They didn't have the air filter for my rig in stock so someone from their team ran to the auto parts store to get one for my replacement. Reviewing since they took down my review. I took my car here and they upsold me in a radiator flush with the oil change. They didn't bother to put any fluids back in and the next day my car overheated and blew the head gasket. When I told them they denied it and said there's no proof so they don't have to do anything about it. Ended up having to get another car and will ALWAYS warn people about this place. How do they do it this much faster than everyone else, WHILE being this friendly, WHILE not messing anything up or leaving anything out WHILE not upselling me for $2000 of nonsense?!? We had an easy trip to Xpresso lube today. I had been taking my car to the Toyota dealer for all its service until the whole Covid situation. I have been staring at the maintenance light for a while knowing it was time for an oil change. It was very straightforward. The young men working were friendly. They have several kinds of oil changes each at $10 more than the basic one. It was $80 for the oil change Minion #1 told me to get ( I was baffled by the synthetic vs. regular oil). It included checking all the levels and tires and stuff, and I guess its supposed to include a carwash but it was pouring so we didn't bother with that. The oil change was quick, they offered us a $125 fuel injection service ( we said no), and we were in and out quickly. Their waiting room is nice, clean, with lots of seating. Looks like they were about to holiday it up as there were decorations sitting in bags and boxes in a corner. It has an espresso machine, i don't know if they sell drinks or not. We already had Black Rock with us. Easy peasy.I bet they have coupons in local mailers though, I would look for that next time. read more

Every business can have down times. My previous review outlined the customer services challenges we had with a very aggressive service person 4 years ago. Xpresso Lube has completely fixed this by revamping their personnel. The customer service professionals who work here now are knowledgeable, kind, and I love seeing the gender diversity in here as well :-) I recently did an oil change, engine flush, and they cleaned the corrosion off my battery and did a free battery test for me. The person I worked with was very patient when explaining what was needed. These are services that were overdue that I have been warned about previously. When my car started failing the top-off because it was burning so much oil, it was time to get these extra services done. And it was half the price of what my dealership quoted me. I went to get my oil changed and the girl who helped me was very polite and professional. I don't know a single thing about cars, but she was patient and helped me locate the area to open the hood and determine which oil I needed. She added about two quarts, and when I asked for how much it would be, she said it was complementary for customers. I only found out later that I had just gotten my oil topped off, not a change (but hey, I said I know nothing about cars). Afterwards the man at the wash let me go through also complementary. I was blown away by the kindness of the people that work here! It honestly made my whole day. Next time I get an oil change (which is soon lol since I never even got it changed), Xpresso Lube is my top pick. There's not any other place I'd rather go to. read more

Last week I had a leak in my brake fluid line and it needed to be flushed and repaired. They got me in the next day and they did a great job. Only technician, they don't know how to do customer service. They are easily confuse and frustrated. I can see they slowly losing customers in the long run. Nowadays, is all about customer service, if you don't know how then learn and listen what customers need and concern. Every person wants to save a dollar in this world even a millionaire. Sometimes this particular customer had referred many customers over the year. I was super disappointed the way they handle the situation. There's NO customers service once again. Xpress lube is now charging $10 dollars for removing the skid plate to access the oil plug and filter! What!?!? My skid plate has 4 bolts, which probably took less than 5 minutes to remove. Wondering what will be next? $15 dollars for popping the hood open and another $10 for closing?!? Wow! read more

I had a problem with the drain plug. The fixed it right away and were great to deal with.

I came in for a break fluid change which my receipts say they performed and charged me for. However I couple weeks go by and I take my car into another shop today for a full inspection (not performed by Xpresso Lube) and they tell me that the break fluid is very dirty and they don't think it was done. Not sure what happened but the couple weeks time in between the appointment, the break fluid should not have been as dirty as it was. I would not recommend this place, at least not for a break fluid change. read more
