I have had positive experiences with the Thousand Oaks location, but today was my first experience with the Agoura location. I learned my tires were too low and figured I'd run to the gas station with my dad before work to fill them up. I never, ever do anything before work as I don't want to chance being late, but figured this would be a breeze. It was my first time, but I also think there was something wrong with the air machine. Even with help from both my dad and the attendant, my tires were just losing more air. I have anxiety, so naturally I started panicking. I drove straight over to Tire Man and was so kindly helped even a few minutes before they opened. I'm sure they probably wanted to laugh at how frantic I was, but I appreciate how they kept a straight face, lol! I ended up Doordashing the guys some donuts because they really saved the day for me. Honestly, instead of trying to mess with my tires again I may just swing by from time to time since they were so nice and helpful. I really, really appreciate it! read more

An update from these people!!! Apparently my alignment went out because I go off road in my Van... A: it's a RWD and doesn't get used off road: makes me think they have a 4x4 Van specs not mine!!!! What a lame excuse for Bad workmanship!!!!! I am very disappointed to write this negative review as I normally deal with Tireman on TO Blvd, they've always been awesome. they couldn't do the Alignment on my Sprinter Van and recommended the Agoura Hills shop, I went there after replacing the front shocks on my Van for an Alignment on March 26th 2026, After being told the Van was ready, I go to pick up the Van, pay the invoice, my friend drives the Van away for me! I asked for the before and after chart showing what was adjusted, I was told none was available by the server! I left to go back to work. I drive my Van later to find the Steering wheel is not centred, it's cocked to the left! That's a small issue to what the real problem is!! I called and was told to take the van back for correction... I've got to put myself and time out to go back a second time when it should've been done properly in the first place! The real issue here is that I have my Van serviced and tyre rotation every 5000miles! Having the Van serviced (Oil change and tyre rotation) the technician calls me to tell me I need two front tyres!! Because the alignment and camber are so far off it's dangerously worn both front tyres on the inner 2"... As you can see in the photos... this was the quality of Tireman Agoura hills work!!! I'm going on a 1000 road trip next week. Pretty obvious what would happen while on the road trip! After the alignment was carried out the road noise was getting louder and louder!! Now I know why!! The management is also being very slow to offer any kind of resolution, Alignment has been done properly now and Tyres have to be replaced! I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to Agoura hills Tireman, my first time dealing with them. Tireman on Thousand Oaks Blvd have been awesome guys!!! I'll update as necessary.. Update: Now I've had the Alignment corrected or actually done, New tyres fitted, My Van is a different vehicle to drive!!!!. Road noise is gone!! It's a real shame when a company makes mistakes they don't want to take any accountability, Be Honest! They won't even return your call! read more

Excellent service and pricing. But be warned you can't use your credit card unless you pay a 3% charge. I am guessing that they have to do this as their prices are so good. Almost half of what the dealer charges for the same tires. Great waiting area with several Macaws and a couple of chickens to entertain you while you wait. I waited about 39 minutes for the replacement of two rear tires. read more

Robert and Craig run this old-school little tire shop that just works. Prices are super fair for this area, it's rarely slammed, and even when it is they somehow still manage to squeeze you in and get you taken care of. They've done my tires, oil changes, brake pads on both my Tesla and my Volkswagen. no drama, no upsell, no attitude!!! They actually know Teslas really well, which is rare for a run if the mill tire shop. Also!!! there are a couple of amazing parrots outside the shop that keeps my kids entertained while you wait, just don't touch them!!! Entrance is through the back, and there's always handicap parking available. Small place, big service. This has been my go-to for years and it's never let me down. read more

I have been going to Tire Man Agoura for just over a year, with my first car they replaced all four of my tires for an excellent price, later on they patched up my tire multiple times on my used car I had just purchased, they replaced my brakes and this time they were able to replace a starter in my engine within two hours! I always seem to get Robert on the phone and even if I call multiple days in a row, often panicked, he always assures me that they will be able to get the job done. :) Most important to me is the genuineness of the staff here, especially Robert. The worst vehicle repair experience ever. Customer service is also dismal. They hassled me over a poor battery installation that left me stranded and requiring a tow. Then when the battery failed approximately one year later they wouldn't replace it despite their own diagnostics indicating that it was bad. The diagnostics of AAA twice and GMC once also indicated it was a bad battery. I paid GMC approximately $400 for the replacement. I will never do business with this company again. The staff was rude, argumentative, and condescending. My business is lost forever and I highly suggest others to go elsewhere for automotive repairs. read more
