I chatted with Austin, he said he took over this location recently. I have to say, it was impressive. It was like what you see in a restaurant with the chef calling out things and everyone answering back. It really seemed like great team work. Very nice job! One more thing to mention. He said one guy this was his second day, and one person called out, and still they were taking care of everyone and not being short with any of the customers. If he was stressed, I couldn't tell. Went here for the first time today and can't say anything bad about it. Right when I pulled up, he knew it was synthetic and quoted me for starting price at $89.99. Had to do my own check, and asked him if it was gonna be synthetic and he said yes. He offered to check cabin filter, tire pressure, rotate tires if needed and honestly, I'm just so glad I made the drive to see them. The gentleman who helped me was Kingston. This place has exactly the same concept back home, and I am just so so grateful to have come across this place, and more so, Kingston who so kindly explained everything to me. There were no BS, didn't try to upsell me on anything and his demeanor is so calm. So nice all afound Going to places like this as a female is intimidating. U don't know what's right or what's wrong but in general, you should have a general knowledge of what you're getting done. Regardless, I highly recommend this place 100%. Came in this morning (Sunday, 7/26) for an oil change -- arrived at 1:50pm, didn't leave until 3:26pm, over 90 minutes for a routine service. Only two people were staffing the two lanes, and no one was at the front desk to greet or check in customers. The bigger issue: I asked for full synthetic oil, but no one called to confirm or authorize the service before starting. I only found out partway through that the technician was filling with something else -- when I asked him directly, he told me it was full synthetic. Then at checkout, the manager said it was actually partial/semi-synthetic. That kind of inconsistency between what I asked for, what the technician told me, and what the manager confirmed at payment is a serious trust issue. I have no confidence my car actually got what I paid for. We have a road trip coming up soon, and instead of feeling confident about my car's maintenance, I'm now second-guessing whether the job was done right. Between the wait time, the lack of communication, and the conflicting answers about the oil itself, I won't be bringing our vehicles back here. The sign on the wall says "HONEST SERVICE. GUARANTEED." I'd like to take you up on that claim. read more

Not only much cheaper than Lexus and Toyota dealers but also much better, I was so pleased while driving home after the service. I have had services performed here for years. I came in for an oil and transmission change. The technician told me I needed a brake flush as well, mind you I have a complete brake service 6 months ago including a flush with Les Schwab. I headed over to Les Schwab check and had them check my brake fluid, they said it was fine. I then phoned Fast Lane and let them know what they had said. The Fast Lane employee blamed the mishap on Les Schwad for not reporting the service to Carfax. Wth? Are the employees not competent to tell if I need a service and are relying on a Carfax report??? I live in western Beaverton but I drove all the way out here because I needed an oil change, a smog check, and for them to look into the reason my steering wheel was making a dull clicking noise occasionally. On their Yelp page it says they do "auto general diagnosis" and "auto noise diagnosis," but when I got there, they said they only do oil changes... but there is someone who can diagnose things that works on Tuesdays only there. The oil change was $90 for my 2021 CRV. The Honda dealership charges me less than this. How do you not beat dealership prices? They also upsold me on 2 filters for my car, but I was and am still okay with it because I read they need to be changed once a year anyway depending on certain factors. The two filters were about $50. They gave me a "VIP" coupon for 10% off next time but it would still be more than a Honda dealership so I won't be coming back. I live much closer to a Valvoline. Great customer service though! I will give them that, but I am also cautious about customer service that comes with an upsell. read more

Oil change- zero stars. Paid too much for an oil change in which not a single part was done correctly. Incorrect gasket has lead to leaking oil. Unseated or fastened oil filter. Incorrectly attached skid plate resulting in destroying inner wheel well. I have taken it back and they had me fill out an indecent report. No one has returned my calls and now I no longer have a drivable car. Their carelessness and negligence is criminal. read more

I have went to fast lane a few times for oil changes over the years. Things change. My last experience went something like this: I ask not to do the full inspection but I'd like the 3 other things the site offers for your oil change on their site. I didn't receive any of those items. I went back and asked for a half refined for the time wasted returning for what I originally paid for. I was told the manager rarely does refunds. So all and all $40 saved on their end is a loss of my 3-4 visits this coming year. read more

I must update my review cause my oil change was actually done incorrectly and I ended up having to go to the dealership to have my engine washed to remove all the oil that splashed out and a new oil change, cause it was overfilled for my cars design. My car has made a sound ever since that the dealership has advised me there is no cure for, regardless of cost.
