Good, but! We've had a jetride membership since before it was bought by Jetride i can tell you what's different. Currently the boats are being maintained ok so things have improved from the beginning. Previously the boats were allowed to be taken at a later hour now you must return by 4ish in the fall and 5 in the spring. If you are not an earlier riser this membership isn't for you. You must have the enhanced membership to be able to take the jet skis out. My biggest annoyance with Jet ride is the fuel prices. Some dockhands are reasonable and others tax you. It really depends on who's checking you out I've paid anywhere from $25 to $60 and always go to the same exact place. This tells me some dock hands are overcharging. The customer service has always been good. My membership price was increased by 200% which I thought was annoying. They claimed I was operating under previous company's agreement and didn't honor it. I've taken boats out of Northlake, Stuart, and Jupiter. Best experience was Stuart however that dock is tight you must be an experienced boater to take out of that location. Me & my family love JetRide! They made our move to Florida 10x as fun. The best way to experience everything South FL has to offer really is on the water, and JetRide makes it possible to get into the lifestyle without completely committing to the price & time it takes to own boats/jet skis. We try to go out multiple times a month and even bring our dog with us sometimes. The training was great and made us feel confident in navigating the waters and any situation that presents itself. The dock hands are super helpful whether that be with boating tips or where to go/avoid. Customer service does their absolute best to make sure everyone who wants a boat that day will have the opportunity to. People seem to complain a lot about the reservations being not available but if you go on the waitlist, you will get one most of the time. Whoever is complaining just didn't listen to the on-boarding instructions that well because with the advice they give, you truly do get the best boating experience whenever you want it. Was considering joining this club and set up a time to go. Was informed if I showed up before 5:30 that I would be fine. I talked the person at 12:40, and then let him know I was going to go. Here we go again... leaving a new review for the Jupiter location as I was just charged over $50 in gas to go to a nearby sandbar and back. The dockhands at JetRide are fantastic; however, JetRide has some operations that they need to optimize and improve. 1. Good luck getting 2 Jet Skiis, EVER: I've had 4 reservations in a row in which one of my two Skiis were cancelled due to limited availability. 2. Be careful with your Sales Person: When I originally signed up to JetRide I was told a weekend reservation is about 2-weeks out. The reality is that you need to plan at least 4-5 weeks in order to get a weekend reservation. 3. Fuel costs: I strongly believe JetRide is overcharging in fuel regularly. I've had 3-4 hour boat rides cost me $25 and a 1.5-hour boat ride cost me $40. They are always unhelpful when I call to confirm the amount of gas used. 4. You can often book a book last minute if you call JetRide. A lot of people cancel last minute, so if you call in, there is a good chance they'll have a boat available. However, this still makes it difficult to coordinate with friends. Overall, I've enjoyed my membership, but I won't be renewing once my contract is over. I've seen how several of my friends boat clubs are ran and JetRide has some room for improvement. Tip for the JetRide team: 1. Train your Sales Reps to be upfront and honest about lead times. 2. Provide the gas bill at the time of returning the boat, not days later. 3. Provide better customer service when boats are canceled or a member is inquiring about a service. I have reached out to Jetride multiple times about problems with boats I reserved, gas statements, being screamed at by employees on a recorded, and Jetride failing to uphold what was promised in the contract. I met with Saran (Director of Operations) on 9/21/21 at 9am and discussed all of these problems. I was told by him that he was brand new to the company and was aware of all of these problems which is why he was brought in. Saran viewed my videos of the boats that I was put on that would not plane, had engines that completely failed, radio's that didn't work, broken doors on vessels, electronics that didn't work including the bilge pumps, and the voice recordings of managers violating company policy on the phone with me. We came to a agreement that he would give me 2 months of free membership if I would take down the video's and voice recordings that I had posted online as a review and that if he was unable to fix the current problems we would cancel my contract without a cancellation fee. This meeting was also attend by Natalie Andino who was my witness for many of these problems while she was on the boat. The company seemed to be turning around for his first couple months. I am thinking it seemed that way because I used Jetride very little after that due to the cold temperatures of the water during the months of November 2021 - April 2022. When the weather became warmer and I was able to take boats out more again I noticed the same problems starting to happen. I called in multiple times for assistance with broken down boats, not enough life jackets when pulled over by the coast guard, no anchors for the boat, and gas charges that were not correct. On May 28th I took a boat out and drove it for 20min with the majority of that time being in a no wake zone in Tequesta and was charged $8.34 for the fuel I used. I returned on May 30 to the same dock, with the same people, and took out the same style boat for the exact same trip. After turning the boat in Jetride attempted to charge me $42.40 for fuel. I called in to see if they had billed me for someone else's gas by accident and was told they would investigate what happen and call me back. I waited for 3-4 days and did not hear back from a Jetride representative. I called back and spoke to representative and was told that a investigation had been done and that was the correct amount. I explained there was no way 6-7 gallons of gas was used and asked how the investigation was done. The representative informed me that they called the dock hand and he said that was the right amount. I once again stated that was not correct to speak to a manager. I was told one would call me back. I was contacted later that day by Marissa who said she was the manager and asked how she could help. I explained what happened again, but was unable to finish because she constantly interrupted me. I finally was able to ask her how they investigate and she lied to me. She claimed there is a electronic device on the boat the measures the used gas. Then continued to lie about the dock hands no longer using gas cans and filling the boats up at a local gas pump. When I told her I personally watched the dock hands use gas cans at that site and also had spoken to one who said they did not know what she was talking about when she said there was a electronic device on the boat that calculated the amount of gas used during the trips. At that point Marissa became very combative on the phone. I told here that when she spoke I did not interrupt her and would like the same treatment so I could ask some more questions. Marissa at that point got very upset and hung the phone up on me. I reached out to Saran with his personal number along with texting him and have not received a call back from him or any other Jetride representative. At this point I have cancelled all reservations I had previously made and will no longer be doing business with Jetride which is the agreement I had with Saran that Natalie Andino also witnessed. I am also asking for a refund for every month that I had a problem with a boat from Jetride which is very well documented on video and voice recordings. I currently do not have legal council and hopefully we can settle this without it. If I have not heard back from Jetride in one week about the cancellation of my contract as agreed upon by Saran, the refund for the many months I had to deal with broken boats, being screamed at by employees, and having to call in to have gas charges reversed I will be obtaining legal council from a close friend of mine who has personally been on the boat with me during many of these issues. I have sent a similar text message to Saran also stating these facts. Jetride also does not have permission to use any credit cards or banking information that I have provided at anytime unless I give them written permission after 6/9/22. I would give them zero stars if I could !!! That the worst experience I ever had. They charging $5000 a year promising unlimited excess for boat and jet skis. In reality you will be lucky to get reservation once a month. Once in the boat be ready for broken chairs, non working stereo, engine problem that ending up in towing back and so on... to top it all when you ask to speak to someone about the problems you will keep get lies and story's. Total rip off.... signed up for a 2 yr contract only to find out that I have to give them 60 days noticed before my 2yr contract expires. Otherwise, I have to stay another year. Tried canceling multiple times only to be told that i can payoff the remainder of the extension in full. I said how is my contract extended another the year without me agreeing or being notified. Their response it's in your contract clause. I pleaded with the rep stating no one ever mentioned automatic renewal. Can we work something out because I can't afford it anymore and payments may not be honored? If you have her response, we will send you to collection. I never heard of an automatic 1 year renewal on any contract, most contract convert to month to month but a whole year without an exit option. I should have known when most of the fuel costs were not reasonable and never consistent. They don't pump Gas at a pump they used gas container and wing the cost of fuel per trip. Stay away. 1 day fuel may be $20 and the following time the same trip same boat same distance cost $40. Don't do it. read more

This company is a scam. All they want is your money and can care less about you. Nothing on the contract about no refund of security deposit and they refuse to give it back. I used the membership 2 times in 18 months. Once comforted with (I Want to Cancel, please return my security deposit) They don't return calls and cancel your membership and don't refunds your money. You will be left at the dock with no boat, or they will call you 1 hour before your reservation and say " sorry but we need to service your boat" while you and your family are ready to go. Jetride has been a solid boat club for me over the last year. You do need to plan ahead with your reservations, but overall I am able to consistently get access to boats. I spent a lot of time comparing to other boat clubs and jetride had significantly less of a start up fee compared other boat clubs in my area, which was a huge determining factor for me to sign up. The majority of the boats have also been fairly new with normal wear and tear from people using them. read more

Jetride is not what they make it out to be by any means. There boats have governors on them to stop you at 20-30mph, have had 6-7 times when the boat I booked had a problem a ruined the one Saturday or Sunday I could finally book. There deckhands are not helpful they will send out out on a boat that they know has a problem. Example I went out on my birthday had 5 people with me on a Starcraft the boat went 12 mph and after all that frustration they said " yea we were surprised they have this in service still it has to much barnacles on it and has been slowing everyone down". Sadly this is not the only time I have heard them say this. If there's something wrong with the boat why would they let you take it. No longer a member here from this first post over a year ago it went even more downhill. There boats are all beat up last boat I took out didn't even have any speakers on it. If only there were fact checkers here on the reply from the owner like Facebook has..... go to freedom spend the extra month you won't regret it like I did. read more
