My storm drain line with 6 holes have been clogged. After every storm the water flooded out the drain hole for 10-12 hours. A couple of weeks ago, i called Daniel to come for assessment and quote. He said for $1,100.00 with his commercial water jets and experiences he would confidently unclog all the holes AND do camera inspection to locate all the T sections where he suspected where clogging problem was so the next job would be installing cleanouts to facilitate the unclogging process. During this initial assessment i told him i know where the first two holes connecting to the main storm drain line but glueless where the rest of drain holes are connected to . That was why a camera inspection is needed and Daniel agreed to do it after clearing All the drain holes. The agreement was clear and understood by both of us so i did not bother to ask for written agreement (but did voice recorded). Danirk sent two guys the next day starting around 8:30am and told me by noon the entire job would finish. Two guys were working hard but by 1:00pm no progress made. The first two holes close the main drain line were still not clear! I felt for the guys and bought two big super buritoes and drinks for lunch as courtesy. Daniel them came by to help and was able to clear the clogging for the first two holes by 2-3:00pm. That was good news but the only one unfortunateky. I then encouraged Daniel that if they complete the job by unclogging the rest of drain holes and do camera inspection to locate T sections (dont have to clear it) i would pay him extra as courtesy. They did try hard still 5:00pm but were unable to unclog the rest of drainholes. Daniel did try to run the camera but gave it up around 6:30pm due to water and sud in the pipe. So Daniel told me he nees to stop today but promised to come back and run the camera per agreement and also to find out why water jetting did not work when everything is dry. But he wanted me to pay 1,100.00 now. I completely trust him andp did pay him 1,100.00 in cash. It turned out a big mistake! A week later i texted him to see if he could come back just for camera inspection , and i did not even require him to unclog the rest of holes per original agreement. He declined and said that he spent too much money for guyrs he hired , blamed that the rest of drain holes might not connect to exit drain line at all so i could not do it, and for video inspection would cost extra 300-400.00!!! I tried to remind him about original agreement and his promise that he would come back to finish camera inspection but he doubledowned his lie and trick by blaming me that i lied and tricked him instead. 3 'professional plumber' took 10 hours to unclog only two holes closest to the main drain line!!! then dishonor the agreement and blantantly played like a victim! 1,100.00 is nothing to me but i will pursue legitation against this guy as i do have surprise proof! read more

So my bathroom faucet broke and I sent a request for an estimate. So Yelp sent it to few business owners and I ended up with this one. This guy Hugo showed up and asked me which one needs replacement eventhough it's clear that I stated bathroom faucet. He was like "I thought it was kitchen faucet!" Anyway, he was like "Clear the stuff from the cabinet!" I was like, I guess since it's $120, he's not gonna do this stuff, okay!" He proceeds with fixing it, called me a few times to set the faucet straight and he completed the job. Paid and thanked the guy. Few days later, the faucet started moving and turning. Messaged the technician and was told he's coming the next day. Guess what? No show! Messaged again he said he got confused. I was like fine! Then he followed up with you should contact the office for rescheduling. I did. The owner I think responded with a call and reassurance and asked for pictures. He said, okay. I said okay what? He said I'll send someone. I said what time? No response. I'm up for helping local businesses since I know how to hustle myself too. But this kind of work ethics is unacceptable. We needed some help with our smart toilet installation. The space is tight and the existing steel water stub-out would hit the toilet body so it needs to be relocated somehow. Daniel was the 3rd plumber to troubleshoot my leak and he figured it out! He was patient and made sure the source was identified. He installed a new shower arm and regrouted the shower plate. He also did drywall work and made sure the spackling was done twice - drying in between. He took his time to do everything right and clean up when he was done.
