Jet's was introduced to me a mere year ago by a friend, and I can't believe it took me so long to discover the best fast food pizza on the market. Get the turbo crust- you won't regret it. Service here is good, and everyone is always willing to help. I will say as a vegetarian that sometimes sausage bits and other meat chunks end up on my pizza, and that can make ordering from this location a bit of a hazard. I wish the staff were maybe a little more vigilant about things like that, but I get that mistakes are made, and at the end of the day, it's not a lot of skin off of my back, since I just give the slice to one of my friends who actually does eat meat. I'm being generous with 4 stars. Jet's certainly doesn't skimp on the toppings. And the pies were delivered relatively hot. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza for the grandkids and a large veggie pizza for the grownups. $52 for the 2 pies. With tip & delivery fee. My major disappointment is with the hand tossed crust. Most likely undercooked to the point the crust was mushy in places. And the red sauce was relatively flavorless. Here's another point - I tried ordering in GrubHub (I'm a + member) but the menu options were really limited. So I ended up ordering through the website and that dinged me for a $5 delivery fee. That said, the increase in GrubHub menu prices is probably offset by the delivery fee from the website. Is Jet's the best pizza I've had in Jeffersonville? Not by a long shot (Legacy in New Albany gets that award). But Jet's is a notch above Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Papa John's and certainly Little Caesar's. The inside of the restaurant was kind of gross. Dirty greasy floor with unattractive walls. It sort of reminded me of a seedy VFW. It was a repurposed Little Cesar's. Of course there's no seating, and no tables for eating at. The cashier didn't seem very friendly at all. It was just a transaction for her. The food was very warm on my lap as we drove home. Now the pizza itself. Gurrrrl! I seriously hope that this is what Detroit style pizza tastes like. Chefs kiss. Don't spend much time in there, but have to recommend based on food only. Yummy! I hadn't heard of Jet's till they opened a store in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Now I have lost count how many times I bought pizzas here. My wife likes the thin crust best. I like it also, but like all the variety of pizzas they have. I like their specials and military discounts too. On my last take out, the beautiful Aniyah found my order which I called in from my work which made it confusing, but Aniyah figured it out. Our first ever meal at Jet's. We used the curbside pickup option and was very appreciative they offered that option. We had the Deep Dish Duo with Italian Sausage ($15.99). The Duo came with 6 squares of deep dish and a huge order of Jet's breadsticks. We ordered over the phone since this was our first order and we were looking for some guidance. The gentleman taking our order was quick and to the point. No problems, it's just we had a couple questions that fell by the wayside. We really, really liked the pizza. We ordered it well done with garlic crust. We did get it well done, however neither of us tasted any garlic in the crust. We weren't real impressed with the breadsticks. They were OK, just nothing special. Our dipping sauce was marinara. Jet's marinara is very good with a hint of sweetness. We really enjoyed it. All in all a good meal for a reasonable price. I've been a fan of Jet's Pizza since my time living in GA. Their pizzas come with fresh toppings (except the mushrooms - they are jarred) and with plenty ingredients. I ordered the Jet 10 on thin crust and it tasted amazing. I absolutely love their premium mozzarella cheese. The pizza was overflowing with ingredients. I tasted ingredients moreso than the crust with each bite. From personal experience, Jet's Pizza doesn't reheat very well. Jet's Pizza still hasn't disappoint - from GA to IN! My most favorite item on their menu is their Triple Cheese Turbo Stix (see pic). The three cheeses are the premium mozzarella, cheddar, topped with butter, garlic, and romano. There are 12 generous pieces. I always request their Ranch dressing for my dipping sauce. Their ranch dressing is THE BEST!! Another reviewer said the same thing! It taste far better than store bought. Since being in this area I've learned they've started bottling their ranch for sale - in store only - 12 oz for $3.99. I bought one because it's that good. They recommend using within 4-5 days. And it's made fresh daily in house, which I was also told by their GA store. The turbo stix do reheat very well, as I always ate over period of 2-3 days. The customer service has always been great and their stores, consistently, have always been VERY CLEAN. I definitely recommend Jet's Pizza and get those Turbo Stix w/ the ranch dressing. read more

I had a friend in town who was dying to get his hands on Jet's pizza since it's not available in our hometown. We placed an order on a Friday night, knowing we already had to wait at least an hour, which was fine. We did not receive our order until 2 hours later. We would have been okay with the wait, except we had to call the restaurant 2 times. Once we received our food, it was cold and they delivered the wrong pizza. We then called again and was informed the correct pizza we ordered would be on the way. After another hour, we called the restaurant again since we had not received the pizza we actually order. They forgot about us and informed us we would still get the pizza originally ordered. It wasn't until another hour later that we actually got the pizza. Overall, I didn't even enjoy the pizza. My new favorite carry out pizza place! My husband and I were happy to see a new pizza place come to Jeff as I get tired of the usuals. I've heard a lot about Jet's Pizza as they have a lot of Louisville locations, but we had never been. This place is my new favorite! I loved this place! We ordered a medium extra cheese pizza with parmesan flavored crust, an order of cheese sticks, a medium salad, and extra ranch. All for $25. I was super impressed with this price and there was so much food! The salad was $7.99 for a medium and I figured we'd get something too small for the price, but we were wrong. It was a huge garden salad that could've easily fed 3 people...maybe even 4. Their ranch was amazing. They also have a jalapeño cheese sauce and I was really excited to try that because I bet it would've been amazing with the bread sticks. They forgot to put it in my bag, though. :( They also have sandwiches and wings that we're excited to try. The food was AMAZING, the price was good and the service was friendly and fast! I used to love Jet's. I didn't mind paying a little extra because you got a lot for what you paid for and the food was really good. If the salad I ordered recently is any indication of what their food is like now, they will not be getting my business again. Parts of the lettuce were brown and slimy. Yes, slimy. It was gross. And the mushrooms were from a can. It is not the caliber of food I am used to receiving from them. Very sad. I was really craving their pizza last night, so I placed my order ahead of time and picked it up after work! It was ready when I got there and looked fabulous!! I also just found out about the ranch, so I ordered some of that too! For this order I got the Aloha BBQ chicken on one half and BYO on the other (pep, sausage & black olives). No complaints at all. I ordered a pizza and paid for it with a credit card. I advised the sales representative that I would return. The hours posted on the door stated the business was open until 10:00 p.m. When I returned at 9:35 p.m., the business was closed. The next day, I talked with a so-called manager who advised that the business closed at 9:00 p.m., though that time was not posted on the door. He wanted to give me credit on a future purchase, but I requested a refund. He stated he could not do that because the charge had been posted (which it had not). I am in a dispute through the credit card company with this business. Time will end before I ever do business with this establishment again. Still love the thin crust all meats! Tried the BLT on hand tossed with the turbo crust. It waa good but needs more bacon. Could barely taste the bacon. The topping on the 2 pizzas that I ordered tonight was good, the crust was like rubber. The crust was not soft or crispy, just chewy. Really chewy. For last year, I think we order Jets 3 times a month when not on a diet and 2 times when I am. This time had to be worse. The pizza looked perfect and the first piece was great. When I went for the second piece, it was like bitting into a tablespoon of salt and cayenne pepper. I had to spit out pieces. Then I had to find some milk. Looks like they dumped cayenne pepper and salt into the crust. Trying stop kids from eating there ham pizza was difficulty, couldn't trust the food preparation. Jets pizza Jeffersonville This pizza place maybe ok for cheese pizza, but the skimpy toppings on the Meaty, the Eugene.and the build your own were way not worth the price. My Greek salad had 3 cherry tomatoes, 2 greek olives and 2 mild peppers in a 10" bowl for $7.99. The Jet Boat (calzone) did not even have an ounce of meat or cheese in it and the dough was raw and stretchy. This was the sum of 2 visits. There won't be a third.
