I was very dissatisfied with my pizza that i ordered. I sat on Jet's parking lot and I placed an order via text, ordering a deep dish 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 chicken bacon ranch pizza extra sauce on the pizza. It took about 25 minutes for my pizza to be made. My husband went inside to pick up our pizza. I looked at the pizza it appeared fine, BUT as soon as I got home,I looked at the pizza and it was so dry, and over cooked.It looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. I called the store to let them know that my pizza was dry and over cooked, the gentleman named Devin stated "i made your pizza and i know i put extra sauce on there. I made it how you asked, What do you want me to do?" The only thing that should've have been said was "I'm sorry your pizza was not made to your liking, i can offer a replacement." Instead I had to ask for a replacement. My husband and I drove back to pick up a new pizza that was made correctly this time, with extra sauce and not over cooked. I was not a fan of either of the pizzas as they lacked flavor. The sauce was bland, and the ranch was curdling because it was hot. This is an epic crust - doughy, pillowy and crispy around the edges - with light sauce, generous toppings and gooey cheese. I've never heard of a 4 corner pizza but it sounded like more of what I love: crispy and cheesy. I had my pizza delivered and it was HOT. Somebody is making sure those orders go out promptly (maybe because I ordered through the website?). And this pizza was so good! I tried but I could only eat 3 of the 4 corners. You can customize your crust. I chose butter and garlic (I was going for a Lou Malnotti's vibe) and it wasn't really a strong flavor but the crust was very good so I'll order it that way again. Love this place! Jet's pizza is unique in that they serve their pizzas "Detroit style" which consists of thick square crust and is similar to a deep dish. While known for their pizzas, I opted for their Jet's bread, which is basically cheesy garlic bread. I ordered it online and requested it be made crispy. While I didn't see anyone when I walked in the door, someone appeared very fast (I'm sure there's a bell or something that alerts when there's a customer) and she greeted me and asked how could she help. I informed her I was here to pick up an order for Chrissy. She pulled it out of the oven, I thanked her and went on my way. Before I left, I stopped at the station to the left which has complimentary parmesan and red pepper packets and napkins. I opened up the box abs was relieved it was exactly to my liking. It had the perfect amount of crisp, and the combo of butter and garlic made it smell divine! I couldn't wait to dive in but I at least wanted to get to my car! The smells of Jet's remind me of an almost extinct Little Caesars but ten times better! This location always has friendly attendants and makes great food. Detroit style pizza. Not the easiest thing to find when the city that you live in is famous for its own pizza style. However, I was curious about Jet's and was surprised to see this on their menu. The setup of the restaurant was convenient. It looked like you were supposed to go in one way and out the other. I saw some customers go back out the way that they came in though, so maybe taking the path that I saw was optional or completely fictional in my head. The staff was nice and my order was ready when I got there with no wait! I used the ordering online option. There was also the option to text but it wasn't as seamless as it seemed. . . The pizza itself was okay. Honestly, I'm not exactly sure of what I was expecting. It was good - but nothing that made me say wow! I would visit them again though to try some of their other styles. If you're in the mood to try something new and different from the usual places, I'd say that this place is at least worth checking out. read more

While residents of Florida we were regulars for snagging Jets on our "Friday night, Pizza night" tradition. Tonight we drove a bit to try this Jets and the food was spot on "Jets Pizza", consistent with their brand. The Bad: we saw on previous reviews there once was a soda fountain for dine in customers... though staff told us these have all now been removed. So, kind of a bummer not having that feature. When ordering by phone a machine offers to help, though only at the end does it tell you payment must be made by phone, with their text message system. Kind of annoying when you're in the car, driving there and you forfeit the 15% discount if you get transferred to a human. Pay at pickup should definitely be an option... who's to say I don't want to spontaneously add in a 2 liter on arrival? The Good: Our order was ready (early) when we arrived, the seating was plentiful, the place was clean and the man working the counter was very pleasant and helpful in offering us some paper plates to use there. On this visit we ordered their round pizza, though the Jets corner pizza is also awesome! This location is worth a visit if you like Jets! read more

Fri night my husband ordered from them they ended up using a door dash driver to deliver his food and they didn't have the salad he paid for he had to stay outside where he was staying so by the time he got the salad and was able to sit and eat the pizza was cold (he had called them when the driver left to get the salad) while she was there the workers were talking bad about him while customers are in the store (bad thing to do) So I called them and talked to Josh and told him what happened and what was going on and he apologized and told me he'd put a $15 credit on the phone number, my husband decided he wanted the same thing the next evening so I called then was told it would be ready in 20 minutes I waited and got there and it should have been done but it wasn't even started yet...and then when they had asked me for the payment I told them that there was to be a credit on there and there wasn't (so Josh lied to me) ...but the manager on duty that evening did give me the credit so I thanked them. Dinner review... wanted pizza did not want the "norm" went with a suggestion from someone, won't do that again. Hee heee Ordered Jet's Pizza for the first time ever. Called, placed the order and asked where exactly they are located. I asked if they are east of Dierbergs on Olive. I was told yes. Went where I thought it was, nope not there. Called back and that is when it went horribly wrong.. the gentleman that answered the phone told me they were on Olive, well I knew that. He continued to tell me across the street is a Smoothy King and a grocery store but he had no idea what grocery store. I asked where compared to 270. He told me they are off 55. 55 WHAT THE HECK!!! 55 IS NO WHERE NEAR OLIVE!!! when I asked to speak to someone who knows where they are he thought he put me on hold and started telling the people in the store that he was getting yelled at by a crazy B...CH on the phone. What he did not know is that I heard EVERY word. Finally a manager picked up the phone, I talked to her about my experience. She met me at the counter and kept apologizing. When I told her his behavior is unacceptable and even more so that her employees do not know where they work is just baffling! I'm a huge fan of Detroit style pan pizza. This is a very good value oriented place for take out. We haven't done delivery and since Covid shut down, picking it up and eating at home is just as easy. It especially works on a post-workweek Friday stay at home and decompress type of night. The crust is crispy and chewy, a tough combo to get right. There's just enough sauce and just enough toppings. The app gives you all the coupons you'll ever need and it was ready and waiting, hot out of the oven when I walked in. At heart, I'm still a thin crust, proved laden, crispy crust St Louis style pizza person. But this is a good alternative with good folks working there. If the store would have been a bit more comfortable to sit in, I'd give it 5 stars. By the way, it makes for great left overs, too. read more

My very first visit to JET. I've enjoyed them at events and it was time to go. It was awesome! Got the large deep square. Pepperoni and Sausage topping. There were plenty of toppings. It was a little greasy but that was expected and it was not too greasy. The crust was delicious. Crispy on the edges. Chewy but not doughy. I got the turbo which is garlic and cheese. That was unique and I enjoyed the flavor. The sauce was plentiful with a touch of sweetness while otherwise acidic. The cheese was good and not overwhelming. I look forward to returning. Jets really does offer something different to the typical St Louis Style pizza on a cracker with fake cheese approach. Despite eating a lot of pizza, somehow I had never come across Detroit Style, but this is different, tasty, and really a notch above carry out pizza. While I normally am a sucker for all-meat pizza, which we got and was solid. The real star was their Aloha BBQ pizza.
