feel like we were the only customers present. I was so excited! My daughter was over the moon. Today We picked up the cake and I was disappointed. First of all the size of the cake was a lot smaller than I expected and it didn't look like I expected. Not only did she make excuses as to why the cake didn't meet my standards but she also made me pay for a candle that she could have given me for free since she knew I wasn't happy with he cake . I get it, as a customer she doesn't care about me specifically. If I never came back it's obvious she didn't care but I was angry and I didn't want my daughter to see me upset so I left. I hope the cake at least taste good. $50 for a mini cake is ridiculous but I like to support small business. This is not one I will support again. I recently ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was a huge hit! Jeseca was easy to work with and was straightforward with her opinion and pricing. It was easy to communicate via text the details and pictures of how I wanted it to look. She definitely delivered and it was exactly what I envisioned. But on top of that it was delicious! I ordered the strawberry shortcake and the cake was moist and the strawberries were fresh. I ordered a 12" tall good for 55 people but it could have fed more. I've worked with Jeseca twice now on cake orders for my boss. One was a personal cake order for my boss, one was a surprise cake order for my boss's birthday. These cakes are worth every penny! Not just for the taste and look of the cakes, but I swear the owner is one of the sweetest people I've ever met! She is communicative, and just so lovely to talk to. Jeseca created a stunning Bridal shower cake that was as delicious as it was beautiful! Was able to have different flavors for the different tiers. Selected Strawberry shortcake: sweet fresh strawberries embedded in French Buttercream and Raspberry Chambord: raspberry chambord cream and fresh raspberries. They were both delicious but the Raspberry Chambord was on another level and was my favorite. Jeseca was able to take my rough idea that changed over a month and create the most dramatic, gorgeous cake. She created a masterpiece that exceeded my expectations and delighted the bride-to-be and guests too. And the cake was perfectly packaged to travel in my car on a 100 degree day and arrive perfect and intact a half hour away! OMG is the best way to describe this place!! They helped me create the most beautiful cheetah cake for my mother's birthday! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE I KNOW. It had the same dense and dry sponge cake and was nothing like traditional tiramisu. I was really embarrassed and we couldn't finish it. I don't write these reviews lightly but I was extremely disappointed, will not return, and will not recommend.

*PLEASE READ* SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I would want to give Jeseca negative stars for how she interacts with her customers. I placed an order for a simple cake, and Jeseca messed up on the color of the letters and design of the cake. When I went to pick up the cake I told her the colors weren't what I asked and she CAME AT ME SO AGGRESSIVELY from the start. While I was explaining what I originally wanted, she had such a hard time understanding and constantly cut me off abruptly as if it was my fault when clearly it was a miscommunication. She was blaming me saying I told her certain details when I never did. I emailed a THOROUGH explanation for the cake and when they never responded, I called to confirm if I could place a custom cake order and that I had emailed her to which she responded that she saw the email but IT WAS TOO LONG TO READ WITH TOO MUCH INFORMATION so we ended up finalizing it over a call. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND ILL-MANNERED. I cannot emphasize this enough. She offered to redo the colors in a snappy tone but then got fed up and told me she would just give me a refund. If she had calmly and nicely offered to change the colors it would not have been a problem!! I was willing to give her some time and come back to pick it up, but the way she was talking to me, her attitude, and tone was unbelievable especially when I approached in her a calm manner. I have ordered from Jeseca before (attached below) and the handwriting on the cake to be honest looks like a child's handwriting and it's not even centered. However, I never complained about it and just accepted it because I knew it was busy and she took time to make this cake (or I hope so). I say "I hope so" because in our conversation she told me my cake is such a simple cake that she could've just made my cake half-heartedly and quickly but she decided to put time and effort into a simple cake.
