Wish I took more photos but we had a perfect cozy booth. The restaurant was lively and service was attentive. My steak was cooked to perfection. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

This is a 4.5 out of 5. In terms of fresh pasta, you won't be able to do any better than Jianna. Super authentic and masterfully prepared. The gnocchi is cooked with bacon and perfectly fluffy. The grilled bread was amazing as well. The crab pasta dish was super crab flavored and cooked with sun-dried tomatoes. Very rich dish,. My said the spaghetti was a 7/10. Overall, we had a lovely meal.

Exceptional evening and exceptional meal. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and it couldn't have been a better experience. We sat outside on the balcony overlooking Falls Park. It was a gorgeous night and our table was perfectly situated to enjoy views of Main Street. We were immediately greeted and wished a happy anniversary. When seated, we were presented with special menus noting the anniversary. Sam was our server and she was wonderful, so warm and friendly. We started with a half dozen East Coast oysters. Such a delicious service, complete with mignonette, hot sauce, and cocktail sauce. I had the scallop special and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. We ended the meal with a delicious olive oil cake. This was a very special way to celebrate a milestone anniversary, or any special occasion. We highly recommended this exceptional restaurant!

We had a dinner reservation for a party of 2 at 8 pm on Saturday, 3/22/25. We were celebrating a birthday, which they acknowledged with birthday wishes and a "Happy Birthday" menu, but that was it. No dessert on the house, which was a bummer. Katelyn was our waitress and she was great! We got a starter, bread, and we got all specials for the half order of pasta (the move!!) and our large plates. Here's what we got: - North Carolina Burrata ($15): More like a salad, doesn't come with bread. Very good! - Grilled Ciabatta ($4): Unfortunately, they don't offer free bread service. The bread was fine, but we wouldn't get it again. - Lamb Ragu Pasta Special (half order, $15): OMG. This was soo good. The half order was the perfect size too. Still dreaming about this. - Scallop Special ($45): The scallops melted in my mouth! Loved the mushrooms in the dish too! - Filet Special ($55): We ordered this medium, but it came out very medium rare. My husband was fine with that, so he ate it. It was good, but the side was even better! The potatoes, snap peas, and cauliflower were perfectly seasoned. So good! We were sadly too full for dessert. We would 100% go back and have already recommended to others! Good portion size, reasonably priced, and delicious food!

Calamarata al Nero di Sepia with rock shrimp and squid ink pasta

What an exceptional dining experience! Our server, Matt, was outstanding. His wine expertise truly elevated the evening. He described our selection so vividly that I could practically taste the wine before it arrived at our table. Through thoughtful questions, he guided us to the perfect selection: Il Colle di Carli. It was delicious and set the tone beautifully for our meal. For our main courses, we ordered the lamb shank rigatoni and the Calamarata al Nero di Sepia with rock shrimp and squid ink pasta. The squid ink pasta was a first for me, and I was absolutely delighted. The flavor was extraordinary and unlike anything I'd experienced before. Both dishes paired wonderfully with our wine. We dined outside with live music drifting from the street, creating the most enchanting atmosphere. Our server asked if we were too warm, and we agreed we were feeling a bit warm, Matt graciously adjusted the outdoor heating without hesitation. Every detail was attended to with care. This is the kind of restaurant that understands fine dining is about the complete experience: exceptional food, knowledgeable service, and an ambiance that makes the evening unforgettable. Simply beautiful.

First time in Greenville, what an absolutely wonderful town. First time at Jianna's , an incredible meal, we deferred to our waiter, Andy, who had wine recommendations from a very extensive list, as well as thoughts on appetizers and entrées, I don't think you can go wrong with anything. Everything was delicious and fresh and so homemade tasting. We absolutely plan on coming back on our next trip. And you've gotta love a restaurant that actually has a cookbook you can purchase!

Here tonight for a dinner date. Tonight we had the Grilled Ciabatta with Olive Oil as a starter. Make sure you get the freshly ground Parmesan cheese with that. And ask for extra Parmesan. We then had the Pan Roasted Red Snapper (but tonight they substituted it with North Carolina Bass). The fish comes with Poached P.E.I. Mussels (delicious - really, my husband who normally does not love mussels really liked these), potatoes, and squash in a really nice sauce. Make sure you also try a pasta dish. They make all their pastas fresh daily. We got the Strozzapretti.

Jianna is a greenville staple. Consistently amazing and seasonal menus that show the chef has true passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. This week, the star was the lobster pasta with black truffle in a garlic sauce. The ricotta corstini is always a star app. Weekends are great for brunch and they have a great raw oyster bar. Caramel semmifredo desert is a staple menu item that always delivers. A must try 5/5 stars. Only thing that may be an issue for some patrons is that the food can be a bit salty

Bathrooms are A plus. Service prompt and friendly. Not tourist feeling even though it's in the heart of the tourist area. Recommend to anyone.

Starters including: meatballs, risotto, ricotta crostini, grilled ciabatta, spinach and ricotta agnolotti. YUM!

Unfortunately no as I recollect . Not sure if the restaurant could advise on a particular dish?

We took our time settling in and started with the mozzarella and focaccia (so good!) and the meatball--because you can't visit an Italian place without the essentials. For our mains, we ordered the short rib ragu and the verde lasagna. The lasagna was especially memorable--you could really taste the fresh spinach, which gave it a light, refreshing flavor. To top it all off, the wonderful Mr. Flannegan came out to sing "Happy Birthday" and brought their amazing cannoli. Such a fun and memorable touch to an already fantastic meal!

It was very clean, and the atmosphere is one of its strongest assets. We sat outside overlooking Fluor Field, which made for a really enjoyable setting. The outdoor patio was comfortable, and the new awnings provided great shade, making it easy to relax even in the sun. Service was excellent from start to finish. Attentive, and professional. No complaints there at all. For drinks, I ordered a carajillo, which was very well done. The food is where things started to fall short. We began with the long hot stuffed peppers. The dish only comes with two peppers, so the portion felt a bit small. The sausage itself was decent, but it was severely lacking seasoning, and the sauce didn't add much to elevate it. The verde lasagna followed a similar trend. The pasta itself was clearly good quality, but the overall dish was underwhelming and lacking depth of flavor. The scallop dish was the best of what we tried. The scallops were cooked perfectly, the asparagus was fresh, and the risotto had a good texture. Unfortunately, even here, the dish still felt like it was missing seasoning and bold flavor, which was a recurring theme throughout the meal. Given the upscale setting and prime location, expectations are understandably higher and so are the prices. That said, the portion sizes and overall flavor didn't quite justify the cost in my opinion. Overall, a great location with excellent service and ambiance, but the food needs more seasoning and depth to truly match the setting and price point.

The host let us know they would hold our leftovers and we could pick them up after the show -- we didn't end up having any, but what a great service! Will definitely keep that in mind for the future. The staff kept our deadline in mind so we got to the show in plenty of time. So many amazing food and drink options, it was hard to choose. The wine and cocktail lists are enough to give you options but not overwhelming. Food has something for everyone, all Italian options. We tried the focaccia with ricotta and Caesar salad for starters (not pictured, we were so hungry!), then the agnolotti and pansotti pasta dishes. I will be dreaming about the pansotti. The agnolotti was good, although a bit sweet for me and a small portion size compared to everything else we had. A friend ordered the sausage pizza and it was a generous personal portion big enough to share. For dessert, the affogato. Ice cream could have had more vanilla for me, but still a delicious end to a scrumptious meal. Ambiance reminds me of a sunny day in Italy: lots of blues and whites, tile, and wood surfaces. Snappy casual dress code recommended. Table, booth, bar, and outside seating available. Restrooms are across the entrance and inside the hotel. No-step entrance with a roundabout drop off option, and accessible seating available. Parking available on the street and in nearby parking garages.

Unfortunately the salad came out AFTER the pizza...approximately 10 minutes later. Obviously this is odd...well at least to me We even got dessert and split a coffee. The dessert was good ..l it was coconut strawberry flan like dessert. It was okay except for "cinnamon toast " like crunchy items and the description of "macerated strawberries " . (Which sounds gross from the medical definition of "macerated"-- I digress). Overall both coffee and dessert were good..but again the timing was off. Coffee came out way too early or the dessert came out way too late--as we think it's nice to have something sweet to accompany your coffee. Again timing was off and not just a little... but enough to say ... how did this item get here so early( or late). Anyways....food and service was g good....timing was off. Just an FYI
