Omg yum! It's hard for me to really enjoy a pizza, as I grew up in Chicago but this place is solid just wish it had a tiny more sauce. Nuggets were crispy and chicken wasn't dry. The ranch is phenomenal. The crust on the pizza was buttery and I enjoyed ever bite I took!! Go to jets! I'll be back for sure. read more

Got the Large 3-topping special Detroit Style, with Pepperoni, Sausage and Mushroom. Tangy sauce and just the right amount of it...stringy creamy cheese...the bake was perfect because the Pepp had just a bit of char and curled edges, large chunks of Sausage, and juicy Mushrooms...and the crust????....it's the star of the entire Pizza!!! The pizza is not bad. The service at the Florence, KY location on the night I went to pickup an online order was a train wreck. When I entered, there was a group of customers standing around waiting on orders. There was one young man running the cash register who was clearly flustered and did not seem to have any clue whose order was whose. Orders appeared to be ready however. He even offered to just give me an order free ?? The guy at the oven wasn't doing anything as far as I could see. Nothing coming out. After a little discussion, he located my order, I paid an left. Group still standing waiting on food when I went out the door. No "manager" in sight , or at least nobody was acting like one. Pizza was fine. Go figure. read more

Ordered online and after 2 hours it still had not arrived so we went to the store to pick it up and it still wasn't finished. Most chaotic place. I remember why we haven't ordered here for quite some time and thought we would give it another try but this is the last one. Ehn... I'm of two minds. On the one hand, Jets has really tasty pizza. True deep-dish, the cheese is always creamy, the crust is always soft and chewy, the sauces are always tangy and the sausage is generous and meaty. On the other, this whole package sits like a brick in your stomach. You can literally spoon the grease off the pizza if you try. I took off about a tablespoon from an eight-corner, one time. And once you eat your fill, your evening is DONE. I ordered pizza for the office when we were working late one night -big mistake. The plan was to eat and keep working -the result was we ate and wallowed around the office in gluttonous languor for an hour, and then went home. Serious management mistake. Four stars just on that, and I'd rate other Jets restaurants the same. This location gets knocked to three because of their delivery practices. I work in Covington. The Ft Wright Jets proudly advertises that they deliver in Covington. Happy day! So, I call them up an ask for delivery -"sure!" I'm in Covington -"no problem." Business is on 12th St -"ooh, sorry, we stop at 13th st." ...WTF??? So I offered to walk one block up and meet the driver on the street, since they wouldn't deliver to 12th. Nope, they wouldn't do that either. Now, Jets is right behind the WalMart pretty much at the corner of Highland Avenue and Madison Avenue. So, to deliver to 13th St, they're fighting through city streets and traffic lights every block all the way up Madison to service Uptown Covington, but they won't drive up Highland Ave/ Kyles Ln. and zip down the highway to service Downtown Covington? I guarantee it's faster to get to 5th street from the highway than it is getting to 15th through Latonia. So -1 star for stupid service. read more

About as good a pizza as you can get from a chain place. Certainly not the most healthy option (in fact, I'd suggest getting extra cheese on the deep dish--it makes it what it's really supposed to be) and the prices are a little higher than the average pizza chain, but I have no complaints on the quality. read more

NEVER AGAIN. Tonight was the last and final time we'll ever be ordering from Jet's. When we first moved to Northern Kentucky, we found Jet's and loved their pizza - and back then, felt like whomever was in charge of that store gave us consistent service so we happily became loyal customers. Now, however, it's been poor experience after poor experience. Tonight we placed an order and waited to the max estimate of our delivery time (as has been the usual) to receive our food which consisted of a pizza and order of breadsticks. Or at least it was SUPPOSED to. The driver got out our order only for us to find that the staff that took our order did not order us the breadsticks. We called to request the final part of our order, had to double check we weren't charged for it and was told we'd have to wait another 45-55 minutes to get our requested breadsticks - but hey, I get it, they're busy so we gritted our teeth, crossed our fingers and placed the order (which was another nightmare, worst employee to be handling phones - sounded sullen and barely there) and waited AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES before finally giving up and calling them back. I call to ask what's going on only to find out THEY NEVER PLACED THE ORDER. I had to go back and double check (again!) that I wasn't charged and finally told them not to bother trying to send out again. There are PLENTY of other pizza options in this area for me to be wasting my time and money on a pizza service that has consistently been absolutely poor in their management of taking our order and getting us our food. DO NOT ORDER from this place. Check out plenty of the other restaurants available because this one will not be worth a bit of your time and only end up being a giant headache for subpar food + service. read more

I've recently found Jet's in Fort Wright and I absolutely love it! I got a medium pizza for $7.99, it was everything I had hoped for and more!!! They have a great selection, you have to try the flavored crust!! I recommend the Turbo crust, it was the BOMB!!! read more

OMG this pizza is sooooo good! They have an '8-corner pizza' where each of the 8 pieces is a corner piece. Thick crunchy, garlicky crust, with toppings that are tasty and 'plenty',the price is not as cheap as some other places, but also not too high...hubby and I usually get at least three meals (or 2 and a good snack) out of one pizza. I am so disappointed! I've counted on this Jets location for hot fresh buttery crust and lots of sauce. Tonight didn't measure up. Deep dish pizza was severely over baked and had a topping we hadn't ordered. Sauce was scant so all in all the pizza was very unsatisfying. I'm sad! read more

Really tasty pizza, ours was delivery...not sure if Jets has an eat-in area.. My husband and I were not acquainted with Jet's Pizza till this week when we saw a delivery from Jets in our neighborhood. Looking for an additional pizza delivery option, we decided to try Jet's. The price was reasonable, delivery timely, and the pizza delicious, with a crispy,crunchy outside on a fabulous deep dish crust. We got xtra cheese and pepperoni, and were well fed and happy. I'm a fan of Jets Pizza as a whole but this location is awful. The last three times I've ordered have been as follows: Incorrect toppings, incorrect pizza size, omitted sauces. First, pizza is pretty good. Most of it is deep dish with some traditional and thin crust. Also, Jeet's have various other items on the menu. The quality of the food is very good. It is much better than Larosa's, Snappy's, Papa Johns, etc. The reason for the negative review is that Jets Pizza has gotten extremely expensive. A large cheese pizza and a large 2 topping was 36 bucks! Other competitors which are comparable in quality were charging 22 bucks for the same order. When I asked what their specials were, they could not tell me. I had to make random orders so he could type in in the system to determine if it was on sale. Finally, I gave up and ordered from another pizza place. Its a shame because Jets use to be a great "go to" pizza place. I think they have just priced themselves out of the market read more

Jet's came highly recommended by some of the locals in this area so immediately I was intrigued. When I think of pizza I want to spend my time with I think old school like Roundtable Pizza from back in the day and can get really grumpy when I have bad pizza. This was anything but! Fantastic pizza. First off, the guy I placed an order with went out of his way to find me coupons to take advantage of specials and was really nice and helpful for my first experience. At one point he quoted me 24$ for a Large Jets10 .. and that was WITH discount! But when I informed him we just wanted to try the pizza he found me what they call a deal at 12$ for a small Jets10. With tax it was 14.63$ and I almost had a huge problem with that except for the pizza was every bit worth it. Nice big chunks of toppings. The crust was thick and crunchy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside (twss). But the best part for me is the sauce, has a nice sweetness to it to cut into the saltiness of the sausage. 2 slices had me very full. Go get ya some Jet's today! read more

This location gets 3 stars, but Jet's pizza get 5 stars. This particular location is hit or miss on getting your order right. I've gone there many times and it's about 65/35 it'll be to your satisfaction vs not. Always check your order for accuracy before leaving the store or letting the delivery person walk away!!! BEST ZZZAAAA EVVVAAAA!!!! Seriously best zza ever, the pizza is always perfect for the temperature I like my zza pie to be. I found this place after I moved to the area from Los Angeles, California. Whilst trying to find a solid local sourced farm to table vegan eatery, (because you know it's always better to eat with "like minded" company). I stumbled upon this little family owned mom and pop Italian diner gem; nestled in a cozy Kentucky bluegrass valley, jets is the closest to Venice you can get minus the gondola and singing paddler... I walked into the establishment and was instantly greeted by two employees, whom I assume were the owners teenage children. I asked if they had a vegan pizza on their menu, they told me "no, sir we do not." They then proceeded to offer, FOR FREE!, a custom pizza for my needs. They had me try a meat lovers special...BEST ZZAA EVAAA!!! Seriously, WOW! Was I ever stupid for being vegan, like whoa was I missing out on life! In my opinion, not even worth one star but you have give at least a one star rating. Unfortunately, this place has turned into an absolute joke. Not sure what happened to this location over the past year but service is ridiculous and delivery is terrible. I hope whoever owns this franchise reads this posts (and similar posts written recently) so they understand how terrible this place is being managed. After the third time in past year that a delivery took over an hour we finally called and complained. We were told that the next pizza was free. Called tonight to redeem and told that pizza was free but still had to pay taxes and delivery! When I said that I paid taxes and delivery for last pizza that was delivered cold after an hour and a half kid on the phone he told me that "if I didn't want pay for taxes and delivery then I could just come and pick it up myself." Going forward I want to let Jet's know that I will be paying for every pizza my family eats - but Jet's will never get my business again. There are too many great pizza places in the NKY area to spend money with a company that does not appreciate my business. I suggest you do the same and spend your money elsewhere. read more
