A diamond fell out of my wedding band after nearly 14 years. I couldn't find the stone to my devastation. I took it into get fixed and they were so nice and very knowledgeable. My husband and I went here to purchase our wedding bands. There are plenty of jewelers in the mart but this location had unique band designs at a reasonable price. The customer service was good and the sellers were friendly. My husband's band is still in great condition and looks charming on his hand. They did guarantee a year warranty on both bands which I am happy to say they honored. A few months after wearing my band a diamond fell out. I took it back to them and they replaced the stone at no charge and had it ready for me after about an hour. So far all the diamonds of my band are still in tact after going to get it repaired and the band appraised for more than it cost when it was time to insure my wedding set. I have to say Kin and her family are sweet people and knows how to BS their customers. That being said, the saga of my engagement ring! I'm now on my 3rd engagement ring from their store and they all failed. The 1st one was bought 7 years ago, the framework on the invisible setting was showing signs of wear and could not be repaired. They replaced the ring with channel setting but ring #2 in two weeks lost 8 diamonds ! I upgraded to ring #3 and paid $1300 for a ring which looked solid. Again lost one of the baguettes after 3 months which they repaired. 6 months later I lost another baguette! I am done with going back and forth getting my ring fixed. No ring should fall apart this much!!! They sell poor quality rings! The photo shows my 3rd ring, only 9 months old with a missing baguette. After losing stones twice, I took it to a real jeweler who said that the stones are too small for the setting , the reason why I keep losing the stones. It has been reworked to add more gold to hold the stones, and changed from channel to bezel setting. It now looks a lot better than before. Buyer beware! read more

We never felt rushed or pressured. We picked our wedding bands, but weren't able to take them that day. The band I picked was an 18K white gold pave diamond band. My engagement ring is 14K, so I figured they should match. After about a month or two the mother (can't remember her name) called us to tell us that it would take too long to order a 14K and that I could come pick up the 18K for the same price!
