Went in to have an oil change and possibly belts changed out. I could do the work personally but do not have the place to work on it. To change the belts you have to remove front passenger tire , which also happened to have a wheel stud missing entirely. I thought it was broken off. I already bought the belt and wheel stud and nut. So I decided to have them do it to get it all done. After all the belt started intermittently squeeling. They found the belt tension bolt broke it was rusted and definitely broke. Offered to temp fix or get the right part , I went ahead and had it done right. Also had all the wipers changed out. Also the two front tires were swapped and they fixed that for me as well. All issues beyond oil change and belt we brought to my attention and shown Customer service was amazing, early on I went to Costco to burn time and so the pack of freshly cooked seasoned drumsticks then checked out and decided a large pepperoni would go nice as well. I've been coming to the Jiffy Lube on Diamond for years and these guys are the best! They're always polite, quick, and honest. One time they weren't sure about my differential fluid, so they double-checked before moving forward -- making sure I didn't get an unnecessary service but also not leaving anything unsafe. That kind of honesty is rare and I really appreciate it. Normally, auto shops aren't the most enjoyable, but coming here is actually a good experience. I went to get an oil change from these guys on Saturday for the first time. I pulled into their parking lot at 3:36 in the afternoon. I was driving out of the parking lot with my oil changed at 3:56. These guys did a quality job in record time. With a coupon I clipped, I paid $85. usually it's over 100. I will definitely be back in 3000 miles to get it done again. They also do tire changeovers. I plan to be first in line on Black Friday. Nice job fellas. read more

We regularly get our oil changes done @ this Dimond Costco location. It's close to home and their hours of operation align with our schedules. Workers are always welcoming and professional. They offer: water, coffee, reading materials, restroom and waiting area for their customers. I appreciate car info being saved into their system, so visits move as quickly as possible (35ish minute wait). As far as cost, it's a toss up depending on how assertive you are. In todays climate, I would expect to spend at least $80, especially if you have an suv or larger. read more

Next morning I came in early before they're open, I got in line, got checked in and I was told it be a couple hours for it to be completed. A few hours passed they call me saying my vehicle is ready. I am not sure that the employee who removed my air filter knew how to tell whether the air filter needed to be replaced. he said it was fine but there was dirt sifting out of it. I was told that the computer oil system use report was reset but today I found that it it is not reset. Ir reads oil life left at 14%. I now need find time to go back and have it fixed. read more

I went in the Tudor location last week Thursday to get an oil change. I was not able to get one because of issues with my oil pan. Jayson & Ryan were honest and upfront about the problem, then did a temporary fix for me. Afterwards Ryan had gave me a referral and offered for me to return if need be to check issue. They did change the oil and filter and adjusted tire pressures. The report states they greased four fittings. It only has two and neither was greased. States that rear differential was full. The plug had not been touched and I added 1/2 quart of fluid. States the transfer case was inaccessible. It is not inaccessible. The front differential plug was also not touched. The dirt was not disturbed. I usually do this stuff myself but this van is hard to get under. It states the tire pressure is F60 R80. They did this right and adjusted all to 35 PSI. Left work early to get a signature oil change at Dimond Jiffy Lube and once I got there I was turned away, time was 444pm. The shop is listed to close at 6pm. The employee that came outside to talk to me didnt explain why they are closing early. Instead, when I said dont you close at 6pm, he walked away, that was frustrating. read more

I know you might think it strange, but I LOVE Jiffy Lube, at Dimond Costco. The staff are unfailingly polite, thorough, and do their job well. I think it's weird to love an oil change place, but really, they do it right!!! A nice greeting, and asked what you need, ushered into a clean and tidy checkout area, where the counter guy "takes your order" if you will. Obviously, they try to upsell some additional extras, kind of like "you want fries with that?" Type of thing, as I'm assuming that's where their main profits lie. BUT. Me, I'm straight over to the Keurig machine. I make a lovely fresh, hot coffee, and they do keep the drawer stocked with a variety of K Cup pods, and tea bags. There's a mini chiller with bottled water. It's kept very clean, and it never fails to delight me. The bathroom is also not safe from my childish explorations, and happy smile. It's modern, always clean, smells good, and well stocked. It has an AUTOMATIC trash can. I'm almost clapping my hands with happiness. There's lots of up to date magazines in the rack, to read in a comfy padded seat, should you choose not go and dine at the "senior buffet" aka, free samples at Costco. I always enjoy coming for my oil change, maybe cos I'm not the one paying the bill. I can't comment on the cost, in comparison with other oil change places. My review is based simply on how happy it makes me when I need to come here. And they do a good job with my car too. :) read more

My wife brought our 2014 Ram there for full service. Oil, filters, transfer case and differential. A day after the truck started a whine from the rear end. Today I crawled under the truck to inspect the rearend. I pulled the inspection plug and found there was NO gear oil in the differential. So I filled it with the correct fluid. I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday and had a great experience. Staff is professional, polite and efficient. Was in and out in no time at all. Brad was great. My only concern is when I got home and noticed the wiper blades they used were summer blades. We are going into winter and I just assumed they would put on winter blades or at least given the choice. in December of 2023 I took my truck in to the Jiffy Lube on Dimond for a routine oil change while I did some shopping at Costco. when I arrived they informed me that after draining the oil in my vehicle, one of their employees turned it over and seized my engine. The first week, the communication with the management at Jiffy Lube was good. They put me in a rental truck and had it at a shop all on the same day. As the week progressed things only went down hill. After a couple engines being found something would happen and it wouldn't work out. The insurance company then found a re-manufactured engine. After it was installed it was found to have a cracked head and needed further repairs. It is now the middle of July 2024 and I still do not have my truck and wont anytime soon. Jiffy Lube has said there is nothing they can do now(even after saying that they had considered settling with me and then taking it up with the insurance co) they said they should have stayed out of it the whole time and now it's up to the insurance company. I had gone to Jiffy Lube for years and highly recommended them. I won't anymore, in fact I would strongly recommend that you steer clear from Jiffy Lube all together. I will be filing complaints with the state commerce and other consumer agencies as well as filing a complaint on the insurance company who has barely communicated anything sufficient during this whole process. read more

I had Jiffy Lube do an oil change for me on 08/21/2017. This past Sunday my oil and check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to my ford shop Monday morning. Ford advised me that the Jiffy Lube oil filter was not installed correctly and came off the vehicle. This caused damage to my engine and it has to be fully replaced. The management at Jiffy lube stated they will not do anything as it was exactly 95 days when the light came on and they claim only assist up to 90 days. They also claim since my Wasilla Ford dealer removed the filter with this oil change because of light that it voids anything they would do to help. I could not take the car back to them from Wasilla to Anchorage. They destoryed my car with poor service and products. Avoid them at all cost. read more

Always busy they definitely need 2 people in the office not one. Went in for a tire rotation, oil change and cabin air filter replacement. Went to check out 2 hours later and only the oil change had been performed. I asked about the tire rotation and cabin air filter and the employee seemed confused and asked me what I wanted done. This was the same employee who checked me in and gave me my $200+ quote. I wasn't going to wait another 2 hours so I just paid for the oil change and left. He did take $20 off, haven't made up my mind if that's enough to keep me as a customer. If the owner is reading this you need a second employee in the office, the one guy you have in there is running around like a chicken with his head cut off and things are being overlooked. It was a simple mistake this time but could lead to car problems for your customers in the long run. read more

I'd go lower if I could... I did not bring my vehicle in, I had my son do it - as he drives the vehicle. I instructed him to get the standard oil change and nothing else. I would change the air filter etc if needed. After the service was performed, I asked my son what the final cost was. He told me $80. That didn't make sense to me for a standard oil change (4.7L v8), as I expected $60. I assumed at that point that synthetic oil was used, but he did not have a copy of the receipt (and the sticker from the previous oil change at another company was still in the window) so I could not verify that. I called the store that same day and asked what the cost of a synthetic oil change was and was advised $81.99. After hanging up, I checked the debit account that was used to pay for the service. I then found that it was $116.97!!! It was after 6pm, the day before Thanksgiving so could not visit the store until today, which I wanted to do in order to verify services performed, get a sticker, etc. When standing in line to speak to the greeter, I heard him inform an older gentleman that requested 5-30w standard oil for his vehicle, that he was currently running synthetic and to change back to standard motor oil would "ruin his engine". The customer reiterated that he wanted 5-30w standard oil and he was then advised again "OK, I'm just supposed to inform you that doing so will ruin your engine". The sticker that was in the window from the previous oil change, from a different company, indicated that it was in fact using synthetic. The second & third issues were topping off coolant at a cost of $8.99 and changing the air filter at a cost of $25.99 - both items I did NOT wish to have done. My son knew this, but the pressure and "suggestion" from the tech is apparently difficult to decline? I am disappointed in what transpired in that my son was up-sold by pressure on services and that the JL personnel incorrectly inform people and use scare tactics to up-sell their services & products. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will not go back to JiffyLube nor will I ever recommend it if this is how business is done. ...and today, there was fresh oil on my driveway from where that vehicle was parked. No report of any leaks from the JiffyLube techs and it had recently been to the dealer for warranty services - again no leaks reported. read more

I tried to get my vehicle serviced twice in the last three days using my usual check in and stroll to Costco and pick up when shopping done as I always do but it appears they have eliminated the "counter person" with "We will get to you when it is your turn" Today I told them I wanted to pay for the service I want so I can leave, and he said no I had to wait my turn. I said either take my order or give me my keys back, he tells me the keys are in the car. I get in my car and there are no keys. I get out and tell them my keys are not in my car and about 3 people start bringing me car keys, none which were mine. Finally one of the three guys looking for my keys [which to me any of which could have checked in my car] get my keys out of a random car and starts my car. He said he was sorry my keys were in someone else's car. I drive away. I do not understand why I have to come there and sit in the waiting room until my car is next get up pay for what I want and then sit down and wait till my car is done!
