We have been looking for a really good pizza joint since we moved to Henderson 3 years ago. We tried other places, but they are "okay". Do yourselves a favor and try out Jet's. Only reason for 4 out of 5 is that it is a bit pricey. read more

I might not stream them regularly, but I'm glad that they've arrived here. Jet's Pizza is a chain from Michigan that opened this first Nevada outpost near Sunset Station at the tail end of 2022. Specializing in Detroit-style pizzas since 1978, they definitely were a welcome sight for a Henderson resident who was missing their favorite pizza bus after it relocated out of state last year. I finally decided to go because I caught a whiff of a sale which they advertised on Instagram for today only. I placed my order before going and confirmed that the subtotal was discounted from $14.59 to $2.99. It was a promo for a small or 4-corner pizza, and I made sure to pick the 4-corner because I'm pretty sure that the "small" one would be a boring round pizza instead of the rectangular shape of the Detroit-style+. I showed up at roughly the estimated 20 min pickup time, and the pizza was ready and waiting in the warmer. The dough is the star. It's chewy and airy, and it'd be tough to improve on it. The complimentary butter and garlic add-ons to the crust were pretty tasty. The mozzarella is gooey and has a slight chew. The tomato sauce is balanced and doesn't feel too acidic or sweet. For my one topping, I chose bold pepperoni, which as Yelper Scott R. mentioned is the one that should curl into a cup with crispy edges. They succeeded with this effect in most of the 20 pepperoni pieces. I'm not rating this a 5 for two reasons. First, the cheese crust is a bit lacking compared to my ideal. It isn't substantial enough and doesn't consistently have the brown crispiness since they don't pile enough cheese or spread it thoroughly enough. Second, they have an uncomfortably small seating area. They offer more of a ledge than a counter, with only 5 or 6 seats, and the entire publicly accessible interior is pretty narrow. With people showing up to order discounted pizzas and wait, it felt cramped. Jet's Pizza is a great addition to Henderson that ticks most of the boxes and should satisfy your craving for Detroit-style pizza. That said, I would caution people who live across town from trying to go at peak times though. Yes, pizzerias are often to-go or dine-in, but you're at risk here of either a suboptimal dine-in situation or a not-so-hot pizza after your drive home. read more

Try and Cool your Jets, if possible...but if you live in the Green Valley Ranch area and are looking for some delicious deep dish pizza then Run, Don't walk to Jet's Pizza!! Hanging with friends in the early evening, and after a day of swimming we worked up an appetite. Naturally I pulled up Yelp to see not only what's around, but what is reasonably priced for a good amount of pizza. After a few promising options, I narrowed it down to Jet's for a few reasons, they have a great rating, the pizza looked delicious when photographed, they were close by, and honestly I hadn't had deep dish since...I honestly can't remember when! I gave them a call, and an automated voice answered and offered to help me which would give me $2 off my pizza so I said yes and went for it. I went for a cheese of their 12 slice deep dish option, and I was given the option to pay in store or over the phone. I opted for in store, then shortly after received a text message to confirm my order, and that it would be ready in 20 minutes. Headed over, and saw that it was in the same center as the Sunset Station, but it's more on the outside perimeter if that makes sense? I walked in as the only customer, so I was helped right away. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, I had prepaid so I was in and out. Now onto the pizza...the sauce is so flavorful (I can be quite picky with my pizza sauce) and the crust was perfectly thick and had a really nice crunch to it. Kinda reminds of me Pizza Hut crust in their glory days. There's a specific kind of buttery flavor reminiscent of this, and Jets does it right. My bestie and my teen and toddlers all approved! Score for dinner, as Jets really hit the spot. A few days later, my bestie even asked again where we ordered from, because she really enjoyed it! Jet's Pizza delivers freshly made Detroit pizza to Henderson, Nevada faster than a jet ride to Michigan. Located in the shadow of Sunset Station at the southeast corner of Sunset Road and Stephanie Street, this is the original Nevada location. Since my brother suggested trying Jet's Pizza it had been on my radar the last couple of weeks to try. Today, on Independence Day, I tried it. Before stepping foot in the Pizzaria, I got a good vibe. Unlike some places, they actually answer the phone. The woman on the phone kindly let me know that they are open til 10. Being in Sunset Station's shadow, I parked in their parking lot, which was a short distance from Jet's Pizza. Even in triple digit heat. The woman who seemed to run the business before the owner arrived greeted me and let me know when I was ready. Ordering took place from the menu board to the right or paper menus. The menus are additionally beneficial because they show the calories of all their offerings. I ordered the slice combo, as seen in a picture preceeding this review. It featured two Detroit style slices made up of premium mozzarella, sauce, thick bread, and pepperonis with a 20 ounce Pepsi beverage. The two Detroit slices were square shaped. In pizza terminology, they are Sicilian pizzas. After taxes, it came out to & 8.79. According to the menu it was 1,280 calories with a 20 ounce Pepsi. The ambiance was take-out. The majority of the space and business is focused on the to-go orders. The primary seating is a bar table with four seats. Most of the space is the kitchen. While I waited, I walked on the white floor looking at the elongated wall photo showcasing the Jet's Pizza mascot with black & white Detroit photos. There were slogans like "Hand pressed and baked" and "Better because it has to be." The soundtrack to the meal was the running air conditioner and pizza preparation in the leading moments. In the later moments, it was whom I assume to be the owner chatting with a customer. He told the customer that he is opening location two in Summerlin. These owner to customer conversations are unique experiences that a mom and pop business provide. It is incomparable to the kiosk to customer experience in a McDonald's. They called "Dan" when it was ready. The two square slices came in a small box separate from the 20 ounce Pepsi. They were two generously sized slices. It was worth the wait. The bread was crunchy. The mozzarella cheese, sauce, and pepperonis were fresh. The pizza was so thick that I opened my mouth wide to chow it down. Good stuff! I was impressed with Jet's Pizza. I enjoyed their Detroit style pizza without having to board a jet to Detroit, Michigan. I could see myself returning to Jet's Pizza. Upon paying, the woman let me know that she was putting it in the oven and it would take ten minutes. What is interesting is that they wait for the food to be done to provide the beverage. I asked her how much extra it would cost to add toppings. She said that they do not do toppings. Only offering pepperoni as a topping is a non-star deduction flaw. I think that mushrooms would have been more agreeable with my pizza than pepperonis. Nonetheless the pizza was so delicious that the pepperonis were a minor part of eating it. read more

Jet's Pizza is one of my favorite spots for Detroit style pizza in the Henderson area. I've enjoyed it three times now and it's consistently delicious. We've always ordered delivery so I haven't been into the shop. Our orders have arrived hot, in the time promised, and our orders have been correct. I've always ordered Detroit style deep dish and love this style. The thick, buttery crust is so good. I've loved just pepperoni, The Eugene, and the Super Special so far. The Cheese Bread is also delicious. I love that they let you choose a crust flavor too. You can choose options like Cajun, butter, garlic, or Turbano. Turbano is butter, garlic, and romano. That's my favorite of the options. Jet's is going to be my regular spot for Detroit style pizza! read more

Amazing pizza, can't get enough of it, but the price is very steep unless you can find a coupon, that is really the only time I order.

This was my second visit here, the first time I had a veggie four-corners pizza which was superb, although slightly expensive. This time, I tried their veggie deli boat and I was amazed at how filling and tasty it was. It was made hot with a deliciously chewy and thick bread and the filling had mozzarella cheese, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, and olives with Italian dressing on the side. The online menu says it includes lettuce, but I didn't notice any. I attached photos but the photos don't really show how thick the bread was and how large the sandwich was (cut into two pieces). It was one of the best veggie sandwiches I have ever had and at under 10$ pretax, it is a great value as well. At the price I worried that it wouldn't be enough to eat, but I was very wrong on that--it was plenty filling! The service could be a little friendlier, but other than that, I highly recommend any single diners trying the deli boat which can also be served with meat. read more

came here looking for late night pizza near our hotel. can honestly say it's the best pizza i've ever had. we ordered by the slice and box seemed small but the slice was so thick and fluffy at the same time truly delicious. great sauce, pepperoni tasted awesome. cashier and pizza baker were super nice and we were greeted and told have a great night. it's a small place but we planned to eat in our hotel room anyways. only had to wait about 7 minutes. will definitely come back again if we're in the area. Seriously lucked out finding this place way better than dominoes and amazing price for how good it was. definitely recommend this to anyone. read more

Here is a trick question... When is it pizza time? The answer is "Anytime". Hehe. I was here once before roughly 8 months ago, but at the time my fiancé was out of town and had been wanting to pick up another pizza here for her to try at some point. Turned out to be that day. we just ordered one eight piece pizza to take home. She ordered it extra crispy and for a Detroit Sicilian style pizza. It worked out well to where it was still soft, but not doughy. I'm a bit confused on the difference between Detroit and what I know a rectangular thick pizza to be called Sicilian. I have had enjoyed this pizza in Michigan and Florida before but I was nervous since we live in such a dry climate. I was pleasantly surprised at how moist, buttery and crisp the crust was. The sauce is phenomenal and has a nice kick. I am craving it again as I write my review. I really am hooked on the Detroit Square Style pizza thanks to my man introducing me long ago. I learned that all the ingredients are delivered from Michigan so now I understand why this pizza is so good. It's that freshness from the Great Lakes! Service was terrific and helpful! Not a ton of space for eating but a counter and some stools. Better to eat right away when it's hot so we stuck around and enjoyed. I truly can't wait to come back for more and here is some good news, another location is coming later this year in Summerlin! Yay! This will be a more convenient location for me. We decided to check them out on a Friday night after my parents told me that they tried them out and really liked their pizza. And wow, they did not disappoint! You can find them next to Jimmy John's on Sunset Road just before you reach Sunset Station - it's very easy to find. We placed an order on their website and chose to pick it up and take it back with us. We ordered a large Detroit-style square all meat pizza, topped with pepperoni and ham, and a thing of cheesy bread sticks with sauce on the side. Two words to describe both: Absolutely Incredible!!! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavor upon opening the box. The cheesy bread sticks actually reminded me of the cheese stuffed bread sticks I had in elementary school, but better tasting and less greasy. My boyfriend said that he wants to come back to Jet's because he said that their pizza and cheesy bread sticks were delicious. Looking forward to our next visit! We'll definitely be back. read more

Came here in an awful mood after having my order ruined at Raising Caines. Staff in here appeared to be overworked, maybe just very busy, I don't know. Even with a long line, they managed to be kind and get my order out quickly, and let me tell you, it was the absolute best pizza I have ever put in my mouth, my god. I hope the crew working at 6pm on 9/28 gets some recognition. Why is the cheese so good? Why does the sauce perfectly complement the cheese and dough? What a masterpiece. I have never heard of Jet's until recently and I decided to give them a try. Their claim to fame is having Detroit style pizza which is a square or rectangle shaped pizza more on the deep dish side with Wisconsin brick cheese that goes right up to the edge. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some cheese bread and both were pretty good. It wasn't amazing , but it wasn't bad. I think I was expecting more seasoning in the sauce, but the cheese and pepperoni was flavorful. I went in to pick up my order and the place was very clean and had mostly high tops for eating or waiting. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had quite a few people coming and going picking up orders. It's located right before Sunset Station casino, in a strip mall and there is usually parking to the side if you can't find parking in the front. Yooooo today is 3/14 "PI DAY" so I had to drive from my office near The Strip to Henderson to pick up pizza from one of my favorite local pizza spots for dinner! Jet's Pizza in Henderson is a franchise location, and let me tell you... it's SO RIDICULOUS how crispy the Detroit Style crust is. The sound of the crunch is so loud, it's almost like the crust is made out of kettle chips. I've tried several different flavors of the Detroit Style pizza at Jet's Henderson, but my fav is the OG Double Pepperoni with the Turbo Crust. Sooo bangin, I'm tellin you. I even met the owner of the Henderson location, Doug, who was there working the register himself. He's a super cool guy who moved from Michigan to bring Jet's Pizza to Sin City. This place is SUPER GOOD you guys. No joke. This is not an ad and nobody paid me to say this - just trying to tell everyone to come try this spot because the pizza is bomb AF! Oh yeah, the restaurant has zero ambience, so don't roll up here thinking you are going to have a nice sit down dinner with the family. Just buy the pizza, leave a tip, and take it out to your car with a bunch of napkins and eat it before you drive off. My family and I have had Detroit style pizza once before, but this place was just about to open our mind. I went in ordering two medium pizzas... haha! Only small and large. We decided to go for two large, one pepperoni and cheese, the other Hawaiian style, a soda and bottled water. The counter on the left side as you walk in, only has five barstool seats and we managed to take them all for a dine in experience. We waited for about twenty minutes and one of the workers called my name. Pizzas were ready. The workers here have really cool vibes and are great with the people they interact with. Everything on our order was correct and we immediately started to bite in. My children were the first to savor and exclaimed that this was delicious pizza. My wife and i ate shortly after and didn't say much as we really enjoyed the burst of flavor that we just "now" experienced. We probably spend about 45 minutes inside their location. All of their customers were treated great and many people came in to pick up their orders. We would definitely come back here again for their pizza and look forward to our next visit. read more

I'm going to start off by saying the food and pizza is good here. Customer service, not so much. I ordered a Detroit style 8-piece with pepperoni (that's it). I checked the online price and the total came out to $21.66 (Tax included). I figured instead of doing it online I could just call it in since I was going to pay in cash, the guy told me my total was going to be $26.64 before I could ask anything he hung up on my right after telling me it would be ready in 15min. When I got to the store I asked the guy behind the counter about the discrepancy, and asked if they could honor the online price and he refused, stating "it's already in the system", even after I explained and showed him how the order is different online. He still refused. I just paid the requested price, then the guy has the odacity of asking me if I wanted my change back, "yes. Yes sir I do. The system already charged me $5 more by ordering over the phone". Needless to say, I'm very disappointed that this place has a website, but it does not honor the website price. However, for the price--especially compared to typical pizza spots--we were expecting a bit more, particularly in the cheese department. We ordered two pizzas . We picked them up. I should have checked them ... one was very burnt. The other mildly burnt. We sent them pictures. They asked us to send the very burnt one back and made us another that was perfect!! What sucks is people were waiting on the replacement pizza to get here. The other was not only cooked too much and dry. Cold by the time the replacement pizza arrived . I wish they would have stood behind they product better. They said Jet's Deep Dish Chicago-Style Pizza is the greatest pizza in the history of humanity and if I didn't go there soon I would die alone in a gutter. You know those people, who nag and berate you because you've never seen Game of Thrones. If I didn't know any better I would have suspected they were trying to sell me a franchise. So I gave it a try, but it wasn't the transformative experience I envisioned. The sauce is a touch sweet, which I like, but the pizza itself was a little tough. Our Pops wanted pizza for dinner tonight and his favorite kind of pizza is a round thin crust pizza with toppings but I didn't want the usual round pizza. I wanted to get something different this time for my Brother and I so we decided to go with the "Detroit-Style Pizza" a square shape pizza with a crunchy thick crust. We ordered carry out, called in our order using their automated service and received a discount for using the automated service I thought that was cool! Didn't have any issues using the automated system. Our order was ready in 20 minutes. We were greeted by the staff member, Tristan, he was polite and approachable we had a nice conversation about the business, where the company was from and their variety of pizzas. I like that they have a variety of different crust types and you can add flavor to the crust for free. The place was clean with table top seating for eating on the go. On the menu: Small - 4pcs - Thin Crust with pepperoni and mushrooms. This was definitely for our Pops. He said it had it's own unique taste and he enjoyed it a lot. Large - 8pcs - Detroit Style Deep Dish All Meaty with extra sauce. This was absolutely delicious and perfectly made and cooked! Each bite was tasty topped off with Crushed Peppers, Parmesan Cheese and Jet's Famous Ranch Dressing which was so good! Jet's Famous Ranch Dressing - 12 ounce squeeze bottle.
