So I call AAA because Jackson's isn't picking up the phone, can't leave a message, won't reply to text. AAA tells me Jackson's has CANCELLED my order because I couldn't send photos of the car due to weak cell service. Nobody bothered to tell ME I didn't have a tow truck on the way, they just canceled. So incredibly unprofessional and another hour waiting for a tow, car sinking deeper in the mud. Flipping shameful.
