They said they can appraise it for my insurance and to come in a week later. The day comes, I drop it off.. fill out forms for their establishment, then leave. Not even 10 minutes after leaving they call me to tell me they can't take it because of its gem stone type. I am upset because I explained clearly what it is a week prior over the phone, reading from the report it came in with.. Luckily I didn't have to pay the $150-175 to appraise and just picked it up when I was able to. I'd prefer not to drive all this way, and waste my time. I actually liked some of their jewelry and was planning on going back to pick some out. I will not be doing that. It honestly felt like they just wanted another person on their list to send ads to through email or text from the form I filled out.
