We went for an oil change and while we were there the battery went out and car wouldn't start. Sandra (2573-AGM) helped jumpstart the car and arranged to have the battery replaced. I told them what I wanted, they offered other services but didn't pressure me when I declined them. I am not sure about other locations but this one was great! I was in the RARE mood to get my oil changed... Yes I was about 4k miles overdue. I hate car maintenance but I'm trying to get better! I decided on the spur of the moment to stop by today and they were able to take me immediately. They asked me about 20 questions regarding different types of oil, recommended services, etc. Half of them I had no clue what they were talking about and felt like I was being given a little sales pitch. Ended up getting the premium oil change and splurged for a tire rotation since I had no clue how long it had last been and probably needed a good checkup on all my fluids and stuff. Left paying $65, more than I initially thought I'd pay but in hindsight not bad since I was way overdue! I was in and out in 20 minutes! Will come back! read more

Had a great experience today at Jiffy Lube. Wish I could say I had an oil change but my car died right as I pulled up to the shop door. The guys tried their best to get my car started. After unsuccessful attempts they pushed my car to a parking spot and let me wait inside, charging my phone while I waited for a tow truck. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. Anyways, I've been here two times (this location specifically) and of course both times they mess something up. The first time I took my car in to get an oil change, I do every 5,000 miles. When they put the sticker on, it said to come in on the next 20,000 miles. Ok ok yeah that's not that bad. BUT still you guys have 5+ people working so there shouldn't be any errors ESPECIALLY when you are working on other people's car that they PAID FOR. Second time I went to get an oil change they said "your oil is pretty low" so I asked "could you add more" and he said "yeah". 2 weeks after I got that oil change I went to check my oil AND there was damn near NO oil. I had my dad check it to be sure and he checked it multiple times and YUP these mother effers did not put any oil in my car. YOU HAD ONE JOB. I know jiffy lube ain't the best in business but they couldn't add oil when I asked????? Smh I would NOT recommend this place to anyone SPECIFICALLY this location. read more

People have always told me to steer clear of Jiffy Lube, but I haven't because they're cheap and I'd never had a major issue before. Well, you can bet I'll be listening now. To be fair, the technician was super friendly and I was there during a madhouse Saturday rush. They misquoted me the price, overcharged me, and after I left I realized that my gas gauge was down by a QUARTER TANK! How, Jiffy Lube, how? They said I must be mistaken. I hate to base a poor review off one experience, but I'm sorry...with gas prices being what they are, it's one strike and you're out. read more

I would have to agree with the guy above me. They went way over the line and charged me $130 for a simple oil change with NO EXTRAS (air filter, etc). The guy who worked on my car for some reason didn't know the difference between a Honda Element and Pilot. On top of things, they forgot to add the millage sticker and to vacuum (not too concerned). I paid over $100 for their "transmission service" wherein they evidently flushed and replaced the transmission fluid. Only after they finished that did they tell me that I had a "transmission pan gasket leak." Why wouldn't they fix that as part of a $100 transmission fluid flushing exercise, or, if they couldn't, why would they still charge me $100 to replace fluids that are just going to have to be replaced anyway when I get the gasket problem fixed? Makes you want to go, "hmmmm." read more

Had my oil changed here last month, lots of oil leaking and spraying all over the motor and engine. Took the car back to another jiffy Lube location and they said the jiffy lube that last serviced the car stripped the oil plug and broke the oil pan. I went to get an oil change on Oct. 10, 2011 at Jiffy Lube with my 2003 Camry. They asked to change my fluids and I said no. I saw a Jiffy Lube employee had pulled out my air filter without my permission. On October 24, 2011, my car overheated and the engine was destroyed. The repair cost would have been $5,000. I am a person who had a great rapport with Burien Toyota because I had my car tuned up on a regular basis. The Toyota repair shop told me that the radiator cap was left off of my car's radiator. I kept my car in a garage and I always locked my car (have to get in the car in order to open the hood). I am the only one who drove the car. I hadn't removed the radiator cap. The last place that I had a the hood open was at the Jiffy Lube in Auburn. They had removed the air filter without my permission. They asked to change the car's fluid. I believe because of them I spend hours looking for a new car, I had to get a rental car to go to work, and I had to spend thousands of dollars for a down payment (brought a new car) and today, I spend approximately $430.00 in monthly car notes. My Toyota was like new; it only had 56,552 miles on the speedometer; I was the original owner, and it was well maintained. A Toyota employee said that that Toyota's life expectancy is approximately $250,000 miles. I had a wonderful Camry; I owned the title with no monthly payment. I believe that Jiffy Lube has impacted by financial status. I was going to buy a house. That dream is now impossible. Jiffy Lube was told of the incident, they did nothing to fix the situation. Please learn from my experience; I will never go back to Jiffy Lube in Auburn. read more

Amazing service! I got right in. The lady walked through everything with me about what services I needed on my car, then walked me to the lobby herself and offered to get me water or coffee. I barely sat down, it seemed, when she was already back saying it was time to check out. She opened the door for me and then we went through the post check out. Then she walked me to my car and opened the car door for me. There was no grease left all over like some places and it had been vacuumed clean. There were three other cars here when I arrived but another car was put infront of mine, even though they should have been after me. I was told it would take about 20 min. Hand down, this is the best Jiffy Lube I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I have had multiple encounters with this business at this location and I have never once had a bad experience. The staff is always very professional and knowledgable about cars and their inner workings. I had to take my Buick Century 2001 in for servicing earlier today and they were able to resolve some serious mechanical errors that other mechanics couldn't even diagnose! The employees here made what could have been a stressful experience, a very soothing one. They were also very helpful in reducing the price of the services and never tried to up sell me on things I didn't really need. If they can't service something themselves then they will direct you to nearby businesses i.e Kelly's, O' Reilly's, etc. that can better assist. I rolled in yesterday afternoon with no appointment and was immediately waved over to an open bay by Nathaniel. He quickly and efficiently went over pricing and options with me. I opted for the high mileage service, and then he directed me to the waiting area, and offered me coffee or water. Soon after Shawndelle came in and discussed other services with me. She was very informative but not pushy at all. Had I not been strapped for cash I would most definitely had taken advantage of some of those additional services.Then Rosemary the store manager came by to say hello at which point I told her how impressed I was with her team so far and the fact that I saw three female employees. Girl power, yeah!!! Honestly if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Every single person was friendly, professional, and to the point. You could tell that they take pride in their work as well as their workplace, because it was pristine. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
