Seating is a little limited though and it can definitely get packed really fast, especially at night time. Think soft, pillowy, melt-in-your-mouth ice that's super light and refreshing. You really just have to try it for yourself. My favorite is getting the dole whip twist! The service is usually friendly and quick as well. The only negative experienced I had was during my most recent visit. An employee was taking our order and helping us at checkout, her male coworker chose that moment to point out that she had put something back wrong. There is a time and place for that type of conversation, and I don't think it should happen in front of customers.
