I LOVE this location!!! All of the employees are very friendly and easy going. There has been a bit of a wait when I go at the busy times...but their magazine selection is good. I expect to wait at least 20 minutes for an oil change. I get my fluids topped off their frequently and they even checked my tires and put air in them when I asked. GREAT PLACE!!!!! :) When I went to Oil Can Henrys their washer fluid REEKED of amonia, so every time I used my wipers my whole car smelled awful..almost poisonous. Jiffy Lube for the win! read more

I don't normally post reviews, especially negative reviews but I am so dissapointed with my recent experience at this location. When I arrived this morning for an oil change all of the bays were full but I was next in line. When I was greeted I asked about having a head light replaced for free, since I had brought the new light with me. That idea was quickly shut down with few words "it's $10". Well okay then. I then waited in the waiting room for an hour and 10 minutes without any of the technicians speaking to me. The last 20 minutes of that my car sat in the bay without even being touched. At that point I walked out and said I needed to leave. No one said anything, no apologies. I have taken all of my cars here for the past 9 years. The employees were very friendly, but missed some of the little things like upon putting my cabin air filter back in behind my glove box, they didn't put everything back in the glove box where it was originally. The floors were vacuumed decently, but not well and the outside of the windows weren't very clean at all. The nice thing is that the cashier honored the $25 off coupon, but still the synthetic blend oil change was more expensive than my regular mechanic. The service was complete shit, and the people on the team were unprofessional and preoccupied with eating their greasy pizza. I went in to get a simple oil change, asked how long it would take and they apparently got pissed because I asked that question?! I got my paper back, and they didn't ask my name, my phone number, and my email address, and instead replaced it with "jj" on each section. Oh, and I didn't get my sticker which would show when I would need my next oil change. Been going to this place since it was built many years ago. Never have I been so offended by the liberal use of the f**k word and sexual content comments in and around the work area. I chose to sit in my car and not in the waiting area while the oil was changed, I like to see what is going on. I wasn't the only customer in the work bay while all this "guy talk" was going on. I'm not a saint by any means but if I used half this kind on language at my place of employment in front of customers, with out a doubt I'd be looking for another job today. Smoking just outside the work area so it wafts into the door is just unacceptable, no one smokes this close to customers any more. I do remember back in the 70s when EVERYONE smoked everywhere and if you didn't like it too bad. Well times have changed and to subject your customers to your nasty habit is not just wrong. I was "up-charged" a dollar a pint for having plain old 30 weight put into my car, HUH? They also informed me that my brakes needed replacing on all 4 wheels, funny considering I just had them done 2 weeks ago, Hmm. Going forward I will not put up with foul language, will not be returning to this place again, and will ask how much everything going on/in my car will cost me before they start work. These guys are super nice. I've been here probably 5 times and every single time they have given me a discount purely out of the goodness of their hearts. Most recently, I needed a new battery, new oil, and new transmission fluid. They took 60 bucks off my total and also fixed a rock chip in my windshield for free. The one star is being nice.... I needed an oil change, I was already over the suggested 5k.... As we pulled into this location, I said "I' ve heard horror stories about forgetting to replace caps and such...." The oil change went pretty quick and they changed a cabin filter. HOWEVER They didn't clean up after themselves, windows were a mess when i left (the guys said he cleaned them,,,, i don't call a dirty water shadow on half of my window CLEAN!) I got a call later that night to say they forgot to put trays away (filter trays) and i wonder what else they forgot to do. When my husband took the car back to get that done, he asked about a price adjustment for the inconvenience.... The managers response... "We already gave you one yesterday." And? You guys screwed up and took time out of me and my husband's already busy day... Needless to say, from now on, I will listen to my inner voice... and now as i go down to check my car... there are fresh oil spots in my driveway.... WTF people! read more

I was IMPRESSED! I came here to have a radiator power flush performed, after I was treated poorly by the local Oil Can Henry's (again.) I visited this Jiffy Lube twice before, during the past thirty days. On each occasion, I simply pulled-in, and asked the staff to install miscellaneous additives in my differentials. At NO TIME did I get asked a bunch of questions, or treated like garbage. And, on both previous occasions regarding them adding various additives, they did not charge me a dime. So naturally, I came back for the radiator flush... They were $30.00 CHEAPER than Oil Can Henry's... they let me watch... used my own fluids (and my Royal Purple additive...) and then gave me an additional discount, for a reason I cannot even recall! In short, I was treated like royalty. Before I even pulled into the bay, the attendant recognized me, greeted me with a friendly shout, and opened a free bay to guide me-in, without delay. THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE! The only reason I previously went to Oil Can Henry's, was due to their alleged CarFax reporting. I love this Jiffy Lube! They go the extra mile to get you in and out quickly. They also have mobile DEQ which is an amazing time saver. It is two targets with one arrow. We needed our DEQ certificate and an oil change and we didn't pay anything more than what it would have been to waste an hour going to the DEQ testing station. My mother went here requesting an oil top off. The assistant manager was extremely rude to her as well as one of the techs and insinuated my mother was a liar and she left without a top off that she was entitled to per her initial request for the Signature Service Oil Change. At this point, my mother and I both were pretty disappointed. The real shocker came when trying to contact Doorknob LLC (The owner of this location). I spoke with Rocky who treated me horrifically and made excuse after excuse for his employees poor behavior and went as far as to say, "It doesn't matter what my employees did, your mother got what she paid for and that's that!" These guys have no professional integrity and despite the years and years my family put into building this business up when it was still owned by Trakul Investments, no one in my family will ever return to any Jiffy Lube. read more

Been coming here for years. I'm always greeted with a smile and an escort into their waiting area. The visit is comfortable and the oil change usually takes about 10-15 minutes without any fuss. They keep the records on my car overtime so we know when I'm due for any additional work. They don't try to push any up sells on me unless it is something that they think I actually need. Overall, the location is staffed by easy going people who work well and make you comfortable while you wait. As a side story, there was this one time that someone came in to their office with a fresh pizza, probably for their lunch. They came in to the waiting room and smiled at me, asked how I was doing. We had a pleasant conversation. Next thing you know I'm being offered a slice of pizza while this guy goes about his lunch and we talk about our day. Who does that!? That's like, old school small town customer service right there. So that's my two bits. I'm sure you might find better or worse out there, but this is my Jiffy Lube, and I'm gonna keep on coming back. read more

if there were negative stars, this would be the time to use them. this station ruined my engine. they said that they were putting in a cleaner, and i took my car to my mechanic due to slow engine performance. now i am having to pay $1400 to have the engine stripped and cleaned of the shit this station put in my car! I don't tend to write reviews but this one seemed like it needed some attention. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service I received. I think it's extremely rude when the employee checking you in is on their cell phone, Erica B, right in front of you not once but twice while working with you. Then they tell me the top off is not free because I am one month out from their "warranty" and less then 1000 miles over their other parameter. No accommodations apparently for being close and a continuous customer. Nor have I ever needed to come in for a top off. Then they quote me a price which is twice the amount oil can Henry quoted me to top it off. I let them know I had just left oil can to give them my business and Jiffy Lube would not price match Oil Can Henrys. Unfortunately you have lost all future business. read more

Great COFFEE! I got there just at opening and was shuttled right in. The two dudes helping me were courteous and even opened the door for me to the little ante-room. I had a coupon for quite a bit off ($16) and they STILL treated me like a valued customer, even though that coupon was for a Jiffy Lube down the street. it was my first time at this location but they didn't press me to buy added crap, which I hate. They did show me my cabin air filter which was filthy. I have a hybrid car, and they were well-versed in servicing it. This place is a joke..... My car was moved to another lane to help someone before me. I had waited my turn for over 20 minutes and then someone shows up and they do their oil change before me. More than anything that really pisses me off is that they moved my car to a different lane to help this other person on an oil change. No emergency. Mark is the epitome of integrity in the automotive repair industry. After approximately 3 hours and 30 or so shops, I was absolutely confused as to how I should approach my transmission service. Tons of conflicting info, then I met Mark. He explained the difference between a flush, pan down, and service and described which situations they were each applicable for. I am glad I spoke with him, I was going to do a service with another shop that likely could've had negative repercussions on my transmission. DO NOT COME HERE: read- Had to give this place 1 star to write anything they don't deserve that. They charged my girlfriend 500$ to replace all four brakes and rotors. We started hearing scraping almost instantly. We took it to an actual mechanic and they told us she was over charged and they put the wrong rotors on the back and didn't replace the front rotors or pads. She went back and asked them to simply fix the mistake but they said they wouldn't do it, only for another 250$, TO FIX THERE MISTAKE. She said it was only right and they should be honest and fix the mistake because it not only her at risk but our unborn child at risk. THEY LAUGHED AT HER!!Then two grown grown men started yelling at this pregnant young woman about the unclear receipt they left stuff off of to screw her over. They don't care if you are pregnant, the wouldn't care if you are elderly, have kids or a disability. These are her breakers and her life the car shakes and jumps when she brakes. These are bad people and I wouldn't even trust them to change your oil. DO NOT BE ROBBED OR HAVE THEM DESTROY SOMETHING ON YOUR VEHICLE. Last time I ever go here for an oil change. I pulled in and the first thing I showed them was a coupon I was emailed for a $24.99 oil change, they said great pull on in. After getting my oil changed they ran my bill and then tell me sorry your coupon is no good, it expired yesterday, that'll be $54.24.. I said what, I've NEVER paid that here before!!! And I showed my coupon FIRST, and that's more than twice what it was supposed to be!!! They wouldn't do a thing to help me at all, only said sorry it expired yesterday, that'll be $54.24... You can go anywhere in town and get a $25 oil change, and if I would have known that I never would have had it done. Next time I will make sure to read the fine print.. They even have $15 off coupons online, and they wouldn't do that for me either, and there's nothing I hate more than being gouged for a simple service you can get done anywhere.. I've been to this location numerous times before, and never got screwed like this. What makes it worse is, as I was leaving all the other guys were laughing, making me feel like I really got screwed.
