I now went there yesterday to get oil change and now my wife was coming home and undercarriage skid plates dropped out that are utilized to remove to do an oil change. I will make a trip to the location tomorrow at noon and I expect the district manager to be there upon my arrival. My son took my 2014 Chevy Silverado to this location for an oil change. The very next day I get a call from him saying the truck is not shifting and there is oil pouring out from underneath the truck. He took pictures and videos from underneath the truck and I had him to pop the hood while on FaceTime with me. When he popped the hood the transmission dipstick was hanging out from the dipstick tube. I had to pay for a tow truck to take the truck back to jiffy lube to check it out. When we got there they started the truck up and the engine was knocking and the truck was running very bad.Oil pours out from the transmission and they turn the truck off. I've never had any issues with my motor because I change the oil faithfully and take care of my truck. Jiffy Lube states that I need to take the truck to a transmission shop and see what they say. If the shop says that they are at fault they will fix my truck. I tow it to the shop and the owner calls me the next day and says man you got motor oil pouring out of your transmission. I tell Jiffy Lube and give them the paperwork that the transmission shop gives me and they immediately denies that it's there fault. I got a lawyer and we are going to make sure they pay for their mistake! My truck was running perfectly before they got their hands on it. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR vehicle to Jiffy Lube they will not take responsibility for their actions when it's something they clearly caused. read more

We went to get our oil change at this Jiffy Lube and absolutely loved it here. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. The prices were also slightly cheaper than what we had anticipated. They were extremely quick and answered any questions we had for them. While we were in the area, we figured we might as well get our oil changed since we had a bit of time. We were worried they wouldn't be able to change a hybrid, so we called in -- not only was the gentleman very kind, but they were also able to do the job. We pulled in, they asked us what type of oil we would like, and they got the job done. I wasn't timing the process, but it took less than 10 minutes. All within 10 minutes, they were able to clean the windows, change the oil, vacuum, etc. As we got into the car, there was another gentleman who wanted to make sure we knew they tried to vacuum because our floor was messy. They did better than anyone could, and the fact that he made sure to let us know just shows how honest and competent they are. We tend to have a really good experience with Jiffy Lube, but this particular location takes the top spot. We recommend! read more

Every time I come to this location, I never see a familiar face. The last time I was in, they were training 2 or 3 new people. I'm not sure if this is a training center or they just have a big turnover of employees. There seems to be a lot more yelling back and forth today but I'm sure it's difficult to hear in the below ground bays! Each car goes through a thorough checklist including wiper blades, turn signals, tire pressure and all fluids checked. They even vacuumed my car!! They have a small waiting room inside with a bench and picnic table outside. They have complementary coffee and a water dispenser but there's a MacDonalds next door! read more

For one of my cars, I always take it to the dealer for service, but I have been taking our two other cars here for years. I first stopped off at the dealer, but I did not want to wait four hours for an oil change, so I swung by Jiffy Lube. Of course Jiffy Lube had a wait as well, and I was in a time crunch and told the guy that I could not wait that long, but told him I would be back. He told me for the inconvenience, he would give my a $10.00 coupon. 2 hours later I came back, and received the above average service that we have always received. Thanks again Jiffy Lube. read more

If you want a place that doesn't acknowledged you this might be for you. They have three lanes to choose from, you better hope you pick the right one. If you don't you can sit for an hour and watch them take care of people that arrived well after you did. I sat for almost an hour and watched them service about 5 cars that arrived after me because I picked the wrong line to get in. I finally just backed out and left without anyone ever speaking to me. This is the dumbest way to help people I have ever seen. I will just drive across town to a place I have used in the past. I would give them zero stars if possible. read more

In late April, I reluctantly took my Audi Q5 for an oil change to this location because I was taking an extended trip to the East Coast. The technician assured me that they were capable of doing what I thought would be a simple filter and oil change. I waited for 45 minutes and was told that it took longer because of an underside plate that needed to removed. I went home and then took a trip to Fort Worth later that day. While I was driving I heard a loud tapping sound and when I stopped to check the underside of my car, I saw the plate dragging. It was only being held up by the remaining hardware on one side. I called your store and was told to take it to the nearest Jiffy Lube, and since they do not carry the hardware to hold the plate in place, the service tech used zip ties to hold the plate in place until I could return to this Jiffy Lube. The next day, when I returned, the technician and service manager were very attentive and apologetic for the mistake, however, the hardware had to be ordered since it was missing. I did not think to ask about the oil change and when I returned home, my oil light lit up! There was less than a quart of oil in the pan. We took it to a local Audi Service Center today, and learned that the drain plug was missing the crush washer (O-ring). Needless to say, I had to pay for another oil change and have the leaked oil cleaned from the bottom of my car. Jiffy Lube needs to do a better job of training technicians and providing quality control. read more

We just had our last horrible experience at this location. We stopped in on our way home from work. We get off earlier then most people. We arrived at 3:20 . They said it would only be a few minutes. We sat for over an hour .The car in the pit in front of us pulled forward. They said they would take it from there. The place is being remodeled so you can not sit inside we were freezing outside at their picnic table. Immediately after we sat down they backed the woman's truck back into the bay!!! We proceeded to sit another 20 mins out in the cold waiting them to finish her automobile!!! We spent 2 HOURS WAITING FOR A 20 MINUTE SERVICE!!!! Jiffy Lube on Forest Bend in Arlington.. I got my oil changed here and my skid plate fell out from under my car the next day. It was only held in by zip ties. I went back the same day to have them screw it back in, they didn't have screws so they said to come back the next day to talk to the manager. The manager had them screw it in properly. The next day I checked under my car and a plastic pin was falling out. There should be six screws, two plastic pins in the back, and safety zip ties on the side. So even with the manager there, they didn't install it properly. On a personal note I had to get my boyfriend to come in and talk to them because when I came in they were trying to convince me that it was normal procedure to just zip tie my car together. This has cost me four days of leaving early from work, damage to my car from the skid plate falling off on the highway, and put me in danger having to fix it on the side of the road. I went to get my oil changed. I understand full synthetic is a little more expensive. Two weeks later my wife went through my bank statement and asked me what they repaired at jiffy lube, and I responded I just got my oil changed. For $115. Just an oil change. At the time of service I expected $60, and I didn't bother looking at the price because they said I could just sit in my truck. So two weeks later I find out my oil change cost me $115. My fault. I should have checked even though I was in a hurry. But $115 for an oil change. Ten minutes. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star is because they were friendly and efficient. read more

I stated from the beginning I wanted an oil change period. They were determined to make me part of "their" process even after I said 10 times, don't want anything but an oil change... overbearing in the way they try to up sell... insulting & do not care to be talked down too. I take care of my car & know what I should do. I explained this more than once... nooo, he was going to do it the way he is taught. So obvious I was irritated over the continuous "shove it down my throat sell tactic". Been coming here for at least 3 years & know there is up sales however, never to this point. Guy wasn't listening to me at all. Don't want to feel like it's a battle when I come here for ONE specific reason. Turn over of employees is huge. I know this guy thinks he is just doing his job. I went for my 2016 Buick Verano vehicle inspection and the service was great. I was greeted with a smile and quick service. I didn't have to wait in a long line. I come here for every oil change/service, even when I still had free ones left the Chevy Dealership after I bought my car! Services are always pretty quick here, when before I was waiting 3 hours at the Chevy dealership..and that was with an appointment. All the guys here are really nice and helpful! Took my car here for an oil change and waited for 35 mins and no one acknowledged me. The manager came back from lunch and apologized and then said they were out of the oil my car uses but said to come back in 5 days and they would give me a $20 discount for the hassle. I returned 5 days later, waited 30 minutes again and then was told they still did not have the oil for my car. I was frustrated and they said I could go buy the oil from the auto parts place next door and they would do it for free because of the hassle. I walked over there and spent $40 and give it to the guy who promised the oil change would be free, was sitting down and he comes up to apologize and says his manager won't do it for free. I spoke to the manager and he basically called me a liar by saying his staff never promised a free oil change when the guy did. A few months ago, I came here for an oil change and they also didn't have the oil. Their customer service is awful and they never have supplies and we will never go back here. They used to be very customer service oriented and reliable and the past couple years have gone to way down hill. read more

This place is the best! I always come here for everything my car needs. I had an oil change and a car inspection this particular time, and even though there were four other cars being worked on at the time, I got out in a quick manner. The gentleman who helped me, Jake, was very polite and I could tell he knew what he was doing. As he walked me out of my car and into the waiting room, I was shocked at how the mechanics all said "hi" or "how are you" to me! At every other auto shop I've been to, the mechanics were either too busy or too much of a jerk to talk to me. Went to this location for an oil change and did not have a problem with the employees or the service. Things went by really fast and the employees were very courteous when they were telling me things that I needed. The only problem I did have is I gave the gentleman a coupon for my oil change and he told me that he would apply it and whenever I got my receipt as I was driving off I noticed that that coupon was not applied. Just did not like the fact that I was lied too because he told me that he would take it off and take care of it. read more

At 2:00pm on a Monday afternoon, I was near the Jiffy Lube off of Green Oaks and 20 in Arlington and noticed it wasn't busy. I decided to get an inspection. I pulled up to one of the two free bays out of three. I was greeted and asked for insurance. I asked if it was ok that I pull it up on my phone. I was told yes. Someone pulled up behind me, I was told to hold on and the person who greeted me walked up to that car. He walked back over to my car and asked me to back up and move over to the other free bay and said, "hold on" again. He proceeded to have the woman who showed up after me to pull into the bay I was initially parked in front of and started the inspection process on her car! I waited 5 minutes without any explanation of why I was made to move and wait for someone who clearly showed up after me all while at least three other employees were roaming around the garage. There was only one car in there. I am livid and will never use Jiffy Lube again. I certainly won't recommend anyone else to use them either. What should've taken me 15-20 minutes ended up taking me MUCH longer because I left and went somewhere else. Ridiculous! read more

So I usually go here for oil changes. They do an ok job. I have had other issues though such as them not putting things back in place like the cover for the cabin filter. The last time I went there,and it will be the last time, the tech left a oil hand print on my passenger seat. This is the second time they have done this. read more

I came to this location to get my AC serviced because they're are the one of the only ones that can service AC in the area. When I arrived I was asked what could be of service and I told that person I need my AC checked. He gave me an estimate wait time of 30 mins and and flat price for the service. About 45 minutes go by and Matthew finally asks for the owner of the Fusion. He went into a speech about what oil I needed, I had to halt him and explain that I'm here for AC service. He was clueless and immediately changed his sales pitch tone. Then he gave me another estimated wait time of 45 minutes. After about an hour Matthew confronted me with new he wasn't able to get my AC to blow cold air but he will still have to charge me because they didn't check to see exactly what the problem was. That's insane I told him. "Why give me freon when it's already freon there" is what I asked him. All he could do is sadly apologize and explain he would still have to charge me. I am very upset and I want a full refund from Jiffy Lube. read more

Issues with them not putting parts back on correctly. Had a skid plate fall off while driving due to improper reinstallation. They did replace the skid plate, but again installed it using zip ties because they did not order the fastening hardware. Finally took it to the dealer to have it repaired correctly. I have now been waiting a month for Jiffy Lube to reimburse me. Shoddy work and high prices. read more
