This is a small chain pizza joint. They have an ample sized parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall. There is a table out front on the sidewalk that you can eat and they have a dining area with a television. It was Sunday when I went, so of course they had football on. They have pizza, calzones, breadsticks, wings, and a few other items on their menu. As far as pizzas go, they offer flavored crust, and you can get thin, NY style, cauliflower, gluten-free, and Detroit style deep dish, and hand tossed pies. The dining area was very clean. The customer service was top notch. I placed my order on line. I got a pepperoni and sausage deep dish pizza with a brownie. It was ready at the scheduled time and the guy working the counter was very friendly and welcoming. I got my pizza to-go and it was very tasty. It had flavorful ingredients and did not last long in the house. I highly recommend checking out this place. It is a chain pizza place with a local business style. I have ordered many times from this jets pizza and every time it is delicious and fresh and hot. Let me start by saying I usually take the time for pick, and it's ready in about 15 to 20 minutes even on busy nights. Sometimes, I order online and set my pickup time, and it's hot and ready and not dry or waiting under a lamp either type of fresh. I have ordered delivery twice total I. The last year and half I usually order on Friday or Saturday nights for either pick up or whatever. The longest I waited was about an hour the fastest about 35 minutes, and I'm not far from the location either. I have seen many reviews about long wait times but I also don't tip cheaply and understand traffic and they don't control how fast the delivery person is working especially trying to hold staff when people don't want to work right now. That being said larger pizza chains like domino's and pizza hut and papa John's have sent emails out to me as a customer asking me to be patient when extremely longer delivery times and shorter hour location as well as even some stores closing early or stopping delivery earlier in the nights. There are even promos to come get it because these delivery issues are common now. So when it comes to food, it is spot on delicious and great. My customer service has been nothing but great from this location. To each their own this was and is my own experience if you hate the long delivery time then I'd try just to carry out and if you say you don't have time I have a 3 month old at this point and I make time to take him with me as well. Save yourself anxiety and self-induced stress, pick up your pizza, or have patience for a longer delivery time until places are fully staffed like they used to be if they are ever again. read more

We had it delivered. It said it'd take an hour but we got it in 30 mins so that was awesome! It was hot too! We got a small buffalo chicken deep dish. It was 6 decent size pieces. We didn't think it'd be enough for 2 people so we ordered breadsticks but the pizza would've been plenty! You over estimate the fact they're thick. I wasn't super impressed with the breadsticks but I would definitely get the pizza again and would try other flavors as well. I'm a fan of deep dish. The pizza is fine. Not the best I've had but it's edible. The issue I have is with the delivery guy. He seemed polite enough but made my 16 year old daughter very uncomfortable as he couldn't stop staring at her chest long enough to give us our pizza and leave. I pre ordered pizza at 5pm for 7pm on 10/25/19... we arrived around 6:50 in case in was done early. It was not, it wasnt done at 7pm either. It was our first time ordering from Jet's. We got the deep dish sausage for some pizza eaters. And a deep dish 1/2 pepperoni and the other bbq sauce with pepperoni and pineapple. My opinion and my besties opinion favorite pizza was the bbq, pepperoni and pineapple. We also get the Jets bread. It had a strange taste to it. I asked to a regular baked pizza on both. All were baked excepted the one that was 1/2 and 1/2 the pepperoni side... I moved the toppings and found uncooked dough. I'm not sure how one side gets cooked and another side doesn't unless they have oven issues? (See pictures) We wont order again. The uncooked pizza is not cool. Spent $46.00 on pizza... when you can go to Little Ceaser and get the same type of pizza and the dough is cooked and they have cheese dip for the bread options! And it'll cost you less than $20 bucks. Little Ceaser wins over Jet's. That might sound horrible but I am picky about pizza and for the cost, quality etc... Jet's just does NOT measure up. read more

It's been a few years since we ordered their pizza. I don't think we will be getting pizza from them again. The extremely poor experience we had recently pretty much seals the deal. They basically gave us the run around during the whole discombobulated ordeal and were very sketchy about the time of the delivery after we called about our pizza several times. Our pizza ended up being an hour + late. At one point during our inquiry about where it was, they said they could cancel our order so we would get nothing. Completely ridiculous, unacceptable and unbelievable. Then after the final call, we finally ended up getting the pizza, but the driver acted odd and *clueless* as well. The pizza was not even close to being hot at that point. Their customer service/management is unorganized, illogical and inefficient. The manager apologized and assured us that they wouldn't charge us when we discussed the issue during the final inquiry, but they DID end up charging us when we noticed the debit went through a few days later. Again,.. unbelievable as well as revolting. Unless you like being hung out to dry, my advice would be to go somewhere else, because there's much much better pizza out there without major flaky hassle and deception involved. read more

Did not receive the wings we ordered. Called the store. Was told the driver was already back. There was no way he was even out of the apartment parking lot. Was then told they called the wrong driver and to hold on a minutes. Said they couldn't get our wings to us for a long time because they were so busy. Although I have never been Inside the actual shop, I am always sort of afraid to call this location. Every single time I've called, they sound like angry truck drivers who got their sleep disturbed. It's really off putting. Additionally I have never been told that it's going to be less than 45 min to an hour for delivery. Once I get over my initial fear from Mr. Whaddyawant? I place my order and the pizza itself is always pretty amazing!! If you like a thick deep dish pizza, you HAVE to try the deep dish here! Every corner crunchy, and every slice thick. A few days ago I saw a few friends eating Jets Pizza. I was very intrigued and decided after receiving multiple coupons to my house that would go and visit. the store was very very clean. So clean that I think that I could probably eat off the floor. the store owner greeted me with warm words and explained the menu. I decided to get two small pizzas; one for myself and one for my husband. The pizza I had - deep dish, all meaty - was very good. I could taste all the smoke on the bacon and the ingredients were really fresh. The pizza was even good as leftovers for lunch the next day. Now the price was a little steep. I have never paid $21 for two small personal pan pizzas in my lifetime. The pizza was good however I'm just not really sure if it was quite worth the price. To justify things, I take in consideration that they are smaller business and their prices are a little higher than what you expect.
