My mom had bring in my car for a flat repair, got it back with two tires switched and tire still flat.

Well 1st I had a simple power steering leak that turned into $2000 worth of work. This next part is where things get really bad. 1st after paying 2k to have a rack and pinion job and a bunch of other work they claim I needed their Power steering pump part exploded just 2-3 days after they replaced it. So I bring it back and it takes them 3 full days with my Acadia to replace the bad part. Naturally they blame the parts company. I finally get my Acadia back and about 4-5 days later I am driving about 40 down C street on a straightaway and it suddenly felt like I ran over a boulder. I pull over and my entire front differential is ripped apart and my drive-line is dragging on the concrete. These are all parts Quality Tire had just taken apart to do my Rack and pinion job 4-5 days before. So I bring it back to them and this time they blame me and say "Oh you must have hit something!" Funny thing is I didn't hit anything in those 4-5 days. So naturally they want $2,000 more to fix it, and didn't take any responsibility. I've talked with several other mechanics that have told me "They didn't put it back together correctly." So after having to pay them another 2k, now totaling $4,000 I was pretty much done with the owner who I thought was a friend and former coworker. A week passes and I then notice that My brand new Nokian Hakkepeelita studded tires are suddenly showing all the way through the rubber down to the metal sidewalls on both my front tires. So sadly I had to go back to Quality once again and have them change my tires over to my summer tires and re-align my wheels since it was obvious their machine caused this. Then about 1 week later I brought it back because now my summer tires are also starting to show metal. Quality put on an old crappy set of summer tires and for some reason 18 inch wheels(My Acadia calls for 255-60-19 tires.) that have caused the computer in my Acadia to make all kinds of noises and lights to come on. I ended up having to go down the street to a different shop and take a day off and pay them $175 to do an alignment before this set of tires also gets ruined. Did Quality offer to pay for the alignment at the other shop? Of course not. I had to pay once again for their screw ups. And they still had the "Right" wheels for my Acadia at their shop. I had to go back and pick them up and at no point did Vatau their owner offer to help me pay for new tires or the alignment I had to go elsewhere to pay and have fixed. He did tell me several months ago that he "Wanted to make everything right." But I guess I'm on my own. Many shops do not work on Acadia's because they are very advanced and complicated. While they had the entire engine out(I was sent a picture. And the front differential and drive-train were removed. I've saved all the pictures of my ruined tires and my torn to shreds front differential and driveline just days after they had my entire engine removed for a future case. I found out from L&M motors that there is no reason to have my entire engine out to do the work Quality tire did. I trust L&M and the other shops I now go to.) it was taking them much longer than expected and over the phone they told me "They were struggling and these Acadias are complicated". I wish they had told me beforehand that my Acadia SLT was going to be a problem for them, like many other shops will tell you. So at this point I am out $2,000(I'm not including the rack and pinion and other work from the 1st job.) in shop work and parts, 1 set of summer tires, and more importantly 1 brand new set of $1400 Nokian studded tires. As well as having to pay for an alignment elsewhere out of my own pocket. Add it all up and it's over $4,000 I have lost. "If" the owner had kept his word and at least bought me a new set of summer tires and a replacement set of Nokian tires I would have called it good. I'm very reasonable. But instead all of my texts to the owner went unanswered and he gave me the cold shoulder when I came in to get my 19 inch wheels back. Now I will have to buy 2 new sets of tires and every other mechanic I have talked to said "There's just no way your front differential and driveline just ripped apart 4-5 days after they had it all taken apart. Wayyy too coincidental!!! They just missed 1-2 bolts or screws and thats what caused your Acadia to fall apart." I also asked the owner "How much to replace the clutch in my Jeep?" He answered after thinking about it.."$2,500." I went over to L&M and asked them the same question and they told me "$1700." I told them what quality tires quote was and they said "Theres just no way a clutch in a 2015 Jeep should cost that much!!" So now I realize I made a big mistake in trusting Quality Tire and auto and since I was raised by an attorney dad he has advised me to take them to court which is what I really didn't want to have to do. I just wanted Quality to make things right. But off to the courthouse I have to go and we'll let a judge decide. read more

They refuse to make an appointment with you and always tell you "come on over no one is here" yet every time they say that someone is already there ahead of you. It's strange they refuse to make appointments and they've now wasted my time and money multiple days in a row. They always claim the workers are working on another vehicle yet you can literally see the workers standing around in the garage doing nothing. Most shops can do a tire changeover in 30 min so it makes no sense that this shop takes "an hour or hour and a half" to do tires. They are slowwwwww read more

We brought our car from Arkansas and washed it once we got here, and then noticed a bubble on the outer wall. Called this place at 4:02pm, drove there, and had the tire replaced by 4:30. Awesome prices and extremely friendly staff. The dog at their location was awesome too! We've found the business for any of our future automotive needs! read more

Unfortunately not very reliable this is a place you take your car if you are at a last resort. If you call to make an appointment they don't really pay attention they'll tell you to bring your car in even if the garage is going to be full that day. You'll get down there and they'll tell you not to bother. They are going to be just except as expensive as the big guy so you might as well just go use the big guy. Parking is also horrible so plan for that. don't recommend. read more

I took two cars there, one was a Jeep with a tire sensor problem. They quoted me $110ish dollars then didn't change the sensor!! They said they cleaned the one I had and reset the computer so the light went off. The light came back on and I called they said they would ACTUALLY replace the sensor for another $70!!! Meanwhile I had another car there, I told them the car wouldn't start sometimes and that a check engine light had appeared. They charged me $400 to replace the fuel filter and some other sensor. Less than a month later this car won't start and they talkin about "well if there's something wrong with the parts we supplied we'll fix it". And I think they should have fixed the right thing in the first place!!!! Don't take my money without fixing my problems!!! They shortcut and fix the wrong stuff on purpose so they don't have to work! I want my money back or I want my car fixed!!!!!! read more

I called Quality Used Tire Service today looking for an odd sized tire to replace my spare tire. I asked for a 315/75/16. The woman on the phone told me they had one for $60. I went there and met the owner Vatau and his wife. Both of them were very nice people. After a few minutes of looking for the tire Vatau found the tire he had that matched my needs. It was more than fair priced. I will from now on always go to Quality Used Tire Service for my used tire needs. read more
