    Pepperoni pizza and fries
    Carolina C.

Pizza was good. Not enough sauce for my taste though. Fries were on point. Overall 3 stars. Don't think I'll be running to order from them again though.

    Calamari
    Karla P.

I've never left a review but this was a pretty disappointing delivery . $8 for calamari appetizer and we thought it was a joke when we received it. We called and they confirmed it's a dollar per calamari . If calamari is too expensive for them to sell , they probably should not have this on their menu. Very disappointing as we are a family of five and it was literally one piece sample for everyone

Haven't had pizza this good in awhile!! Best my style pizza in winter park! The crust perfect crisp, great amount of topping not too much not too lil and the nicest staff ever!!! The delivery guy an older Spanish man was great and whoever the girl operating the phone was the sweetest!!!

    Meatball Sub! Sooo delicious!
    Marissa M.

Best Meatball Sub I've ever had. Bread is warm fresh and lightly toasted. They don't drown the sub in marinara sauce, which I love because the bread doesn't end up soggy. I would ask for a little extra sauce on the side though. Marinara sauce is perfection!

    Shay S.

Pizza is saucey which I do like. But wasn't cut in equal pieces .. it's like they didn't even care. Chicken is very plain. Order lemon pepper and it was just sitting in mixture. Didn't take long to get our order

    Sad Onion Rings

I was excited to try this restaurant for the first time. And I must say I was a little bit disappointed. The ziti was good, although more sauce than pasta, the taste was definitely there. The garlic sauce wings, heavily oiled, but seasoned decently and had a good bite them. Not bad. However I was expecting a lot more when it came to the sides. I had ordered onion rings, that are priced at $5.50 and what I got was very upsetting. When I think onion rings I think of big, hot, round, crispy rings of deliciousness. And what I got were warm, tiny, soggy rings of dissatisfaction. And not even a good amount of them at that. Not sure if I'll try them again. But at least I know what I'm in for now.

It's supposed to be a sicilian pizza, but received a square cheese instead

This was our first time ordering from this place. Being former New Yorkers' my husband and I are always looking for good pizza here in Florida. We were in the mood for a sicilian and came across this place. To say we were extremely disappointed is an understatement. When we opened the box for the yummy thick pizza, this is what we received (see above photo). That is NOT a Sicilian pizza, that's a square regular cheese pizza. There is no way this place has any ties to NY what so ever otherwise they would've known that. So either please learn how to make a proper sicilian or just advertise "try a square pizza instead of round". Thank you

a half eaten pizza in a box

I asked for two pizzas one spinach one extra meat. The spinach pizza was basically a cheese pizza. The "extra" meat was barely any meat at all. This is the second time I have ordered from them and the second time they have messed up an order they were not willing to do much for their mistake so they lost a customer

From the moment the food hit the table, everything looked as good as it tasted. The Margherita pizza was outstanding--perfectly blistered wood-fired crust with a light, airy chew, fresh mozzarella, bright tomato sauce, and basil that let every ingredient shine. Simple, authentic, and executed flawlessly. The chicken sandwich was equally impressive. The chicken was crispy without being greasy, topped with fresh mozzarella and tomato on soft, fresh bread. Paired with perfectly seasoned crispy fries, it made for an excellent lunch. The espresso martini was the perfect finishing touch--smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced with a creamy foam that coffee lovers will appreciate. The outdoor patio on Park Avenue creates a relaxed atmosphere that's perfect for people-watching while enjoying an authentic Italian meal. Service was attentive without feeling rushed, and the quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite. If you're looking for some of the best wood-fired pizza in Central Florida, Prato is absolutely worth the visit. Whether you're stopping in for lunch, date night, or drinks with friends, it's easy to see why Prato has become a Winter Park favorite known for its modern Italian cuisine and lively atmosphere.

We were scheduled for a 5p Magical Dining experience that was for the outdoor patio and although we asked for indoor we were kindly told no despite the potential for rain in the forecast. They would talk to us if the rain became a problem they said. That was fine and understandable. What was ultimately troubling was the warning that did not come with sitting on the patio. There is clearly a bee problem here as multiple tables had multiple bees flying around them. As someone, as well as someone else in our party, are deathly allergic to bees and it made it very uncomfortable to enjoy our meal. Ultimately we asked for our food to go which the wait staff said they would look into. The wait staff attempted to keep it light hearted with jokes however we were very uncomfortable and could not enjoy anything especially with bees landing on our food and beverages. After a few minutes and some painstakingly moments with bees landing on us, the manager asked if we would like to move inside. We said sure but this should have been offered from the get go as they could clearly tell how uncomfortable we were. We moved inside and frankly we could not truly enjoy our meal after this experience. And to top it off, nothing on the meal was comped (including a soda that had to be replaced not once, not twice, but three times due to bees getting stuck in the soda bottle!). So if you have allergies to bees, BEE prepared and bring an EpiPen and don't expect much from the restaurant to be able to accommodate all of those outside. This was definitely a Nightmare Dining experience and was far from magical.
