I've only been here for an oil change so that is what my review is based on. That being said, this is a hidden gem. I used to go to that chain place, that Big-mart place. They started saying you have to make an appointment. Later guy. I saw this place, pulled up to the store, I was third in line, and I STILL got out in less the 30 minutes. They put air in your tires and check your levels, nice people, and very competitive prices. This is my new place. read more

A drive-through oil change spot on Lincoln St. in Anaheim for only $65?! This was a great deal and value for the service. Not bad at all. I was in & out in less than 20minutes and very happy I came to them! I'll never need to go to another oil change place again that takes an hour or more to do my oil change when I literally can drive up and have the mechanics change my oil, check my fluids and put air in my tires! Went to change brake pads and rotors, that went fine but I told them not to turn my key all the way forward because the key will get stuck... well didn't listen, key got stuck and said it wasn't there problem and refused to help pay for the damage they caused use to get my oil changed here and nothing was wrong with that, but won't be coming back. I had gotten my oil change last month and they filled it up only halfway and confused my car for a completely different engine, then said I needed to pay more for the oil wasted on their end. So I did. I came back for another oil change only a month later and they said prices went up and charged me $130 for an oil change!!! I came back again after several months cuz I didn't want to spend the extra money with their shop, and one of the workers rudely told me that he couldn't do a lower price so I said that's perfectly fine and I left, the worker then got mad at me leaving in my Audi s5 so he stared down at my girl, rolling his eyes at her. I live across the street. I was doing my oil change and I realized that the oil drain plug washer was plastic and snapped. This was my first time doing an oil change to this car. I was on my way to walk a mile to the nearest parts store when I saw the shop and decided to ask for a favor. I asked to purchase a washer if they had one. They refused my offer and gave it to me for free. I am so happy and grateful that people like this still exist and I'm proud of them for setting an outstanding example to the industry. read more

I came here after a bad experience at 2 jiffy lubes. I called 45 minutes before they closed for oil change and tire rotation. The guy said bring it in and we will do it. I got there and 3 guys knocked it out in 15 minutes as I watched. They were super professional and polite. In addition way better priced than jiffy lube. They really live up to their name " Quick " I came in today at their closing time and they still accepted me and I let them know my car was due for an oil change and new breaks because of the squeaking noise it had been making for days now. Anyways I was there for less than an hour which is great because other places will have you leave it a day just for something simple. Customer service is fantastic and price is extremely reasonable. I always have my car repairs and oil changes done here. They are really quick. This place is open at 8am to 7pm weekdays and closes at 4pm on Sundays. What I like about these guys is their honesty. These people will give your car a diagnosis and will not rip you off, if you know what I mean! I have been to other car repair shops, even the American Tire company! And you know what? Once they check your car they will tell you, oh you need this, and this, and this changed too. Which adds up to the original repair that you want done. And guess what? You end up paying couple of hundred dollars more. Try to decline? They will insist. This place, Quick change does not ever do that. If you need, or if they find something else wrong with your car they will tell you, but not insist on it. Good service, good people!
