This is hands down one of the best Jet's Pizza locations we've ever been to. They continuously deliver fresh, flavor filled pizza. We recently ordered two square pizza's (a BLT and a BBQ Chicken) and we were blown away with how fresh/hot the pizza was when we got home, and how much toppings they threw on the pizzas. This place definitely doesn't skimp on the ingredients - we couldn't even see the crust on our BLT pizza (see photo)! The BBQ Chicken pizza was packed with BBQ sauce and had tons of chicken on. You definitely get your money's worth here. Also, give the Turbo Crust a try, it's incredible. I can't rave enough about the kind customer service at this location during the coronavirus crisis. I am out of state and used this Jets to send a few days of food to my 88 year old parents who live in Michigan. Dave went above and beyond to ensure they received their delivery, and went out of his way to make sure they had what they needed. Dave is truly a nice man who genuinely cared that my elderly parents (total strangers) were OK. I am beyond impressed. Thank you so much Dave and Jet's. Having grown up near the original Jet's, I've always had a weak spot for their pizza and have made it a point to get it regularly throughout my life. I have to say though, this location, which is the closest to my house, is simply not up to the standards that were set and that other locations seem to meet regularly. It's never awful, but it's just never great. There's always something slightly off. One time it might that there's barely any cheese. Another time it could be overcooked. The last time we went, just a couple of days ago, the pizza was cold. I mean, I could tell the second they handed me the box that it was not even the slightest bit hot. I walked in at the exact time that we had specified in our online order to be ready, and it was cold. They'd obviously made it way earlier than they should have and I guess letting it go cold was better than having it sit in the warmer and getting dried out? Sure, I guess. Or they could have just made it at the proper time. While the pizza was good once I took it home and warmed it up in my oven for a few minutes, it's just not something you should have to do. If you come here, are you going to get a bad pizza? Probably not. Are you going to get a mouth-watering perfectly made pizza with just the right crunch on the crust and cheese that pulls off just so?You know, the kind of pizza that made you fall in love with Jet's in the first place. I wouldn't count on it. You'll probably get something right in the middle. I recently moved to the area so I had to pick a new jets. Between the auburn location and Rochester, auburn seemed faster. 1-2 times they overcooked it, came crunchy & burned. I asked the 3rd time not to overcook it, it came perfect! 4th time overcooked, 5th time asked not to overcook and it came perfect. Then comes to the 6th time, I said "please don't overcook I'm feeding it to my toddler" it came... overcooked. I called and asked for the manager, he csme on the phone already in defense mode. "I prepped cooked cut and boxed that order myself it was NOT burnt" ok calm down, I'm a customer YOUR a manager. Don't you want to keep ur customers happy?!?! Apparently not. He proceeded to tell me I was supposed to say "lightly baked" ok I don't work for jets, I don't know ur lingo. Overall - he should have Said "you order once a week, let me give you a credit and hopefully ur happy next time" NOPE instead I got a rude manager who didn't even resolve the issue. Although he did ask if I wanted it recooked and sent out again, but at that point how am I going to tell my 3 year "stop eating" looks like I'll be switching to Rochester. I do not understand the MH review. This place is on Auburn Road not Rochester Road. I have never ordered carry out but I can tell you that one of my favorite lunches is a single slice of Jet 10 pizza ( square-style pizza with ten toppings for only $2.65 and quite filling) and a quick trip down the street for Gloria Jeans coffee. Listen - today was one of those days. A day where I needed someone like Jeremy to come through for me after a long day of stress at the office. Despite being literally minutes from closing, Jeremy and the team at this Jets location told me not to worry about a thing, and they will make it the best I'll ever have. At an hour when most employees would likely tell you they're about to close (reference 99% of places at this hour), there was no hesitation from this team. I am someone who eats out a lot because of my hours - and this location being so close to home as only solidified me as an ongoing, now loyal customer. I won't be going anywhere else. In my business, I'd hire this team in a heartbeat (hey guys I'm hiring!). This is the level of customer service, cleanliness, quality and eager attitude to treat customers the right way that is above and beyond. Great job to this team.
