I had to turn the car around in a tight area. I wrote to the company, which answered on my third try: no help offered; just a veiled reference that the problem is my fault. --- We haven't had any issues with redeeming our free car washes. If someone uses your information to redeem a free wash, the system would prevent it from being used again. Unfortunately, we cannot override the system, as it resets every six months. I recommend speaking with the General Manager at this location to see if there are any other available coupons for you at this time.
