I ordered online and was distracted enough to put in something incorrectly. This was completely my fault. When I realized this, they very kind staff offered to fix my mistake. I asked if they could just add the pizza I meant to order and I'd still pay for all of them. They did and my new pizza was added and ready in 10! I appreciate the staff being willing to fix something, even though it wasn't their fault. We ended up with 3 personal pizzas: pepperoni which was perfect, the veggie which is loaded with so much more than expected and delicious, and a cauliflower crust we got to test out which was a light alternative to regular dough and also good. Wow. Love to give it 5 stars. This place is small and definitely feels like my new go-to pizza place. The butcher shop pizza was phenomenal and the crazy Joey sandwich was out of this world. This is hands down the best pizza in Orlando. After living in Michigan and Chicago and trying deep dish pizza straight from its origins, I have to say, Bronx House does it better. Their sauce is superb, with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, and every ingredient they use screams quality. They've also come up with some incredible pizza combinations that are truly to die for. Beyond the pizza, they have what might be the best garlic knots I've ever had, I honestly crave them daily. Everything else on the menu is just as heavenly and made with care. To top it all off, the service is always spot on, and they even serve Italian beers and a rotating selection of craft brews. Wow! Shame on us for not trying this place sooner. We moved to Lake Mary five years ago and are always shopping at the Publix next door. Every time we drive by, this place is always packed. On a random Tuesday, we walked in when it wasn't too busy. We were self sat and ordered just one slice of the Popeye and a whole large pie of the Butcher Shop. Pizza was excellent. I must say I had to wait about five minutes more or less, but that was fine, once I left and came back in, my pizza was ready and I died. First time eating pizza from here after seeing all the positive reviews from Yelp and Google. We ordered a large cheese pizza and garlic knots. After we got home, I opened the box and it definitely looked like a NY style pizza. It tastes just like it too. It had the perfect amount of sauce and cheese and the texture really nailed the spot. The garlic knots were something else as it had a subtle yet flavorful punch of butter and garlic. It was light and fluffy and made you feel like you were not stuffing yourself. Went here on a recommendation from my daughter... I ordered the motor city Detroit style pie. I'm originally from NJ/NY and always craving a good pizza! I work for a Detroit based company and travel there often and was looking forward to tying this. First impressions: the pizza looked and smelled great. It's 6 good sized square pieces. Initial observations were that the toppings were very stingy and I would have loved a bit more cheese. Crust was nice buttery and crispy but honestly more like a Sicilian pie. Overall, the pizza is really good, just wish they went a little heavier on the toppings especially since the 6 slice pizza was $27. I ordered over the phone for pickup and service for both ordering and picking up was good, friendly and efficient. The vibe in this place is really cute. NY/Bronx themed subway decor. Clean and bright inside and good sized covered outdoor dining available. Overall I would say this was a really good experience, a bit on the pricey side but the pieces are big and filling. The hype on this place, for being mid at best. They really love their Parmesan. Like REALLY love it. If you aren't careful, your drink will have it. Well after the harrowing morning courtesy of Milton, we were pleasantly shocked to find this joint open. I am a pizza snob, so I'm hoping a joint named after my childhood home will "deliver." No table service today; order at the counter and they'd bring it to us when ready. BTW: only pizza available; no dinners or whatnot. We ordered a bottle of cab Sauvignon to wash away our problems and wash down our pie. Speaking of which, we ordered a "Big Al," which has red sauce, "mutz," sausage, pepperoni and banana peppers (we opted for none). I asked for it thin crust and well baked. Around 20 minutes later and out it came exactly as ordered. Queen Bee was actually shocked at how good this thing was! To me it was likewise, reminding me of what I'd normally find in a run of the mill NYC corner slice joint. Good quality ingredients portioned out in good ratios, plus a decent crust which was neither too bland nor doughy. I say it is definitely NOT typical Florida crap! While the decor wasn't really standout, it evoked something akin to what one might perceive as evoking "Da Bronx." At least the subway sign was accurate IRT recent vintage and Motown, classic rock and such were playing. We really needed a sit down wind down experience, which is why we stayed rather than carrying out, which is what I'd normally do from a joint like this. The atmosphere here doesn't deserve a $65 price tag. $35 for the wine (it was good at least) was overpriced along with a $24 pie... Did we like it? Yes, plus the fact that the counter girl as pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Would we return? I don't foresee being in this area again, so for me it's a moot point. However if a pizza to go is your aim while around the area, you could do a lot worse, or as one would hear back yonder: "woise!" read more

I would highly recommend the Bronx House to friends and family. After my great yelp experience I knew I had to bring my family here and it was right on par just like I imagined. I really can't choose between the salad the pizza or their wings because together they are a triple threat! Lake Mary-My New Yorker GF and I were shopping in this area and she was so excited to try this place out. I am a Californian and know absolutely nothing about New York style pizza. In fact, I haven't met a pizza, in Orlando that I have liked yet. So, if we go to try this New York style pizza. the first thing she ordered was a slice to eat while we were waiting for our to go order. I ordered the Department of sanitation pizza and the boogie down fries. My friend got a plain cheese pizza with added anchovies. Since she is the New York pizza connoisseur, I asked her what she thought of her single slice. She mentioned that the crust was not bubbly, like it should be. She also mentioned that the sauce was just OK. Our orders were up and we took our pizzas home. My combination pizza had plenty of goodies on it, although what they call sausage is some kind of sliced meat product. Not exactly sure what that is. A little offputting for me. The pizza was OK, nothing to get excited about. The fries had gravy, cheese, and resembled poutine. Very salty and not edible. Again, my review is from a California perspective. I enjoyed the Hot 97 pizza, which is a must for lovers of spice with the pepperoni, jalapeños, fried chicken, and hot honey!
