I am a loyal customer to this jiffy lube and have always had a good experience while getting oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I decided to try the jiffy lube brake service and got my rotors and brake pads replaced. The price was similar to other brake service centers if not a little cheaper. The brakes were completed quickly and I appreciated that an explanation was given as to what was done. Flash foreword to about a week after the brakes were done. I started noticing a weird noise from my car as it was braking and coming to a stop. I am not much of a car guy and I figured it was something to do with the brakes. I took the car back to this jiffy lube location. I did not have any expectations and figured they would give a quick look and just tell me everything was fine. I was happily surprised when I was told they would do a total examination of the work that was done as well as the braking system. I dropped the car off and was told I would get a call when It was done and the problem was identified. About 4-5 hours later I received a call and was told the brakes were thoroughly inspected and they were operating as they should. I was told the problem was identified and it was thoroughly explained to me. The team at jiffy lube was even kind enough to take a video of the problem that was causing the noise and recommend on what to do next. Long story short, jiffy lube is a massive corporation and has locations everywhere. The staff at this jiffy lube has always been very friendly and on this particular occasion went above and beyond in my opinion. Honestly, I didn't expect great service from Jiffy Lube and Ivan and his team are awesome. From the comfort of your car if anyone is a parent, you can just stay in the car with your child and relax while they do the oil change for you. A great tip is to come in the morning so that way you don't have to wait long. Ivan was nice enough to check the cabin filter and my windshield wiper fluid as well. I want to shoutout Eric who was so friendly and helpful. he walked through the status of each item on my vehicle and then he took the time to check the oil with me on the dipstick after they finished the oil change which I've never had anyone at a Jiffylube do with me before. I actually just left getting my oil changed and I just want to say that the team working today is amazing. When I got in they performed the pre-inspection just to make sure everything was operational on the car. They're a really good about getting me information on things that needed to be either changed or refilled. They gave me the breakdown of the prices and what comes with the quality. All in all is very appreciative on how informative they were. This is coming from someone that usually does the routine maintenance on my own. Sometimes you end up going somewhere where they try to work in the extras but Is team gave me the info on what I could do and I just went from there. I ended up just getting my standard oil change and let them top off my coolant fluid. They did let me know that my filter for my air conditioning need to be changed and the license plate light was out. I called this location on Monday 8/7/23. I asked if I could bring my truck for oil change and tire rotation the next day. They said yes as long as I make it by 4:45pm. I asked about scheduling the appointment and they said no don't worry about it. I showed up Tuesday at 4:35 and was told they can't take my truck cause they only have one truck lift and it's being used. I have used this Jiffy Lube a few times in the past and have had consistently amazing service each visit... until today. I'm so disappointed- I have been referring so many people here and after today's interactions with the staff I'm ashamed that I have sent anyone here for any service. Jason who was the only person I had any contact today. upon my arrival- when I pulled up no one greeted me, not even an acknowledgement looking in my direction. There was only one vehicle in the bays upon my arrival. Jason looked less than pleased with my arrival and treated me as if I was disturbing him. I let him know I was there for an oil change and he pointed for me to sit inside. I glanced around looking for any of the other gentlemen who have helped me in the past- sadly not seeing any of them. I was already feeling pretty uncomfortable and was considering leaving. The other technician came and asked the other person waiting to come outside with him. Even his tone of voice with the other guest was unpleasant and sounded annoyed. Luckily I didn't have to wait much longer because my old friend Jason came in and told me they had the oil for my car but not the filter. No apology, no offering of helping me find a solution. I asked if he could look up somewhere I could take my car to that would have the oil filter in stock, again he was annoyed- started typing and sighing as if I asked him to give up his first born. I drive a Chevy, not an uncommon filter from what I found. It's like McDonalds running out of fries having your oil change shop run out of a standard size filter. At this point I felt even more uncomfortable and he said I could call another location. No offer to help, find the address, etc. I decided to leave and not bother them anymore. I'm severely disappointed in this experience today. I run my own business and if any of my team members behaved in this manner with any of my customers I would be so ashamed; and as such I feel than leaders or owners of this location have a less than stellar team working today offering a very poor representation of the service this location used to be known for. read more

This time, it absolutely did not need to be replaced. Also, their fee of $50 to do so is rapacious. I bought a new filter for it at Auto Zone last Christmas for $10. I understand how markups work. They have a new crew. They were late opening up, I waited by the open bay doors till 8:15 before someone asked if I wanted an oil change. Everything was fine until checkout when the manager cheerily informed me he set all my tire pressures to 40lbs. I thought he was joking. When I informed him the mfg. recommended pressures were clearly displayed on the driver side door jam that 34 front and 32 back, he asked if I wanted it changed! When he got back he happily told me that he set them "all" to 32lbs! When the technician brought the car out he informed me the the "maintenance required" light wouldn't turn off. He told me what he did and I had to inform him wrong year car. I did it myself and reset the tire pressures myself. Be very careful with this group.
