Zero Stars. Got ripped off. In June of 2025 I got an oil change on my Hummer H3. It was $45 ish dollars after a coupon discount. Went in today (June 2026) and was quoted $167 (before the coupon) !!!!! Are you kidding me?!!! So apparently I used conventional oil last time, but they were out of it today....so they just slid in the "well synthetic oil is recommended for your car" which is kind of is, but it takes either. So....after coupon $142.....almost $100 more than just a year ago for an oil change.....and I don't think they inspected much of anything (lights; dirty windows; tire air pressure), they just filled the windshield washer fluid and I was out of there in 6 minutes or so..... ...I feel icky.... read more

This was exceptional service! I've always liked this Jiffy Lube location, but today, the assistant manager, Paul Martinez, was helping me. I just wanted a standard oil change and he helped me to get a coupon and then recommended a brake fluid change. I declined, left, then asked my husband about it as I had just had my tires replaced. He agreed that the brake fluid was essential and is not standard with new tires. I didn't know that, so I came back. Paul was efficient, polite, and professional. He also helped to find me another discount (that I requested). I am grateful for his gentle suggestions about the brake fluid. The car is much more responsive now and my daughter is taking it on a road trip tomorrow. I am very glad I used this Jiffy Lube!!! It has been years since I've gone to a Jiffy Lube, but today I found myself taking my son's vehicle there as that's where he has taken it previously. Maybe my expectations are too high, but for $160 I would expect all the services to be completed. The windows weren't clean, the floor mats weren't vacuumed, I'm not quite sure what you get for $160 other than changing out the oil and filling out the windshield wiper fluid. The staff was very nice, but there were no other customers, and therefore they had all the time in the world to make my experience perfect, although they didn't. I made an appointment online where I put all my car's information and service I need, but it didn't matter because it was first come first serve, so they made me wait. I also received an estimate charge based in the service I need ( change oil) for my specific car. Then the oil/filter I need wasn't available and I should wait 20/30' until they receive it. I have to wait two hours and estimate of $119 was incorrect, it end up being $241 because they explained the system is inaccurate on the estimation. Just had a GREAT experience and felt inclined to share . Paul was our service tech and not only was he friendly but eager to educate this single mom about her car. He pointed out dirty filters and fluids that should be changed in a timely manner that I wasn't aware even existed. I had called several places for prices on replacing brakes on my Volvo SUV, Jiffy lube was not only $170 cheaper than the others, they used the same Cermaic brakes and parts as they are all ordered no matter where you go. These guys know their stuff. Luis and the Manager that actually did the brake replacement were great. They are also kind. I would recommend them. 2 hours later I picked up my car. They would not let me son get his oil changed. He is 17, and just wanted an oil change on a car that has been serviced at this location .... many times. They sent him away twice. Chevron does not have issue with him buying gas. Jiffy Lube says he can work there (website shows a requirement of 16 and a drivers license), but this local policy says be cannot get an oil change. Well my long term business, my personal cars, and everyone I talk to I will tell them to take their business elsewhere. He went to Valvoline a few miles away. Stay away from this location. My daughter went here yesterday for an oil change. They charged her $69.20 for Labor for a 15 min oil change. For the exact same thing on 2/23 just two weeks ago at the TO location my labor was $14. Here are pics of both receipts. I've called Several times today. I went in to get transmission fluid and ended up getting that and an oil change after the team looked at the oil and told me it was dirty. They explained the process, how long it would take, and answered all the questions I had about both the process for changing transmission fluid as well as the oil change. They showed me both the fluid and oil indicators to show me it was clean and made sure to top them both off. They also processed my payment while I stayed in the vehicle so I did not have to park and run inside. The also honored the online discount and the only correct I would make is that they told me they were going to give me a 10% AAA discount but only gave me $10 off.
