Turned out my wheel bearings were rusted on (something I suspected). They waived the inspection fee but it was still pretty pricey. At the end of the day you do get what you pay for - good friendly service and no BS. There were other minor issues with my car that any other provider would have happily tried to overcharge me for but the service tech mentioned them and either knew I could get them done (battery change, wipers, etc) or was not a pressing issue. Expect their prices to be on the higher end. For quality service, I'd recommend it.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience here. I previously had my vehicle inspected at…read morethis shop on December 20, and it passed inspection despite the same minor damage to the rear light being present. This crack has actually been there since October 2022 and has passed Virginia safety inspections multiple times since by a myriad of safety officers at different shops. Now I'm suddenly being told that the vehicle will not pass because of this crack, and I was quoted - nearly $500 to replace it which is way more than twice what I have found this repair can cost elsewhere. When I questioned why something that has repeatedly passed inspection is suddenly being rejected, I was told they have a new safety inspector. I understand that inspectors must follow Virginia's requirements, but that explanation raises concerns about this shops consistency. Customers should be able to expect the same inspection standards regardless of which employee happens to perform the inspection. What was especially concerning to me was the apparent lack of a consistent standard operating procedure. If one inspector repeatedly approves an existing condition and another rejects it, there should at least be a clear and consistent explanation for the difference. I have no issue repairing something that legitimately does not meet Virginia's safety requirements. My issue is the combination of inconsistent inspection practices and then immediately being quoted nearly $500 for the repair. Given the history of this light passing inspection and the amount being charged to replace it, the entire experience unfortunately felt like a money grab to me. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this business. I would recommend that anyone receiving a rejection here ask to be shown the exact reason for the failure and get a second opinion and outside repair quote before authorizing any work.

Have had minor electrical problems resolved here, and it was middle of road pricing. Main thing was they did solve it. Sometimes I'll buy my own parts here, and do the be work myself. This is probably best for car nuts. There are better places price wise for brake or tire work. As for the store itself quite an impressive selection. I wouldn't say the cheapest, but they are often quite competitive. The item I would recommend here is car batteries. Parking is plentiful. It's right in the heart of Annandale on 236. It should work for you.

Also, the whole reason I had to make this appointment was they supposedly put new brakes and rotors on my jeep in late July. I've had problems with the braking system ever since. I came here after driving less than 2,000 miles just taking maybe it needing some driving in time. They are telling me somehow it is now my suspension?!? Like how is my suspension the problem with my jeep when there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it into you in for brakes and rotors?!? I would give this place a -10 if I could. It's an absolute joke. And the service team had the attitude like they just don't give a crap about you or anything else.

I came in with 3 locks on my tires I needed removed because I had recently lost my key. They removed all three but damaged the bolt in the picture. After buying a new set of locks and trying to tighten it on, they accused me of being the one that did the damage -_- AS IF. I never thought I'd need the police present for ANYTHING in my life. After seeing the damage, the manager, grabs her mechanic and asks him to check. They grab my BRAND NEW LOCK and try to tighten it on with their HANDS BRO I can't make this up. And then they tell me, "look! It works you're wrong." Right before telling me the brand new lock is what is damaged. They communicated in SPANISH, WHICH I SPEAK, but I guess she forgot so, and said to each other, "esta sobado" meaning the bolt is damaged. If you zoom in on the pictures you can see the difference between the 3 old ones and the 1 new lug nut. The 3 old ones have SEVERE signs of struggle which they did struggle to remove them because they didn't have the proper key so they had to use their own. And the brand new lock is where the problem lies......... YEAH RIGHT I highly recommend people stay away from here, these people are unprofessional as hell. I ultimately ended up getting a refund of $75 AFTER she tried to charge me $110 to fix the bolt they ruined. All this trouble for a $35 difference that could've been avoided if she had just agreed to fix what they had ruined. ZERO integrity ZERO character.

I waited nearby the shop to get lunch and pass a bit of time. The manager offers to schedule a different day but I took time off work so I needed to get it done that day. Tires finally arrive at 2pm and I'm out by 3pm as they pre-prepped my car just needing to wait for the tires. The good is that the manager and staff were quick to work on my car and get me out asap. The bad is that the online system is and my original scheduled appointment were inaccurate and delayed. I can't fully blame the store for the issues and the manager and staff were very accommodating. My suggestion would be to call the store and double check they have the tires or will get the tires by your appointment time.

Before leaving my vehicle, I was looking for my glasses in the center armrest compartment. When I found my glasses, I noticed there was a $20 bill and a $10 bill inside the compartment. I went into the store, paid for the tire, and handed my key to the cashier, who gave it to an employee to drive my car into the service area. About 30 minutes later, I returned and found my car parked in front of the store. After getting my key back, I got into my car and immediately noticed that the center armrest compartment had been left open. I checked the compartment right away, and the $30 that had been there before was gone. I spoke with the employees, but they both insisted that no one had taken the money. While I cannot say exactly what happened, the money disappeared while my car was in their possession, which is extremely concerning. This experience has caused me to lose trust in this business. When you leave your car for service, you expect your belongings to be respected and your vehicle to be secure. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I want to warn others to remove any valuables from their vehicles before leaving them here. If the owner or manager reads this, I hope you will investigate this incident and review your employees' conduct. Trust is essential in this type of business, and I hope you take this matter seriously.
