Ordered four items for delivery from DoorDash. The 10 inch cheese pizza was OK. There was enough cheese. The crust is on the thinner side... But not super crispy. I did not appreciate the too many herbs used in the sauce but I am more of a bland, classic pizza person. To be clear, I don't mean that the pizza was spicy. It's just has a lot of Italian herbs - like maybe Italian seasoning, & oregano, etc. The two meatballs were amazingly XL. Husband said they very good & did not comment on the too many herbs situation I criticized. The fried mozzarella as shown in the photo is a large square. This decreases the ratio of the breading to the mozzarella. I prefer a higher breading content... So I wouldn't get this again. I think this is why most l restaurants make these in the classic mozzarella stick format. Served with a side of marinara. The bread knots were quite good. They were also XL. They are classic garlic knots. No idea why this restaurant chose this weird "bread knots" nomenclature. They are a bit crisp on the outside & super soft on the inside. These a small amount of oil, garlic, & Parmesan on top. I would prefer more garlic & oil but the husband liked as is. Served with a side of marinara. If ordered again, would ask for a side of garlic & oil for me. Mainly opted for this place for pizza. There are a lot of pizza places, so I doubt I'd order again. read more

PIZZA TIME! Right next to the movie theater is perfect for a quick fill up before a flick. Sold by the slice or by the pie, they also have calzones and salads as well as some cannoli for desert. We tried the standard pepperoni and the vegetarian which was basil, cheese and tomato. LOVED the veggie, I would totally get that one again. The seating is limited but there are a lot of indoor and outdoor seats if they are busy. The great thing about pizza is its a walking meal if it has to be. So good however. This place flies low on the radar. I don't see it winning many awards anywhere. But man, every time I come here, it is absolutely banging. I come here quite often while I'm loitering in WP Village for the annual Florida Film Festival. Sometimes the time in between movies is so small that the only option for food is a quick, warmed up slice to-go. Service is always fast and friendly, never had an issue there. The pizza is wonderful. Thin and crispy crust that holds up well to the toppings and folds nicely. Just enough cheese that leads to just enough of a grease drip. And the toppings are done to perfection. Good combinations, good amounts. It's just good. Overall, this place offers some of the best traditional pizza in the city. The parking is Winter Park Village expected, but if you order ahead of time you can pull to the valet across the street run and get your food with no hassle or worries The weekends get kind of packed in here so be prepared for that and the line may be long, but it moves quickly. The indoor seating is always clean, friendly, but grab a slice and go sit outside by the giant jet board and enjoy people watching.. The salads are crisp and delicious as well. I've had many different places across Central Florida & Daytona Beach, but this is by far the best place in Florida that I've tried. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni & a drink. A bit pricey, but overall it's a good value. The slices weren't too greasy & were easily foldable (the right way to enjoy slices like this). The garlic knots, I looked to see if all traces of garlic had slipped off into the sleeve they came in. No garlic chunks/slices/chops of any kind. No herbs. No parsley - nor even dried parsley seasoning on the garlic knots. The garlic knots looked like rolls that were dipped in oil. No taste whatsoever. This for $22 - extremely disappointing!!! It does not take much to season a cutlet and/or roll. You may ask, did I call to complain...for what?!?! It was my lunch break and I could not go back out to exchange or get something else! A very solid spot for a slice of pizza. There's not much in the way of fancy decorations or ambience, but the pizza is tasty and the people are friendly. Their pizza is NY style with some Sicilian slices. I like that the crust stands up under the weight of the toppings. It was preheated in their oven so it wasn't freshly made, but the taste was good, just basic. The garlic knots were soft, buttery and had a good amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese, but they honestly weren't the "best" I've ever had. 4 stars just because I wasn't "blown away". My husband and I visited this place after an appointment across the street. The staff was welcoming and patient as we made our choices. We order a white slice, a plain slice, 2 Sicilians and 1 chicken roll and a pepperoni roll all to go. We were rather shocked at the heafty price tag of $45 and some change. The slices of pizza were crispy and delicious. I appreciated that the white slice was not overly garlic tasting and the sauce on the plain slice held up better than the Sicilians which I found to be super salty. The rolls were good but the garlic topping on the pepperoni one was over the top. If you're a garlic lover I guess it's for you. We stopped by for a slice or two, it was 1:15, Saturday, July 29. Six different pizzas by the slice are available for purchase. When I asked about their Sicilian, I was told it was sold out. If this was 8:45 pm, I would understand. But this is lunch time. They are opened until 11:00 pm tonight. The young man who took our order and reluctantly answered questions about the food made me feel that we were wasting his time. I ordered a slice of Valdiano which is topped with Mozzarella,pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, meatballs, onions and mushrooms. When your pizza is ready they call out what you ordered and not who ordered it. This made for an uncomfortable experience as we mistakenly took the same pizza someone else had ordered. They were fine with it, but still. My slice had a thin crispy crust, but the toppings were warm at best. The dining room has about 10 tables. The front of house was clean and orderly. read more

I was recommended their Sicilian. I for some reason went with the Grandma Slice, which is really an upside down Sicilian. Fluffy, loaded with garlic a bit too heavy, but still a really nice fluffy slice. A fantastic top tier regular slice for Central Florida. Parking is terrible unless you get a space out front. Depends if it's busy or people are being annoying and parking in front without patronizing the restaurant. read more

Pizza is 3 stars but... the Eggplant Parmigiana is 5 stars! So we needed pizza (the family), and according to the ratings this place is pretty good. Well... I have to say that I found the pizza too thick and a little bit lacking on toppings. It just wasn't well distributed, as in the ratio was off. But luckily we got an eggplant parmigiana and it is probably the best I have ever had. So, in my opinion, I would go for the eggplant parmigiana only. OK, well, alright, the rolls were also good with the Valdiano sauce, although I am not sure what is in the sauce. Is it just tomatoes and garlic? It is so good, I sometimes feel there is an extra secret ingredient there... Whatever it is, it is really good (divine). Great food, friendly service. Unfortunately, not wearing masks. Person serving me food. No mask. Older guy behind the counter who looks like the owner/manager, no mask. No signage on the doors about masks or social distancing. I am very angry about this. I only get food to go. The LEAST you can do in a restaurant is wear a mask. If you don't wear a mask, you probably don't wash your hands, care about food safety, date your products, or generally care you the welfare of your customers. So, I assume this business prioritizes its politics over the safety of its community. And guess what, you lose business. You lost me. You lost everyone I know within earshot. What a wonderful pizza! I'll be honest, I didn't have much of an impression from the outside, even with the great reviews. But holy heck, what a killer pizza. We got half all the meats and half all the cheeses. I literally have nothing to nitpick. Crust was great, crispy but not crackery. Sauce was light, but flavorful and wonderful. Meats were amazing, had all of them and really came together well.
