The Paccheri Lisci had a bit of a spicy kick to it. It has spicy pork sausage sugo, fennel, sage and pecorino. It was meaty and flavorful. The Tonnarelli or Cacio e Pepe contrasted nicely with the Paccheri Lisci. This pasta dish was simple, sharp and peppery. This was more bold versus saucy.
