First time I came here I got pizza to go. We didn't care for that pizza too much, I don't know if I ordered the wrong thing the last time but this time it was so much better. We did eat in this time. I also ordered 1/2 Cheese Louise and 1/2 Slaughterhouse Five. I ate the Cheese Louise and it was delicious. So cheesy with a crisp crust. Definitely would order this combo again. Update. They've really gone way downhill. Hardly any sauce.. and that's with us asking for heavy sauce. Not as much toppings as before either. The pizza was over cooked with burnt crust on 1/2 of it. This pizza was nothing like the first time we ordered it. The 12" pizza slices are small enough for a toddler to hold and could easily eat a few pieces of. Very disappointing. If I had to plan out my very last meal, pizza from Jockamo's would be near the top of my list. Their pizzas are absolutely incredible--their Cheese Louise and Slaughterhouse 5 being my favorite. They also have a very tasty spicy marinara dip that makes an excellent starter. The only downside is that every time I visit, they're super busy, so I recommend either ordering food for takeout or budgeting your time so you have enough time to wait to be seated. Great spot for some truly amazing and unique pizza options! We went here for a Greenwood book club (which meets here monthly and orders pizza which is a win win in my book...literature humor). The staff was friendly and quite efficient for our large group and had a great attitude. Orders were taken quickly and for the rush it was quickly made as well in my opinion, hardly any time to wait at all! Well done! We loved that they have vegan options for cheese and sausages as well as gluten free crust options too. We got a mostly veggie one with goat's cheese that had a tangy sauce and some great flavors. I was so pleasantly surprised to go in on a Saturday night and not have to wait. I love that they have gluten free options. I really wanted to try their new Carolina pizza, but the Thai chicken was calling my name. Although I adore a good Thai chicken pizza, it was overload to only have that. Next time I would share with someone or do half/half option. After two slices with that peanut sauce I was peanuted out. Gluten free pizzas they are always better the moment they're made. Eating it after a few days really cuts down on the quality as it becomes much more soggy. Service here was excellent! read more

Well I have ate their pizzas and salads as dine in and placed orders for deliveries but I find it very good when join dine in but ordering online or on phone always gets me a bad order. Either burnt pizza, or no instructions met. I tried tipping high and still fails miserably on take out orders. They need better customer service for take out and they need to monitor food quality being sent out. We pay 50 dollars for one pizza and not worth half that when ordering out. read more

Great pizza place. Kind of a cool bohemian artsy look and feel. Great service. Very friendly hostess and server. They made sure we had drinks, boxes and got the food out quickly. The food was great. We started with salad. My wife got a simple salad (lettuce and tomato) and I got the house salad lettuce, tomato, black olives, cucumber, onion and tons of Parmesan cheese with a really good honey mustard dressing. For dinner we got a pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza. It was awesome! Super crispy crust with lots of slightly spicy sauce and tons of toppings. Price was reasonable. The issue right now is that there is pretty major road construction in front of the place but the restaurant was still accessible and definitely worth the extra effort to get there. read more

As a new resident of indianapolis, I had to sort out top 15 pizza places and try them out. 1st in list jocomo upper crust at greenwood. Ambience is very nice. You will see family, extended family, couples etc enjoying their food. I prefer veg pizza so we ordered a carpese pizza, jocomo spl pizza. Pizza looked good. However it was not ny style or italian like pizza. Crust was thick. Some how the pizzas were simple but i couldnt appreciate the taste. The smell of sauce, cheese didnt go well. The wife and I just spent an hour and a half waiting for our pizza. Our waiter was great, he constantly checked on us and apologized for the wait. After 45 minutes passed, a girl from the kitchen brought us a pizza that was not ours. After another 45 minutes and more apologies from our waiter, other waiters and customers we got our pizza. the edges and bottom were burnt black. Our waiter offered to fix another pizza. Since I am a diabetic, I needed to eat. I had them put the burnt pizza in a box to take home. I could at least eat the toppings, but we still had to pay for a drink and 3 breadsticks. Happen to be up in the area one day this weekend & couldn't NOT stop to grab a pizza on my way home. I called in a to-go order on Sunday around 6:00pm. They said my pizza would be ready in about 25 minutes. When I got to Jockomo their outside patio was filled & the inside had very few open tables. Luckily I was just picking up a to-go pizza. My pizza made the 1.5 hour drive home. And it was amazing. I have only had the Thai pizza once before & I am very happy to say this time was just as amazing as I remember tasting it for the first time. I cannot recommend the Thai pizza enough. It's so unique. Definitely cannot find it or something like it anywhere else. They really know what they are doing with that pizza. The Slaughterhouse Five did not disappoint. Juicy meats. Tasty in flavor. Perfect for people who love all of the meats. Really wish we had a Jockomo in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area. I need Thai pizza in my life on a more frequent basis! read more

I just left Jockamo Pizza. My husband ordered a pizza and stepson ordered a pizza. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Not sure what it was but it wasn't a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. First of all there was no bacon on sandwich, the processed piece of chicken was probably heated in microwave. I asked to be warmed up. Sandwich tasted horrible. I tend to be picky where pizza is concerned, but Jockamos has not let me down! We always get the breadsticks with the creamy parmesan dipping sauce...so good!! We don't even get a second sauce! And we always order the Dillinger Pizza. It's not your typical pepperoni and sausage. And it's loaded with flavor! I really love that the pizzas have thin, crispy crusts. They have both draft and canned beer. The draft is mostly local, which is good, but there's not a big selection. Got an order of breadsticks and a cheese pizza. The breadsticks were decent even though just like a lot of pizza places they were literally just bread sticks. Not really any flavoring to them. Also it's kind of weird they don't offer garlic as a dipping sauce. The pizza was okay. I liked the crust, but the cheese fell off too easily and there was a little too much sauce. So good! We stopped in after the Halloween parade in downtown Greenwood. It was so packed since everyone had the same idea but the service was still great. The servers stopped by frequently to check on us and see if we needed refills. I appreciated that you could order half and half pizzas since it was so hard to decide. We had a half Greek half Taco pizza. The crust was thin but still held up to all the toppings. I've never had avocado on pizza before but it was delicious. The 12" was a perfect size for two people to split. It was a little too chilly in late October but they have plenty of outdoor seating. Inside they have a bar in addition to lots of tables. First time order for this pizza place and based on all the reviews and previous comments I'm so glad I tried this place. The pizza was so flavorful, great value for the money was able to try four different pizzas on two and so many other to stay still and I will be ! The pizza was delivered fast hot and fresh within thirty minutes. Crust was great not to much crunch not to little for that nice bake pie taste. Each topping tasted individually able to be seen and tasted without overkill. Cheese Louise was delicious and a cheese wonderland as promised. The lazy boy had great flavor and variety. The slaughterhouse five was full of meat without feeling overly salty or anything I was worried if it would be to salty and it was not. The Jockamo special was different in a good way never has artichokes on pizza but that hit the spot awesome all the way. I can't wait to try more combos to get more pizzas in to try on one order. This restaurant is very nice. They have parking out front and there is a free open lot across the street with tons of parking. They have a huge dining area and outdoor covered patio seating is available. There is also a full bar in the restaurant, but it was not open while I was there. If it could not get any better, the staff there is very friendly and courteous. One thing to note is that masks are not required, but recommended at the restaurant, but the staff does wear their masks the entire time. They have a menu full of exotic pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. They also have a PB&J pizza for the littles. I saw a pizza called the GP and knew that it had to be mine. It did not take too long for them to prepare my pizza. It was fresh, hot, and packed with toppings. They were falling off of the pizza. It was delicious. One of the best that I have had in a while. The restaurant has daily lunch specials and drink special as well. This is a great place in Greenwood to get some very good pizza. I've only been to Jockamo's a few times but not this location. There were several interesting pizza options to consider. There are several meat and veggie pizzas, along with an array of sauces and cheeses. They also had vegan sausage, pepperoni and cheese, plus a gluten free 10 in crust (I doubt that one is handmade, but at least there's the option). We were part of a large group, and the server was thoughtful and understanding. We decided on the so-cal pizza, which had avocado, green and red peppers, and goat cheese. It was delicious! Impressive staff at this local Greenwood, IN restaurant. It's a little tucked away from the normal drag of the Southside but well worth it. Haven't been here since a bunch of minutes & so grateful our party decided to go to this place on a gorgeous Friday night. Have to admit I giggled a lot when I arrived. What a delicious beginning, front row parking, free, & seven steps from the entrance without being an assigned spot. Jackpot‍ ;)! It was meant to be?!! I'm still entertained by this some six hours later. Anyways, very friendly, truly delightful pizza. We opted for the Thai. That's right, peanut sauce in lieu of tomato base...a few adult beverages made that decision a wise one at that particular time for me. Weird, mb . No worries, when our order arrived, any poor menu choice I agreed to quickly disappeared. It was scrumptiously different & yet I now notice that the big blah feeling I always get with our a tomato base normal wasn't present. Hummm mb beer & Thai pizza do work well? Interesting. Outside area, bug free. Thank you very much. I love that about this place. It turned out to be a very nice evening without incident & our hectic day in the past. I saw that jocks had a new pie on the menu so I had to check it out. I didn't know if I could do a whole pie with jalapeno and avocado. Turns out it was amazing! My point being I was able to do a half and half on 2 of the specialty pizzas which turned out quite amazing! There were a few tables pulled together for what looked like a kid's birthday party but we weren't bothered by it all and the kiddos looked like they had a good time. We got the large 21" chicken Thai pizza which sounded unique and tasted yummy! A little sweet and spice without the painful heat. We boxed some of it home and it still tasted good the next night. Service was friendly and attentive. They feature some local beers on draft and also other beers and wine. Sometimes my coworkers order delivery from here and the pizzas were still yummy. Very good pizza that is thick and the homemade pizza sauce on it makes it a very nice treat. We were up here and got some we are visiting some of my wife's relatives so we went to this nice local pizza joint. I liked all the sites on the inside they had cool monkey designs and statues in the breadsticks with cheese sauce is fantastic I must say. And their pizza we got a mini pizza and a cheese pizza and I eat the meat pizza and it was really good the flavors on it was terrific. Didn't eat there, nor did I even step foot in there. My roommate brought it home for my girlfriend and I to try it out... The pizza is one of my favorite pizzas I've ever tried. I am a pizza freak & have tried pizza in at least 15 different states, totaling at least 75 plus restaurants nationwide & id say this is top 5, almost made my top 3. The one thing I can say negative about it is the thickness & spiciness of the pepperonis. A touch to thick & I like the spiciness but it does get to be a little bit much. I will say this much; DIDN'T NEED ANY CRUSHED RED PEPPERS ON THAT PIE! Lol! Other than that, they nailed the sauce & crust! So glad my roommate made me try it! DELICIOUS!
