Jet's Pizza was really good and an excellent value. I especially appreciate that they offer several different crust options and actually honor requests to bake the pizza well done. Ours came out exactly as requested, with a nicely browned, crisp crust rather than merely spending an additional eleven seconds near the oven. We ordered a medium pizza with pineapple and ham on one half and cheese on the other. The medium came with eight slices and was more than enough for my girlfriend and me. All the ingredients tasted fresh, our order was ready within approximately 20 minutes, and the entire meal cost less than $16. For the quality, portion size, and convenience, we thought it was well worth the price. Before leaving, I attempted to purchase a jet. The employee appeared extremely confused and explained that they sold pizza, not aircraft. After several minutes of negotiation, he offered me a meatball shaped vaguely like a jet. I accepted his counteroffer. The meatball made my child's entire day. Unfortunately, I do not have any children. I initially assumed the excitement and pizza had confused me, but since returning home, I have heard small footsteps running through the hallway at night. Yesterday, a child's voice whispered, "Is there any meatball left?" from inside an empty bedroom. Was it a ghost? Did it follow me home? And, more importantly, does it also prefer its pizza well done? Excellent pizza, fresh ingredients, quick service, and a very fair price. We will definitely return and recommend Jet's to others. Jet's Pizza Jet's Pizza was one of my Yelp Event for the month June. I placed my order for that was issued which was a jet 4 slice and jet bread. The 4 slice pizza was 4 pieces of square I chose with pepperoni. The jet bread is a play on garlic bread. I placed my order online and then went and picked it up. We made it home and we ate our lunch. The pizza was really good. It was thick, and the sauce was really good. I'll give the pizza a 4 out 5. The picked was smooth the guy just asked my. And that was about it. The inside of the location is small but you are able to eat inside if you would like. Overall I will return !! read more

So glad Jet's Pizza is back in town! They recently opened in Winter Springs and they are in the same plaza as Walmart Neighborhood Market. I love their square pizza! Texture matters a lot to me in a pizza and theirs is thick and crispy. The wings are also excellent! When we have picked up from them, the food was ready to go. I also appreciate Jet's Pizza's community focused approach. They partner a lot with schools and non profits in the area to help give back. I look forward to eating more Jet's Pizza! read more

We were shopping in the area and were craving pizza. We wanted something quick but also wanted leftovers for later so decided on getting a large Detroit style pizza from Jet's. We ordered a large 2 topping pizza with sausage and mushrooms and our order was ready in 15-minutes. The total came to $22.42 with tax. It ended up working out well for us because we were caught in this huge rain storm after picking up our pizza so we were just able to chill for a bit and enjoy our meal while waiting out the rain. The store is not very large but there is some seating if you do decide to eat inside. It is not very accommodating to eat inside since there are no utensils or napkins readily available anywhere. There are some napkins at the counter but the room just isn't setup for dining in. I'm sure they making a killing on take out and prefer not to clean up a dining room after customers but it would be great if they offered more seating and an option to eat-in versus takeout only. Overall, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely return again for their delicious Detroit Style Pizza, good job! read more

Woop woop, thank you Yelp for introducing me to literally the tastiest pizza in town. All my years loyal to Dominoes, Jet's Pizza knocks it out of the park. Ordered their medium hand tossed pizza with bacon and pepperoni. The bacon bits were super crispy (not chewy) and pepperoni was the perfect crisp too. It's a little place next to agave azul. I've never paid attention to it before. Glad I got to try it though because I like deep dish pizza and haven't had it since moving from up north. The staff are very nice and helpful. They communicate well and keep you updated. I made my order before hand and picked it up but ordered extra stuff when I got there. I got a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Got a sweet tea as well because the thirst was real. It smells like pizza in there but like a good pizza. Not like old oil like some places can smell. I ordered delivery, so I cannot speak on the ambiance or service, but the pizza and sides are worth 5 stars alone! The large Deep Dish Pizza was huge and made for amazing cheese pulls. I loved how crispy the edges were, and all of the toppings felt perfectly balanced. We also ordered the Jet's Bread and Cinnamon Stix, which were both delicious. My husband could not stop raving about how good the Cinnamon Stix were. The Jet's Bread came with a huge side of marinara, which I appreciate since so many places only give a small cup. We ordered delivery, so I can't say much about waiting or service; however my main complaint would be the pricing. I understand that's Detroit style is a thicker pizza, but having two smalls (4 square slices each) totalling out to about $40 was a little hard to bear. That being said, the pizza was delicious. Made an online order on Friday, October 3 at around noon time. Restaurant was steady with customers but by no means busy. Spent $42.40 for medium Detroit pizza, medium specialty, garlic butter and ranch squeeze bottle. Upon arrival the counter clerk said my order would be a minute or so and I sat down. I noticed the kitchen became quiet and the time was 13 minutes past my expected ready time. The employees were all in the back talking and I noticed my order in a warmer. I leaned over the counter and said "Did you guys forget about me?" The counter person that took my order abruptly said "no" came over to the warmer and looked at the label on the boxes and went back into the back without saying a word, another person came up grabbed my pies from the warmer, handed them to me and mumbled something and walked away, he returns with a card and said John wanted..... (not sure what he said after). Clearly, he was trying to make up for making me wait 13 minutes while my order sat in a warmer. I don't recall hearing a sorry. Problem is when you are seated in a waiting chair, nobody can see you and you can't see anything at all. I only figured something was wrong because it got quiet. So for my trouble, I got a free cinnamon stick, not an order mind you, a single cinnamon stick. Hahahahaha. Keep it John, it is much more of an insult that an olive branch. The Detroit style was near perfect. I really liked the sauce because it wasn't too sweet. Pizza Hut did a Detroit style promotion a while back and clearly used very sweet sauce. The Squares were cooked well and was very tasty. Only thing I would change is adding more cheese to the edge so that it creates a larger crispier crust around the pan, not a deal by any notion. The medium "Super Special" round, hand tossed pie was a disappointment. Really no other way to say it. the crust edge and the bottom appeared to be well cooked but the toppings in the center were cold and a bit on the raw side. The cheese never really got a chance to melt well. After having one slice, I thought to myself that this was a Papa John's pizza, but Papa's dough is better. Don't really have much to say other than the pie was belove average on all fronts. I suppose if I decide to return again (not anytime soon, see customer service snafu above) I will certainly ask for a "well done" cook which was an option on the website. Additionally, for a restaurant that has only been open for 2 days, maybe the pizza oven needs some calibration, unknown at this point. The garlic butter was on the expensive side at $1 but was very good, better that most, I would argue. The Ranch squeeze bottle, was, again, a little on the expensive side but I was quite surprised at the flavor. The consistency and the dill flavor were a perfect blend. I added some to many of my bites and improved the flavor of the pizza very well. All in all, expensive lunch. Maybe some of the snags will be worked out. But my takeaway is a gigantic customer service snafu that has nothing to do with how long they have been open. Where was the owner on day two? Were these employees trained at all. Do they have a process for customers that come in a minute or two before the pizza is ready? Are they going to re-think the visibility issues? (Although I can't see how that would be fixed given the construction.) If you need somebody, you just need to shout into the back like I did. I am a new customer to Jets and had heard it was good. The online order was difficult and ultimately failed. I was not redirected, explained why, or offered any help. I was charged and refunded(a large $85.00 order). I was told to "call the store" so I called the store and the staff, in a courteous fashion had, told me they had no knowledge of the order, charge or refund. So I started over and carefully placed the order. The order arrived over an hour later and the order was not correct. Throughly enjoyed Jet's pizza, we got two types the 8 corners (Detroit Style) and a thin and crispy. Both were good but the 8 corner was much better. They also sell their own ranch in both side dip option or larger take home bottle. Nice addition to the neighborhood. They seem to have numerous coupon offers too which is nice. We did pickup today but they do offer delivery as well. Few tables inside for eating inside as well although it's super casual counter service but they do offer by the slice and combo specials which makes sense! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The delivery of Detroit style pizza to our business was an unexpected and welcoming hit with everyone! Jet's pizza is the best I've had- crispy and flavorful, perfectly seasoned sauce and cheese that is plentiful. I don't think it's fair to rate a newly established food place poorly over having to wait 13 minutes. A newly opened operation means everyone there is newly trained, and small kinks will happen and likely be worked out. If the food was good and the workers tried to make it right, I would say it's not worth posting a complaint about something so inconsequential. Give a business a chance to get going, and employees to learn, like any other place! I myself can't say enough good things about my experience with Jet's, down to the person who delivered, Aiden.
