We tried Jet's because I had a Groupon that was too good of a deal to pass up and I love pizza. Jet's looks like your typical pizza joint: casual and with very little seating. We ordered a large alfredo chicken pizza and two Greek salads to split among 3 people. The alfredo chicken pizza was good, but tasted like your average alfredo sauce pizza... there was nothing unique about it. If I did not have the Groupon, it would cost $17... I would not pay that much for this pizza normally. The Greek salads were okay, but I did not love the dressing. The salads are a good size and we ended up having leftovers for another meal. To me, nothing about this place stuck out except for the price. You can find better specialty pizzas elsewhere for much cheaper. read more

Let me start by saying this is the first review I have ever left on anything! Jets has always been my favorite go to pizza place and they continue to prove why! Long story short they accidentally double made my order and the incredibly nice owner called me back in and gave me the second order for free!! Amazing hospitality and such a pleasant visit. I'm not a deep dish person. I personally love thin crust sliced NY style pizza. BUT, this deep dish pizza was delicious! It had the perfect crunch, sufficient toppings, and tasty cheese. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the cheesesteak sub with my order because I had to meet the $20 threshold. My fault in not understanding they put lettuce and tomatoes on the sub ( definitely not to my liking). I'm more of a steak, cheese, and grilled onions with mayo kind of eater--my fault for not making sure). Anyway look at the pictures for the real deal. I had a Groupon so I couldn't pass it up. Oops! Detroit style deep dish is the best. Try the BLT or the bbq chicken. The deep dish has a lot of bread, but it is crispy on the edges and it is so delicious. They have other crust styles, but I didn't try them. We could not stop talking about how good it was while we were eating it. read more

I moved to Apopka about 3 weeks ago and since my pots and pans were still in boxes I decided to order a pizza. I was thing new city why not try a new pizza place. Now this place knows how to make a pan pizza AKA Detroit style OMG so, so good; the wings are also every good. A few weeks ago, I stopped by at this location after hearing great things from a few friends about how good the pizza is here. The first impression was very good! I really enjoyed my food and have been yearning to go back ever since. I kept what I ordered fairly simple - I believe it was a small deep-dish pizza with tomatoes, onions & green peppers as toppings. I also ordered the "Turbo" crust flavor. The pizza was ready fairly quickly (5-10 minutes; I didn't keep track). I couldn't wait to get home to try it, so I sat down at a table and ate a few pieces right away. Everything was delicious! My friends were right. The pizza wasn't messy or exceedingly greasy. I devoured the leftovers the next day. The young woman who helped me during my visit was very polite and knowledgeable. She explained the different crust flavors to me (I told her that it was my first visit and that I didn't know much about the flavor options) and offered the free cheese toppings and other condiments. I am very impressed with her customer service skills. I didn't interact with any other employees. The inside of the shop appeared to be very well-maintained and clean. The large-format menu is viewable right near the ordering counter and there are signs/pictures throughout the shop that describe its services and food options. The dining area is somewhat small, but I'm guessing that the majority of the customers order to pick-up or for delivery. There still seems to be enough space for 5 or 6 groups to sit and eat, which is helpful during lunchtime. I ordered via Yelp for delivery around 9:50pm and paid via credit card onlone. Received a phone call shortly after telling me they stopped deliveries and I would have to change it for pick up. The person on the phone, Domonique, was very friendly when she called and professional. It makes it difficult for me to want to use Jet's for delivery if the experience will be inconsistent. My recommendation is update the online ordering on the website to stop delivery orders in advance to avoid disappointments. My recommendation to other patrons until that happens is to go old school and call before ordering. My credit card shows charged... hopefully I'll get a call in a few days with the reversal. read more

We were told about Jet's pizza from a friend downtown Orlando who raved about their food. I now must question my friend's taste buds or if they really suck at picking out good pizza joints. When we saw this place open at Hunt Club Corners we decided to get lunch there (carry out version); but I was left wondering who planned putting it at Hunt Club Corners? Which is completely saturated with Italian food. Within one mile you have FOUR REAL Italian restaurants, then to top that off you have four fast food pizza places along with one Papa Murphy's (which I don't consider either). Didn't any one do a market analysis of the area first? On with the food review. We ordered two Meatball subs, one small cheese pizza, one order of Sweet Chili chicken wings and one salad. They only offer bottled drinks which were standard prices compared to Domino's or PIzza Hut. The food was quick to arrive, about ten minutes, then we went home to eat. The wings were the best item on the menu. The sweet chili sauce was standard, but tasty. The wings must have been boiled, then frozen, then fried because the meat came right off the bones. The meatballs were very tasty and so was the sauce but the roll they put it on was completely soggy. I ended up eating the meatballs and sauce only; so did my wife. Totally unacceptable. The cheese pizza was lacking. The crust wasn't crunchy and while the cheese and sauce was very flavorful, all the cheese went to the center because the pizza didn't rise in the middle but the ends did. Forget the salad. It was nothing like the picture. I've had better salads at my daughters elementary cafeteria. Over all we won't be going back because we can do better with our two favorite Italian restaurants nearby to get real pizza made in a stone oven. Personally I like Papa Murphy's way better than this, heck, even Marco's pizza is better. Their food is completely normal fast food/pizza. I just can't see wanting to go get pizza there when I can get it elsewhere for the same amount of money but higher quality. read more

Tried Jets Pizza for the first time last night. I ordered the "4 Corner" which is a square deep dish pizza cut into.. well you guessed it, 4 corners. The pizza with one topping was less than $10. Make sure you order that free crust- (get it turbo style which is a combination of Butter,Garlic,Romano) the pizza looked harmless but was so filling, I couldn't finish my two corners! I placed my order when I got there and it only took about 10 mins.. even with at least 12 orders going out in that ten minutes. Easily the best pizza I've had in Orlando. Look, everyone is tired of those stupid thin floppy "NY style" pizzas... bleh. This pizza has substance! It may look like a Sicilian, but the crust is moist while being crispy. The sauce is sweeter and the spicy pepperoni is the kind that curls up with little burnt edges. If you buy the Groupon and then try to use it at this location, be advised, of the fine print. You can't use it with the specials. I ordered a large pizza and 8 wings on the phone and the guy said the total was 20 dollars and change. When I got there he said the Groupon couldn't be used with the special. I don't know of any other places that charge 30 dollars for 1 large pizza and an order of wings. I'll be asking Groupon for a refund and will not be back to Jets anytime soon. read more

The best pizza we have been able to find! The crust was flavorful and crisp, absorbing all of the toppings and cheese flavors, baked into a crispy fresh dough ( even after it cooled down). The sauce had a very traditional Italian flavor with herbs and spices. The cheese was real cheese not mixed with something else. Our sausage pizza was full of chunks of real sausage, not ground or sliced. The pepperoni had a little bite to it which made it my new favorite. The owner Ken was very down-to-earth and willing to go the extra mile for you. I can honestly say a party of flavors in your mouth!! We definitely will order again. read more

We don't eat cheese, so we ordered one pizza without cheese for our son. The day before the party, I went in and spoke to Nick, the owner, and confirmed our order. I asked him if I brought in vegan mozzarella if there was any possible way they would put in on for us, and Nick was more than happy to accommodate our request! I dropped of the cheese today before the party and the pizza arrived for our son's party and turned out PERFECT!! Everyone wanted to try our vegan cheese pizza because they looked so good! Took an hour to get a pizza delivered from less then 20 minutes away on a Monday night. When I called twice the staff couldn't tell me where my driver was because he didn't "sign himself out" correctly, but when I asked for the manager the second time I called...all of a sudden she knew where my pizza was at. (My original wait time and give to me as 30-40 minutes. Not 60). The manager was very apologetic. I did share that this was my first time ordering. The pizza was over cooked with some of the slices not having any sauce at all. I gave them two stars because the manager said she was sorry the Pizza was "10 minutes late". We had a deep dish with pepperoni and a hand tossed medium cheese. The hand tossed pizza was really good. It had just enough cheese and the cooked just right. The deep dish pepperoni was even better. The pizza dough is delicious, the sauce tastes great and you won't need extra cheese because they put plenty. My family loved the deep dish, we'll be back for the extra large next time. Got take-out from here last week, while on a business trip in Orlando. My friend and I were food poisoned by this place. Within less than an hour after eating pizza and antipasto salad, we both had to run for the bathroom! Thank goodness there were two bathrooms available. This place is pretty good. I was looking for a pizza that tasted like home back in RI and it was very close. We ordered the Sicilian style because I liked the way they put the cheese all the way to the end and how it crisps up.
