Everything ive had from here has been so delicious and full of flavor. I've gotten the pad Thai, pad see ew, yellow curry and wonton soup, recommend it all. I got medium spice for the curry and I felt like it was actually a little spicy so if you are new to spicy foods or can't handle too much I would stick with mild. Small cozy place, cute ambiance. Everyone that works there has been very sweet and attentive. I think the prices are fair for the fresh ingredients and well prepared food they make. I only with the portions were a little bigger because its so tasty but Ive gotten full with a soup and a main dish or if I'm with a friend and we share our entrees. read more

A lot of people will disagree with me, but I think this place is better than Ayara. I never knew chicken satay could be so tasty. It's usually good, but not this good. Just be aware that the green curry is pretty spicy even when you ask for it mild. My girlfriend could not eat it, but I loved it. We dined pretty early, so the servers weren't overwhelmed. They did a good job. Parking will now be even tougher in the area with Jame Enoteca next door, Sausal and the brewery. read more

My word, this place is GOOD! Was in the area waiting for a friend and decided to stop by. Thank goodness for you yelpers that said this place was good. Came in and welcomed by a friendly staff. I decided to go with the glass noodles and some of their Thai beer to drink. The glass noodles were amazing! Loved the beef and the broth was delicious. Though be warned, spicy means spicy here! This place is new to the El Segundo area and my coworkers rave about how tasty their pad thai noodle and pad se ew noodle is so today I decided to give them a try. My first couple bits of the noodles confirmed that this place could have pretty tasty food but then I go for a shrimp and see a hair strand sort of cooked into my shrimp. What the heck? So, for confirmation I took my order to my coworkers & asked their opinion. One coworker said she "thought it might be a part of the noodles and cooked onion" & the other agreed with my thoughts. Im a bit disappointed since its my first time trying this place at this point. So, I called them and said I was coming back for a new order. I left work AGAIN to pick up my new order and the one who took my order over the phone greeted me and said they would make a new one. She took my old hair order to the back and in less than 8 mins brought me what she said to be a new order. At this point im skeptical because to make a new order in under 8 mins is AMAZING but makes you think if they actually made a "NEW" order. Well, Im going to remain optimistic and just go with my good thoughts here. I'd probably go to them again but this incident will make me pay CLOSE attention to my food. The food here is great-- don't get me wrong-- they also have delicious roti w/ curry (one of my favorites). However, the service was a bit lacking. We had a party of 6, rather than trying to figure out how to fit us, they told us they couldn't help us. We ended up suggesting to split into 2 tables-- when we sat down, we realized there was actually enough space to fit all 6 of us at 1 table so we all moved. Not a big deal. However, when it came to the food, we ordered our dishes non-spicy. I ordered the ground pork w/ basil and one of my team members ordered pad kee mow-- both non-spicy, but both dishes still came out spicy. I didn't bother sending my order back 'cause I could still manage the level of spice, but my teammate's pad kee mow was REALLY spicy. she called the waitress over-- after going back and forth between our table and the kitchen, the waitress informed us that the chef didn't want to make it non-spicy and that making it non-spicy would no longer make the dish "pad-kee mow" and therefore NOT AUTHENTIC. After a lot more back and forth, my team member had to order a completely different dish that is traditionally not spicy. Look, the food is good. but you're a new restaurant. I understand that you pride yourself on authenticity, but adjusting spice levels does not nullify a dish's authenticity. the chef definitely has a level of arrogance that (s)he needs to get over or this place will never make it in an area with plenty of good Thai restaurants. read more

This place has the best pad thai I've ever had. And I've been to Thailand!! The place was very nice, very formal. The prices were fair. Portions were just right, finished the whole amount and felt full. The mango sticky rice is also very tasty!! Theres a small parking lot in front of the restaurant and lots of street parking around. I had their pad thai (normally sweet) and asked for them to make it spicy. They did not disappoint. They cranked it up to a 15 on a 1 to 10 scale and had me sweating, which isn't easy to do. As a lover of spicy food, it really is an art to make spicy food where the spice doesn't overpower the flavor and they nailed it. Also had their chicken wing which was perfect balance of crispy and juice. Service was good, but reason why i subtracted 1 star. They were very friendly, but it took while to get their attention. I don't really post reviewers a lot. Jetta deserves the time though. This place is tucked away in old Town El Segundo and is worth the trip. The service: incredibly fast and efficient yet attentive and authentic. It's busy at times and I only ever see two-three people working so they're moving with purpose. They were so kind and answered all my questions (I have dietary limitations). I'd come back for the service alone! The drinks: had to try their Thai cold coffee and it was perfectly balanced with sweetness and that coffee bitter. The food: the spicy basil fried rice with chicken (level 4 spice) was so good!!! I added broccoli to mine and it added a great texture. I loved the authentic Thai flavors in there, kaffir lime and Lemongrass! Then I had THE BEST coconut soup. In fact, it is the best soup I've ever had and that includes my mom's Ramen. Come support this local business. You won't regret it. read more

Yuck!! Just not good food. I ordered 4 disses and they all had a similar gross taste to them, besides that weird cleaning solution taste there was no flavor to the food. The best Thai good in El Segundo hands down. There isn't even a close second. We literally order from here or dine in once a week. My daughter has designated this as her favorite restaurant. I eat here every week. The food is always amazing. I've never had bad service, bad food, or a disappointing experience. It has always been outstanding. My favorite things to eat are the tom kha soup, larb chicken, papaya salad, yellow curry and tom yum pork noodle soup. Ordered delivery through Yelp. The food was delivered on time with all of the food items we ordered. We ordered one plate mild and one plate spicy. Neither had any spice at all. I think they forgot to put it in. But the food tasted fresh and great otherwise. I would recommend specifying how many sets of utensils you will need. We only got 1 set of chop sticks and 1 set of fork, spoon and knife. Wasn't a big deal but will remember to request extra chop sticks next time. read more

My mother, daughter and I dined here a few days ago and we loved it! Really cute decor inside, super friendly staff but best of all...the food was amazing! We were hungry and i saw a commercial for pad Thai and it made my mouth water for Thai food. I called Jetta and placed the order. Actually, the shrimp wanton soup was probably the best about the order. Thin noodles, shrimp wanton and some book choy. The tod mun (fried tofu) was good but alas, because of the to go order, wasn't that hot (or crispy). That's the bad thing about COVID and food: by the time you get the food home, it's Luke warm or cold. The pad Thai--what I'd been waiting for--was really disappointing. Thin glass noodles--eeeew. Really, it's got to be the flat noodles! The noodles were clumpy and sticky, not the light noodles I'm used to. But at least they left the peanuts off the order as I requested. And the prices! Thai good should be pretty cheap--it's originally peasant food, so why are you charging $18 for a small plate of noodles?! I'm trying to be generous bc I know people are dealing with the challenges of the pandemic, but honestly, two stars is really being generous. read more

I love Jetta Thai so much. I went here a while back with my boyfriend to try it out and it reminded me so much of my favorite Thai restaurant Hidden Garden in Culver City. I looked into it more and found out that they are owned by the same people! I love how they have different tastes and different things on the menu at both locations. I haven't been able to meet most of the girls who work there because of quarantine, but I love Ellie who works both locations and is always so kind to me. All of the girls who work there are so kind and will remember you, and even remember your order sometimes! I got takeout the other day, and it was just as delicious as eating at the restaurant. The shiitake noodle is DELICIOUS, also the Thai spicy basil rice. I'm happy to support their restaurant during this time. I loved walking in to pay and one of the ladies said that she missed me and my boyfriend cause it's our go to place. Can't wait to order from them again! Thank you Jetta! read more
