Called in and reached to Stefan (the owner) to have a softener installed as the quality of my water during shower based on the tests showed high content of calcium and elevated pH level. To my amazement they showed up within the next hour for a quote of the softener and mentioned a rebate with San Jose if replacing the Gas Water Heater to a Heat Pump Water Heater. Scheduled the installation the very next day and they finished by the end of the day. Both the softener and the New Water Heater got approved by the city. Wanted to share this earlier but was anticipating the city inspection. During the inspection itself Stefan stopped by with all necessary documents and explained everything that he and his team have done. The inspector passed the inspection within 10 minutes and had a little chat about the other work they have inspected for Jetpipe team, even the inspector recommended them for sewer re pipe, which I will be doing next with them. Our water heater was out. We called JetPipe Plumbing and they send a technician Stephan coming the next day. I originally thought we had to replace the heater (8+ years old). Stephan was awesome! He was patiently examine the water heater, diagnosed it to be a panel issue, helped us to reset the panel and recommended we don't need a new replacement.
