Unfortunately, Jet Towing company completely destroyed the entrance to our graveled and maintained driveway. Their heavy truck got stuck trying to turn around on our property after a heavy rain. They made a mud hole on our graveled driveway. We were stuck and couldn't get out. Our child missed a day of school. The driver Mark was nice and apologetic and very sorry for the damage he caused. We all took pictures. Mark the driver let his boss Dallas know about the damage and sent him pictures. We were all confident that this would be resolved and fixed, or that the company would at least pay for a load of gravel to replace the one they destroyed. Two days passed and we did not hear back from the owner of the company, so we followed up with a phone call. Dallas was immediately extremely rude, talked over my husband and made it clear he wouldn't do anything to make it right. Sadly, there is no decent bone in this man's body. read more

This place is a rip off, what they charge here is ridiculous. Caylee at the front desk was wonderful, but Dallas, the manager, was rude and disrespectful. If you can go anywhere else you best do so -because you will not be handled appropriately here. read more

He even brought our Fifth wheel out to Munds RV park and helped set us up. Our truck was towed to dealership in Flag. Tesla's battery died in the left turn lane about .3 mile from Supercharger. Police and Sheriff's department officers were there quickly to park in back of me with lights on so that people would stop pulling up behind me to honk. They gave me the name of Jett Towing. The dispatcher immediately sympathized with my predicament and said they would send someone right away. Josh was there within 20 minutes. A warm and friendly guy which helped since my daughter was with me and it was snowing (Flagstaff!). 4/29/28 We came to JETT in Flagstaff Az. with a big request..to haul a 35 foot Blue Bird School Bus. We talked to a very pleasant lady Rebekah and got a quote emailed to us. The bus was hauled 100 miles and the bus had issues but the towing company made it work. It was a simple transaction. We readied the bus and pulled it into the road for an easy pickup by the truck driver Mike. We all worked to make this adventure go smooth. There is an option to pay cash or pay with a card at time of drivers arrival.* NOTE this folks*: There is a 4% fee for using your charge card! We were not notified of this as we could have brought cash and saved 80.00. A credit card is for convenience but NOT necessary when we could have brought cash. That heads info on additional cost would have been essential in anyone's book when getting a quote. Knowing all fees would have made this venture perfect instead of a 80.00 surprise. We met Mike/driver at the destination property and he unloaded the cargo. It was the end of a pretty much... stress free adventure. I give these folks a (A) for being available when a person is in need. An (A) for being polite when working out details. An (A) for having the vehicles that can do the job no mater the size of the object is being moved. Finally I give them an (A) for getting the job done well. On 22Feb23, my wife and I had an unfortunate accident during the recent storms and JETT towing was called out to recover our camper van. It was a devastating loss for us, but made tolerable by the amazing kindness and professionalism that was extended to us by Dallas. He was very personable during our time with him and even went above and beyond by taking the time to transport us to the rental car company. He also took photos that the insurance company was requiring after we had already left the area due to the second wave of storms that was about to hit. It was a lull in the weather that we had to take advantage of in order to get home and we were unable to return the next day to take the required photos. After 18 yrs of marriage my husband passed away very uninspected our truck was only in his name. I ended up getting my truck towed. When I would try to find out what was needed to retrieve the truck, I was told by employee that I wasn't aloud to get anything out or my I had to wear the same clothes for a week even though I had all documents proving who I was.then I was told I most likely stole my marriage license and his death certificate. I was threatened that if I came on Sunday he would charge me 100 a day and he still won't give me my truck and those were the nice things . These people charged my family $450 to tow a mini cooper 35 miles in town. When my parents asked if they could provide an invoice showing how they calculate the charges they couldn't nor could they intelligently provide any sort of customer service. The manager offered to take the car back where they picked it up from or drop the car off on the side of the road because how dare we ask them to explain the charges. Then along with that helpful solution they justified the charges by saying nobody asked how much it would be. Apparently if you don't ask they can charge whatever they want and they don't have to explain any of the charges. My parents speak with an accent and they pretty much thought they could just take advantage of them. If your are looking for a dirtbag company that has no business sense, compassion, or ethics them by all means hire Jett towing. read more

Quite possibly the most unprofessional towing service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The driver came unprepared to give us a ride to the dealership because he thought it was safe to carry around a 5-gallon container of gasoline with him in the cab of his truck. As a result, he ended up leaving the scene without towing our car because he was butt-sore from me telling him I expect him to help us find a way to the service department. So unbelievably unprofessional! If I could give less than a 1-star rating, I would absolutely would. Don't risk yourself or your car with these slugs. read more
