I pulled up, and waited for 9 minutes. After the wait I was approached by an employee, and was informed there was a 2 hour wait due to staffing issues. I said I would wait. the employee went back to the bays, and told his coworker. The new guy approached me, and said, "yeah. an we are doing this guys intake job." to which I said, "that's cool I will wait." He didn't like that, and asked me to leave. I don't feel like I was rude or pushy, and I do feel like this is ridiculous. I was willing to wait in my car for the next available service. I have gotten my oil changed here for years, and unless management reaches out and makes this right I will never go back. I drove by an hour later ( in my wife's car ) and they were helping people... I've come to this location many times and I've always had a great experience. You're always able to find discounts online which is a plus.

I tried this location twice just to give them a fair chance. Both times, I was ignored for over 25 minutes. At my second visit, there were two workers visible, probably one in the pit, one car in each bay. Neither car was finished in the time I was there waiting and nobody acknowledged my existence. I will never return to that location again. Do better! read more

I hate to leave a negative review because the guys that work here are super nice. HOWEVER. The past two times I've gone to get a basic oil change I've just asked them to check my fluid levels (coolant, etc.) I got my oil changed the day before I'm writing this and as i was driving my heat sensor went straight hot. I had to pull over and thankfully I always keep a gallon of water in my car. They're also supposed to top off windshield wiper fluid. Nope. Not the past two visits. Asked them to check my tire pressure. Nope. Either way, super nice people but I am super disappointed going $60+ out the door. read more

One week after oil change a check engine light came on. After running an ODB diagnostic and mechanic bill, found they forgot to connect the pcv hose back to the air box after checking the air filter. And there was no topping off of fluids otherwise they would have caught that my coolant was very low. We now have what we call the "Jiffy lube list," things we will never do again. The bays were empty, they never approached me, they just stood there talking and joking with each other Never acknowledged me even though there was eye contact. Dissapointed in the rep/tech Cody that works here. He told me my vehicle REQUIRED synthetic oil. I played dumb knowing full well my vehicle utilizes conventional oil so I asked him to show me it "requires" synthetic(of course to no avail). Secondly, he tried to up-sell me a new air filter but little did he know my mom took my vehicle into the same location for me 5k miles prior and they replaced the filter then! I told him he lost trust when he lied to my face about the required synthetic and eye contact was lost after that. He knows full well he's been lying. Lastly, they put in my air filter backward and filled my vehicle half a quart short from the last oil change (something they discovered, probably should have checked the computer before making the comments while I was listening) My concern is seniors and people who come here trusting the technicians "requirements" to squeeze a higher bill out of them or replace unnecessary items. This is bad business, no one in my household will be returning. read more

Today I went there and had a oil change done and there was a lady that worked on my car don't remember her name but she was the only one there she was a good person and took care of me am very satisfied with services and I recommend anyone to go there. I was waiting for quit some time and she gave me a discount for the wait and being patient in the heat at that but overall I give her 100% and am definitely going back it was worth the wait and converse was great as well. Great service. I had very little time to spare and these guys were fast and awesome! Tyler was very knowledgable at what he was doing and replaced my lights. Totally unprofessional I'm not sure how these people are still employed. Pulled up for an oil change and was lazily guided in by an employee that didn't seem motivated at all then instantly caught an attitude with me. He didn't even bother to look under the hood and just sent me on my way. I tried to ask why and was just ignored so I went to valvoline and they took care of me so much faster and easier. Every employee at this location could never work as fast as the valvoline employees. Check your professionalism before you go off ruining all your customers good days. read more

"Can't remove air filter but it looks clean." They said. "Can I check it out?" I asked. And so they let me. I pulled it out no problem. They reiterated, "it looks clean". I bounced it on the floor and tons of dust came out. Next they check to see if they had one in stock, they said they did. Then when it came time to call the fleet service and be on hold, they came back and said they didn't have it. Hmmm. Sounds kinda like they did t want to do anything for me. Nice guy that took care of the customer side of things, but "No" and "Can't" is a terrible form of customer service. When the job requires extra there seems to be no chance they'll do what it takes. Worst experience we've had by far. And to think we've been going to jiffy lube in other areas for years. Never again will we return to this locations. We got an oil change on April 19th and since it's quarantined they were not allowed to enter our vehicle so my husband has to stay in while they worked on it. First of all, not professional. While my husband sat in our car, the people working on it had conversations with each other complaining about our car out loud THE WHOLE TIME. (Mind you we only had an oil change done.) I mean we get it but seriously be professional when there are customers present. Second, they did a horrible job. A couple weeks later we were on the road and something fell off while driving. We checked to find out that the plastic cover had fell off that belongs to the oil filter so they didn't tighten it enough. Last, they supposedly filled our windshield wiper fluid but why is my windshield wiper light on it can't possibly be low after two weeks so I'm sure they didn't even fill it up when they said they have. I hope for the next car they work on they don't do this bad of a job. We will return to other jiffy lube locations but not this location for sure. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They didn't put enough oil in my car when I got mine changed which can obviously cause catastrophic damage. I called the next day only to be yelled at and hung up on by the "manager" Walter. I think he was having a bad day because it was out of left field (Leave your drama at home, Walter.) I was nice, polite and genuinely in need of help. I can't believe they hire uneducated thugs to supervise their shops. This guy needs to be cleaning dumpsters rather than working customer service. First time and last time paid $108 to have my oil changed and my fender scratched on my new Pick up truck had to tell the guy to use a fender guard but it was to late he had already scratched my fender down to the primer! Stay away unless you don't mind your property damaged! read more

Love the service at the Auburn Way S location. Very friendly and Respectful. They checked everything under the hood. As well as my lights, windshield wipers and tires. **update** don't be fooled by them caring in the response to this review, I emailed and told them even more details about them not filling air in my tires and other things, and I figured they would at least get me my refund on the coupon or a free oil change but then no follow up since, just another business that doesn't care. The only good thing about this place is they are quick. This is the second time I've come to this location and have had poor customer service. I came in with a coupon, which for a poor person like me is a big deal, and I told them from the start I had it but the guy said he'd take it off at the end. Then when he didn't and I asked for a refund, he said it was too late. Then he asked who I assume was a manager and he said "nope too late". Really?? Got my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube today 9/2. I have to say the customer service at this location is beyond amazing. From the young fella who showed me my oil change options and processed my payment by the name of Yaroslav to the fella who got his hands dirty changing my oil by the name of Ivan, they were all very friendly and accommodating. I hope I got those names matching as they are the names I see on my printed invoice; just want to make sure I acknowledge those specific individuals for great customer service.
