I went into the location that is located off of Havana and I believe Florida and I wonder why my oil change was so fast well being the fact that organized crime is present in my life these people drained my oil and left me with no oil so 4 days later I wondering why do I smell something burning and my car suddenly smoking because I had no oil in my car they did not put oil in my car one of the employees offered to come to my house and put oil in my car which I never received a call back and the guy never showed up and on top of that suddenly my phone when I will call them was going straight to answer machine I called him another number in the phone rang through just perfectly fine but my number kept going to answer machine I do think that's completely unfair because you guys deliberately try to mess my car up even more read more

Pleasant people, terrible service. Had my car checked out a week ago, but just had my serpentine belt snap on the interstate in the middle of rush hour. Called them to see if they would do anything because they should have notified me that the belt was cracking. They basically told me it was a coincidence and they refused to do anything about it. Either their tech noticed and said nothing, which is negligent and dangerous, or they're too unskilled of a tech to have noticed, in which case they shouldnt be touching anything under a hood. You know the drill. You take your car in for quick oil chang and while you wait they bring out the dirty air filter. Well since the staff person quoted that it will cost me $9.99 to get the air filter change I agreee to have it done. I didn't noticed until I got my receipt that they charged me $34.00 instead. Not to mention the staff person did not have a clue how to credit me back. But he gave me $10 off for next oil change. Big Woop! I hurts me to give this review because this was a great service center at one time. Now I am looking for another location to go to. This trip started with the staff arguing with a customer over the groupon coupon, with the customer being right all along. Then my turn up. The vehicle check list from the service tech showed the following issues. Torn wiper blades, the blades are less the two weeks old and in great shape still. Coolant empty, checked the week before and when I got home, the coolant was full. Oil level was empty, was not allowed in the shop to see this for myself. Service in the past was always honest and up front. Now I am not so sure about this store anymore. Will be looking for a new service center for the next oil change. read more

This is the worst jiffy lube I have been to. The location is bad. Its small and they can only work on two cars. They tried to upsell me by saying they did not have conventional 5-20w motor oil!!!. Then they told me they could not rotate my tires because I had custom rims even though multiple jiffy lube locations have rotated my tires in the past. Bought a package. 4 oil changes as coupons. But I'll never use them here. Staff is slow, impatient with clients. Gives the clear impression that they work is too much effort. Management isn't helpful. Acts as though clients are imposing in their time. Unwilling to work with people and wants to charge extra for a basic oil change that was pre paid. I am only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I have had great service on other visits. Today it was a 2 hour wait because the car 2 cars ahead of me needed a part not in stock. I had hoped that the employees would ask those parked behind to back up just a bit to allow those of us stuck to pull behind in the other bay. This was never done, so cars just pulling in were in and out in half an hour while it was a 2 hour wait for me. Just know in advance that, although I know other businesses will accommodate cars stuck behind one needing additional service, this particular Jiffy Lube will not. Once you are in line for a bay, there is no way to back up to leave or get in another line. It could take 15 minute or 2 hours, or depending on the issues of the car in front of you, possibly longer. So allow a few hours to be safe. read more

I got my oil change in April and try didn't have the right oil filter since my car is brand new. They promised me they would have it the next day. It was not only not there the next day but its taken me coming in every two weeks for two whole months and promise after promise that they would get it in before they finally got it in. This is completely unacceptable and the only words I got from them was try another jiffy lube. Needless to say I won't be coming back. read more

I have taken my car to this Jiffy Lube now and then throughout 14 yrs living in the area. The service is always exceptional. I love that for minor auto issues you can drop by and if its in their wheelhouse they either make suggestions on how you can proceed with service work there or at another auto shop of your choice. If time allows and they know how to fix your auto issue, they will. We had a blizzard and my windshield wipers became mangled and had been frozen at the base. I could only afford 1 wiper and they rearranged the new wiper to be on the driver's side instead of the passenger side. There was an issue with the arm as well and the team helped me above and beyond. I was having a bad week and was grateful and started to cry tears of joy. I always feel great when I leave the Buckley and Iliff location. Kudos to the entire service team. read more

I went there because they have always been fast but when i went this time i should have just left right when the young man asked me to pop the hood. I have a Smart car so that worried me. The engine is in the back. He had never seen a Smart Car before which really worried me. It is hard for me to pop the latches for the hood which he watched me struggle with because of arthritis and had tp leave it open when he said we will figure it out. I understand when someone maybe hasn't seen this car before but its also not that unusual either. I told him the engine was in the back but he didnt listen. When i saw there was a 2 hr wait i left 30 mins later. Knowing the person stated they have never seen this car before really worried me and caused me issues even getting the hood off for no reason. I left and went to Midas. They are so much better. Dont go here if you have a less popular car. Go to someone more experienced. read more

10/22/18. Terrible service. The little guy working the register tried pushing synthetic oil on my 4 times, maybe they have set number they have try. The was a gentleman ahead of me who they tried to say he was in need of a air filter, turns out the guy had changed it a few days earlier and the filter they brought out was not his, they were just trying to get him to buy a new filter, scumbag move. I told the little guy at the register I know my filter is dirty and I'm not interested in a new one. From their on it was bad service. Guy called me by the wrong name and I corrected him then he did it again trying to insult me. When they finally finished they didn't reset my maintenance light or put air in my tires like I requested. Been going here for awhile and will not return. Stay away from these shysters. read more

Horrible place. First, my wait time was around 2.5 hours. The two men who were working on the cars were taking smoke breaks. The customers before me said they were waiting for three hours. The guy at the desk never spoke up and you couldn't understand him or hear him. He basically just would stare at you. Awful place .... it shouldn't take 3 hours for an oil change. Get better staffing and train your people to speak up, and train them not to take smoke breaks when it's so busy. read more

After having a punch card dispute at the Meineke next door (boot leg punch card?? REALLY?) I went to Jiffy Lube and received excellent service and I was out in under 10 Min!! AND if any of my fluids are running low they replace them at any time anywhere in the nation for free! Good to know. read more

Paid $179 for services and they didn't do the basic check of air pressure even though they said they did after I asked when the tire light was still on. Went to a car wash and three of the four tires were low, including on at 17psi! The light went off after I did what they should have! read more

They did a good job checked all my fluids and told me where they were as far as levels. Did a good job on the oil changed and even checked the brakes for me. I was worried about the brakes so it would have been a great time for them to take advantage of me but they didn't they were honest and told me that my brake pads and rotors look good and next time I get an oil change I should have my brakes pads changed and brakes evaluated for the shaky but for now all looks well. I hate getting my oil change cuz I always feel like they try to charge you for everything possible but these guys didn't and I never felt pressured to buy anything extra. read more

Worst experience ever for an oil change. 1st. They put the wrong oil in my cat. Had to drain & refill with the correct oil. Was there almost 2 hours. No apology. They just said they would make it right. Then I ask the payment to be spread across 3 cards because I didn't have enough $$! On 1 card. They couldn't manage to do that either. Ended up putting the majority on my credit card instead of my debit card. To top it all off when I left they gave me the wrong sticker indicating when my next oil change was due. The sticker as I my next oil change was due at 19130 miles. Ha.... I have 60k miles on my car. I would never recommend nor will I ever go back to these clowns. I joined yelp just so i could give these guys a great rating.. .I went in to get a basic oil change (I even took my husband because I've had such horrible experiences, but turns out he wasn't needed!) and they really went above and beyond in friendly, fast, respectful customer service. I ended up getting more done than just an oil change, but each service was explained to me clearly and without making me feel like I'd be a moron if I didn't buy it! Oh, my gawd, what a mess. I am writing this as a Father of the victim of this Jiffy Lube. Oil change fine. Then they convinced her to do a tire rotation. As she left she noticed that the if didn't feel right. She pulled over at the nearest safe spot. The lug nuts were loose. She drove back. By then the lug nuts were gone, damaged the wheel. After scratching the paint with their jack, they realized they didn't have lug nuts to fix it with so they used other nuts they forced on. She managed to make it to Les Schwab. $129.51 and five hours after she entered Jiffy Lube, she had a mismatched wheel, and other repairs. 7 days later (today) she gets a check for the amount. No apology, no matching wheel, and she paid for that tire rotation ($14!!) The Dad in me says they take advantage of women, but you be the judge. And my daughter tells me that the manager did the tire rotation. You be the judge, but the Dad says, stay away. read more

I only came here because it was the closest place to my house to get an Uber inspection, and after hearing the guy at the counter I wouldn't ever come back here. In two straight customers the guy at the counter told one guy that you have to service your differential at 15,000 miles (it's more like 50,000 miles). Then the next guy up asked about getting his cabin air filter changed and was told your car doesn't have one. A quick Google search on his make and model shows he absolutely does have one. Went in for an oil change about a month ago and was totally disgusted with the way the young man behind the counter, while I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my car to be completed, I observed and heard him trying to hit on couple of the female customers by asking them for there phone numbers and even asking one of them to go to dinner that night, I feel this behavior is totally unacceptable in a work place, I thought jiffy lube was a place to get your oil changed and not a dating service place, I will not go back until the person is gone from the company. read more

Wow!! I pulled up and felt like royalty. I am used to having most of the guys at these places not care and put no effort into the oil change, but this experience was surprisingly different! When I pulled up, a very polite young man came and asked me which service I would like. After asking him a question, he answered it thoroughly and I then prepared myself mentally for the up-sell... Well, like I said: this time it was different and he didn't try to up-sell me. In fact, at that point an employee opened the car door for me in true gentleman fashion and another employee opened the passenger side door for my daughter! As we strolled toward the office another one opened the office door for us and politely offered us a seat in the waiting room! As if that wasn't great enough, they didn't try to high pressure me into using a more expensive oil or coerce me into buying additional services that I didn't need. I said exactly what I needed and they respected my choices. When I asked for the manager so that I could rave about the service, he said that their particular location was under new management and they are trying to project a customer-friendly environment and experience. I told him that they were definitely succeeding. When they had finished with my oil change, they brought me out into the bay and showed me that the oil cap had been properly replaced, the fluids had been topped off and asked if I had any more questions. My only question was, "Why can't every day be like today?!" Just kidding, I didn't really say that. However, I will be back and certainly do appreciate the effort they are putting forth especially since this type of service and attention is rare anymore. read more
