We ordered a single pizza at 5:27pm on a Friday night, fully expecting to wait around an hour for it to arrive via delivery. The order delivery time given was 7:08pm. At 7:27pm, I called the store and was told our pizza had not yet left the building, which is 10-15 min from my house. I was put on hold and then told the driver was leaving with it. Solid pizza chain. They offer an 8 corner pizza which is their pizza which they are known for. Crispy, doughy, and cheesy! We've also had their wings and salads which are good as well. They didn't look very substantial at first but I ended up full before I could finish mine. Very tasty bread used for this sammie. Really good eats. No complaints about service. I've given Jet's every chance possible because I like their food, but poor customer service is their specialty. They either take really long (over 2 hours) to deliver to your door, or they take 20 minutes. It's really hit or miss. Last week was the final straw when they lied about no longer having a delivery service. I've never heard of a pizza place that just abruptly stops delivering pizza. It's 9pm, just got off work and immediately called to order a pizza. They weren't closed yet so I figured I still had time. If not then no big deal. But when I called, the kid who picked up the phone asked if I wanted to do pickup, I said no, I want a delivery, to which he very stupidly said "Yeah we don't do delivery anymore." I didn't say anything. I just hung up the phone and my relative called them from a different number. The kid asked if he wanted pickup, he said no, delivery please. Favorite deep dish around here! :) THE CRISPY CRUST.. No other pizza crust around here compares. The pizza is thick, cheesy and not too greasy either. It is just perfectly proportionate, the flavor is hard to beat. I always get the supreme deep dish, and I always reserve the corner slices for myself. :P Seriously though, After I had jets I can't even look at $5 pizza.. Or eat many other pizzas for that matter. -The only bad thing about the jets location is that there are not many tables to sit at inside. This isn't a big deal if you're picking up a pizza. My partner stopped here on her way after work to pick up a carryout order. The cashier refused to accept her groupon because her tablet was not connected to the internet. So, she called me at home to make the 20 minute drive to her location to use my device (which has a data plan) to complete the purchase. Upon arriving, I asked the cashier "If you were in my shoes, what would it take to make this order worth it, considering that the pizza will be 40-50 minutes old by the time we get home?" The cashier's response was to assure me that delivery customer's pizzas were at least this old by the time they received them. I took this to mean that no, this was indeed not worth the headache. I have been ordering from Jets for years. We used to live in MI and loved the pizza. When we moved to Greenwood we were pleasantly surprised to see there was a Jet's here. My Husband LOVES deep dish and this has been our go to for years. The past couple of orders have been real horrible at the Greenwood location. When we ordered wings w/blue cheese we don't get it. We didn't receive it again tonight. I had to check to make sure and sure enough we were missing it..again. I order from this location a lot. We usually order the Greek Salad. My girls and I love their greek salad. We always order extra Feta. Its 1.99 extra. We've had a problem before with not receiving extra. However, Ive told the mgr and they usually fix it. This time I spoke with the MOD and he was very condescending. He even blamed his staff for the error. I asked to speak with the DM or the GM and he said he wasn't allowed to give me their number. Fine. No problem. I asked for Customer service number. Thats when he called his GM (I know this because I heard the conversation between him and his GM, who by the way just passed the buck to someone else and didn't know the number to customer service! ) Huh? You are running a business and you don't even know your own cust svc #??? I would give the place 0 stars if I could. Do NOT order anything extra from this location. You will NEVER get what you ordered. If you are just ordering pizza fine, but anything extra will be a disappointment. I will no longer be ordering here again. There pizza is not bad, but there service is. My suggestion. Save your money for Jackamos or ANY other pizza place. read more

I contacted the store twice during this time and was lied to the first time when they said my order had left the store. When I called back 30 minutes later, I was told it had not left yet. I ordered an 8 corner extra sauce extra cheese with my toppings. Oh my! I've never been so impressed!! I've ordered from the greenwood 135 location before always happy but now arrived early with awesomeness! I can't even consider any other pizza place! At this point I'm not certain I can make a comparable pizza at home, these people went above and beyond in my opinion. 6 stars are due here! Cooked properly, arrived hot, generous toppings, etc... Probably the worst... Actually no, THE worst pizza I have ever consumed. I ordered two heart shaped deep dish pizzas, one cheese and the other pepperoni. First of all the delivery guy called six different times to try and find my house. Six TIMES he called my cell phone. When I got my pizza I was really excited to see the heart shaped pizza. So I opened the box and I was overly displeased. I was not greeted with a heart. I was greeted with an oval. An OVAL! I ordered a heart shaped pizza. Not an oval. I picked up a slice of cheese pizza and I couldn't help but notice how the cheese was obviously disconnected from the crust. However I managed to push the thought aside and I took a bite. My front teeth went through the cheese and through the crust. Now the first thing I noticed was how rubbery the cheese was. It felt and tasted like rubber. It didn't taste like pizza at all. I felt like I was eating something you would find in a child's play kitchen. I took a few more bites in hope that the taste would get better, but guess what... It didn't. Naturally when you chew food it gets smaller. That was not the case in my situation. The more I chewed, it seemed, the bigger it got. It was almost as if my saliva made it grow. Somehow I managed to swallow. But after that experience I put my not even half eaten piece of pizza down and decided I was finished with it. I moved onto the breadsticks. When I opened the box I saw what looked to be pizza crust with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. It didn't look like a breadstick at all, but hey, if they were aiming to be different.. They got the gold. It was surely different. I went to tear a piece off, literally tear. It didn't smoothly come off by any means. It was a piece of work to get the thing disconnected. Now when I finally got it off I noticed the white paper bag. I set my piece of bread square down. I say bread square because it clearly wasn't a stick.. But anyway, I opened the bag and saw cheese and a red sauce. I picked up the cheese and it was ice cold. Like I could have dropped the container of cheese into water and have my drink chilled within seconds. I also couldn't help but imagine that the cheese was most likely hot/warm when it left the pizza place. Anyway I picked up my bread square and put some into the cheese and took a bite. I slowly but surely started to noticed the rather odd and nasty taste in my mouth. I brushed the taste off as only being because the cheese was cold so I went and again literally tore off another piece of bread square and took a bite. The taste was definitely not the cold cheese. The cold cheese, believe it or not, actually put a damper on the true taste of the bread square. I did the only reasonable thing possible. It spit that crap out. I quickly poured myself a drink in hopes to get the taste out. It didn't work. I took another drink and left it in my mouth a while before swallowing. It didn't work. It seemed that the longer the piece of bread square was out of my mouth, the more the horrid taste intensified. I tried eating other things to help the taste go away. Things such as granola bars, yogurt, an apple, pretzels, but nothing was working. Eventually, as in a couple hours later, I noticed I couldn't taste it in my mouth anymore. So in conclusion and for the sake of your taste buds, I do not recommend this pizza. read more
