We were trying to replace the pre-filter in our garage and one thing led to another, a plastic threaded fitting snapped while we were tightening it. We didnt want to spend the evening and at least the following morning whlithout water access. We called a few and JetPipe was the only one that could come within 40 minutes (it was Sunday evening). Nick from JetPipe Plumbing came on time and was very friendly. I brought him up to the shower that had an issue and he tested the water to see if it was draining (it wasn't). He proceeded to snake the drain and was able to pull up a a big blob of hair. He did it a few more times and pulled up a bit more. We ran the water for a while and tested the drain to make sure it was working as expected... and the snake cleared the blockage!
