I would like to say that I can review what their pizza actually taste like but unfortunately this review is actually just gonna be on the service which was nonexistent. I ordered the pizza at 5:50 it said it would be 6:45, by the time I would get my pizza. At 7:15 I called and they said my pizza was still there waiting for a driver to pick it up and start making more deliveries so would probably at least another 15 to 20 minutes. I told them I've already been waiting so long to cancel my order and he said fine and hung up for me. If this is customer service these days companies need to shut down. Best pizza place, hands down! This time we tried the aloha bbq chicken pizza, it had a great smokey flavor, was very impressed! Of course we also had to get some triple cheese turbo stix as well. I did the text to order, it was super easy and they give 20% off when you order through text! They weren't accepting cash due to Covid-19 which was a little inconvenient, but I'm glad the company is taking extra strides to ensure their employees safety! Good pizza for a reasonable price. The thing that sets Jet's pizza apart from others is their crunchy greasy crust in my opinion. I got a small deep dish pepperoni pizza, which enough to share between two people, for around $7. Besides pizza, they also carry salads, wings, and and sub sandwiches made out of their pizza dough (jet's boat, deli boats, jetzze.) This location has plenty of parking spaces. However, the jet's building itself is really small. They only have one humble green bench by the entrance for pickup. read more

Not sure what went wrong it has been over a year since I've been inside the building but on the left-hand door that goes into the kitchen there must be dirt and grease and grime where the employees touch the door going in there that has never been clean the paint is green but the hand marks is black and it's not from just one day if you look up the vent dust is caked on the tile walls and ceiling tiles the tiles on the front of the counter or filthy the floor as people walk in hasn't been cleaned in months. As I stood there and waited for my pizza I looked at the filters on the oven and you can see they have not been cleaned for a very long time they are gray dark gray the walls behind where they cut the pizza I have sauce and dirt and grime that I'm sure has not been clean for a very long time I wonder what the rest of the kitchen looks like evidently they do not have a cleaning routine every night where they mop and clean and wipe down walls and floors or they wouldn't have this issue! I worked at a pizza restaurant when I was in high school every night we pulled out the tables and wipe the walls down and mop the floors and everything was perfectly clean for the next morning, this restaurant is filthy I took my pizza home I hope I don't get food poisoning as I wonder what the make table condition is like because you're supposed to rotate the food in New containers every night. You don't throw away the food but you put the food in a new container and wash the old ones so every day they're clean and you wipe out the inside of those make table. If what I saw from the customer experience is filthy what is the rest of the restaurant like that you can't see worse? One thing I learned is it's usually is it's like the bathroom if the bathroom is filthy the kitchen is even worse your first impression is always supposed to be the best oh my god my stomach is starting to rumble. It needs to be closed for a day and deep cleaning needs to be done in training needs to be done with management and employees and every night at closing they need to spend 30 minutes cleaning in a routine needs to be kept in place and this would not happen a word to the wise should be sufficient! read more

We have never had a problem with our order but what stands out to me the most is our delivery driver (I say ours because we eat here so much I consider him a friend) Okay, anyway let's talk about Mike. Mike is simply awesome. He has sent us texts letting us know when he is on his way which we love. He is truly a hard worker. I ordered pizzas for a meeting at 10:37. I called the store to see if I should select 12:00 or 12:30 to get a 12:15 delivery. I was told to just select 12:15. I explained that wasn't an option online. The young woman I spoke to said she would note it in my order. At 12:25 I called the store, I was told the driver left a few minutes ago and I was his first stop. 10 minutes later I received a call from the driver saying he was leaving now and that the manager was sending a 2 liter Pepsi for the delay. This put my meeting behind by 25 minutes. I don't understand why when given an online order and phone call confirming the time they were unable to meet the schedule. It is also rude to lie about a driver having left. Lastly, a Pepsi does not make up for the embarrassment and inability to finish our meeting. Can't say that I recommend this location. I placed an online order for pickup. After picking up the pizza and getting home, I opened the box to realize that they had given me the wrong pizza - I ordered an 8 corner half pepperoni and half sausage/mushroom, and instead of pepperoni, they gave me pineapple/ham. (I even double checked my email confirmation to ensure I had not made a mistake when the order was placed. ) I called the store and was told I could keep the incorrect order and receive a credit for half of the pizza, or they could remake half of the pizza for me to pickup. Either way, the solutions they offered don't right their mistake, as I either am stuck with an inedible dinner or I'm the one who has to make a return trip to the store to pick up a replacement. No additional credits to offset the mistake were offered, and the man who took my phone call never even apologized for the problem. (The lady who gave me my pizza at the counter both times was very nice and offered a sincere apology when I picked up the replacement - if she was my sole impression from the store and the issue, I would not be leaving this review; however, my lasting impression is the indifference of the man who took my initial call regarding the problem.) I generally do enjoy Jet's pizza but look to order elsewhere in the future. read more

A very bad example of this franchise. Price is one thing on the phone and another price when you get there. Seems employees are confused by coupons so I didn't even get my pizza over a $0.50 dispute. I think that they must have been hungry because there was no empathy towards my dispute and they seemed to would rather keep the pizza than lose fifty cents. I ordered a pizza on Super Bowl Sunday. I understood the extra time for delivery. When it arrived and we opened the carton all the ingredients had separated from crust. I called the store and the manager immediately agreed to give me credit. I ordered the replacement 4 days later and Jet's honored the request immediately. It was delivered with no problems. Only giving 1 star because I have to, it should be 0. I received 3 $10 lunch certificates for Jet's Pizza in a welcome package from my apartment complex. I have never eaten Jet's before, and honestly have never heard good things from people who have, but since I had these certificates I thought I would give it a shot. I want everyone to notice that there are no instructions on these certificates, nothing saying what I can and cannot use them on. The only rule is I must use them between 10 and 3pm, and that's fine. First, I called to see if I could combine them since it doesn't say anywhere that I can't. I spent 5 minutes on hold to be told no. That isn't a big deal to me, I expected that but it was worth a shot. So we decide to order online. We go online and place an order for a Medium 2 topping for 6.99 and a 2 liter. My total comes out to 10.47. We drive all the way there only to be told they won't accept my certificate because the 6.99 pizza I ordered is a "special" and I can't use this certificate on a special. I must have missed where it said I couldn't. They were incredibly rude about it, the pizza was already made but they wouldn't let us have it unless we paid $7 (apparently that would be full price). I didn't want to pay $7 since we literally only went to Jet's to try it out because of the certificates. Out of being extremely annoyed and inconvenienced, I said fine, let me just get a couple 2 liters then, since I can't use it on specials, even though it doesn't say that. The person behind the counter said "They can't be used on individual items" I asked him where it says any of this on the certificate, and he said it doesn't but it's up to his discretion. What? So, Jet's gives out lunch certificates but doesn't let you use them unless they feel like it, and only if you pay full price so they receive some money. Maybe next time they print these out, they will list some disclaimers. This whole fiasco was way more trouble than it was worth, I should have listened to those telling me not to eat here and just thrown away the certificates. read more
