For the sweet and sour they only gave a tiny (and I mean tiny) cup of the sauce. Of course how would you know that when you're doing take out and the stapled closed brown bag of food is inside the tied off outer plastic bag and both are filled to the point of exploding. The main issue was that everything was really, really greasy/oily. All of the food and the inner part of the containers all left a sheen on your fingers when you touched them. Yick! The meat quality seemed decent and the flavor (Burp! - another grease release a month later) was I guess alright but the texture was really miserable. Nice enough people and it was edible but man this BFIT location indeed deserves its two star Yelp aggregate.
