Manager is rude, and un willing to follow company warranty procedures…read more Wanted a refund on a radiator that went bad after 3 years/15k miles, because number one: the warranty states "refund of exchange" and number two: why would I want another one? I had the absolute blessing of dealing with the general manager (I'm assuming) Tim, after saying I wanted a refund he went a checked the date I bought it and immediately said "nope, can't do that" and I asked why? And he stated "I'm not giving you a refund on a product you've used for 3 years" without the context of the warranty info, that makes sense. I pointed out that the LIFETIME warranty states I am entitled to a refund. After asking where it says I can't have a refund MULTIPLE times and him saying no, he finally huffed and shook his head, pulled up the info and proceeded to scan over this 3 sentence warranty like his life depended on it. Finally saw I was correct, huffed, and got me my money. I was nothing but nice to him and I'm not sure what prompted him acting like a child. I used to work at the local auto shop and the service advisors there had bad experiences with him daily, stay away from this store.

Amber was extremely courteous, professional and most of all a Great human being! She knew my battery was too hot to be removed, but, she also knew I had to pick my daughter up from school and had no options...What did she do? She clocked out, jumped in her truck and took me to my kid's school to pick her up! Who does that these days....NO ONE! She then made sure we got my daughter home, took me back to the store and "she" changed out my battery and sent me on my way...All the while with a smile on her face and LOVE in her heart. I will never forget this and how she went out of her way (for a grown man) to help. It is people like her, we call, Angels. Thank you again Amber and keep doing what you do; I know only GOOD things are headed your way...And thank you AutoZone for hiring a beautiful soul like hers.

A gentleman came out greeted me in the parking lot guided me to where I needed to go and the service tax Sebastian the one that took care of me was especially polite and very quick. I was in and out within 15 minutes I'd give him a 10 star if I could.. The whole staff was nice. I definitely recommend coming here.
