Zaka is a hero. 1 year ago my husband bought a ring from a dealer who sadly passed away before we could retrieve the certificate of authenticity. I went to get my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together and my husbands ring resized. His ring was reaized just fine but the soldering on my rings was horrid. The band was custom made to fit my engagement ring and it was very off center, the back of the ring had pits in it and wasn't smooth. 5-10 minutes after pick up a stone fell out! We went back and she immediately said she'd fix it and I got the courage to ask for the soldering job to be fixed as well and found out she sends it out to someone else to get soldered. It took longer to get the rings back so she refunded us completely, however, the soldering "fix" came back a little closer to center and the back was actually worse. I expected far better care and quality of work for a jeweler in Orange in a store front. read more
