We got a mail flyer and my husband fell short of framing it on the refrigerator and mentioned daily how excited he was for this pizza for our "night of no cooking" during COVID19. It lived up to our expectations! Perfectly crisp buttery deep dish crust with tasty fresh toppings and the perfect amount of cheese. The medium garden salad we ordered fed 4 of us adequately and the lettuce was fresh and the other toppings generous. The ranch dressing is so good -- I know understand why they sell it by the bottle! Zero stars for customer service, I am subscribed to email and received an email for 11.99 Duo1 coupon, after several failed attempts to place order online could not get your website to accept Coupon code, I phoned my order in told the person on the phone I had an email with coupon for $11.99, he took my order and said he only had a coupon for $12.99 and that I could show my coupon when I pickup. When I arrived I showed the coupon and someone who appeared to be the manager came around the corner who looked more like someone off the street than a manager I explained that I had tried to place the order online I was told by manager it's online coupon and refused to accept the 11.99, so after being talked down to like I am an idiot I left without my order I phoned Papa Johns picked up a large one topping pizza for $6.99. I would seriously give this zero stars if I was able! Worst experience! This place was recommended to us when we checked into our hotel! We had just drove into the area 9 hours. We were starving and just wanted out of the car! So I ordered online. After almost an hour I called. Waited on hold for over 15 minutes to be told my order would be about 10 more minutes. After another half hour I called back to cancel and was put on hold. They never answered. Pizza was delivered while I was still on hold. No warming bag and they forgot my two sides. Terrible Service. First off Kyle answered the phone. He seemed dry not pleasant at all . He lied and said we couldn't pay with a debit card and cash in one transaction and that wed be charged two delivery fees even though it is going to the same place.
