I don't normally leave reviews for places like this, but I had such a positive experience that I felt inclined to leave a review. My husband normally changes my oil, but it was very overdue and he hasn't had time. Therefore, I stopped by here in a Thursday morning. The guys were super efficient and very nice. They didn't talk down to me, being a female, and were very helpful and understanding. I mentioned that I needed to use the restroom, and because it's only men who work there, one of them took the time to clean it for me before I went in. It was unnecessary but very nice. I ended up being a bit more than originally quoted because my air filter was filthy and something was striped and needed to be replaced, but they graciously gave me a discount to offset the added costs. It just so happened that I had a case of motor oil in my vehicle which was reserved for the free oil change I normally get at my dealership. The dealership had no power and so my appointment was canceled but I wanted to get my oil changed anyway. Dropped by this location and John advised it would be a reasonable $30 to get my oil changed using my own oil. I got to sit and watch the entire oil change process which I must admit is far more procedural than I would've expected. The guys communicate throughout the entire thing to insure that every step is appropriately done. They checked and topped off all of my fluids and had me out the door in about 15 minutes. I went here shortly after purchasing a Used Certified Pre-Owned vehicle for a regular oil change. To be fair, the team was quick and besides costing about $40 more than my current synthetic oil changes, I was pleased with the service. Fast forward to me getting my annual emissions test/vehicle check and the place where I originally bought my car tells me that my splash shield has been cut off. The only place I went to after buying this car from a certified dealer was Jiffy Lube, so we've determined that it was cut off here. Apparently this happens often. That's no big deal, except replacement for this part costs $200-300. Not a small charge for an actually important car part. I didn't even know what a splash shield is, much less approved it being cut off. I've gone to Jiffy Lube for most of my oil changes in the past, but I won't be going there anymore. It's super shady when someone cuts something off that's important to your vehicle without disclosing it to you. Stay away from this place because I'm out $250 now. read more

I took my tesla into their shop to see if they would install a third-party fog light upgrade. The guy that I talked to was rude. It's not the fact that Jiffy lube wouldn't install it because it was for a Tesla, it was the manner in which he said it to me in that "Don't bother me with this" type of attitude. And then he seemed to be annoyed with he fact that I was waiting for him in the office - "What are you doing in here? The office is closed bc of COViD?". He said this in a manner as if I were an idiot for being in there. First off, he wasn't worried enough about COVID to wear a mask after coming into the office. Secondly, the guest entrance into the office was unlocked. And thirdly, there was no sign stating that the office was closed. This is not a referendum on Jiffy Lube in general. Here's your Gen-Z review. 4/5 experience and here's why. I go in for my oil change, tell the guy what I need, get out of my car and go sit in the waiting area. One of the employees comes over with the iPad confirming the oil I need, then cashes out the people who had been there before me. A random guy walks in and the employee immediately cashes him out... he goes "you had the Honda accord right?" Turns out he charged him for my car lmao. 30mins later the entire staff couldn't figure out how to reverse the charge. They ended up having to FaceTime the manager that wasn't there and have him walk them through it. Long story short, we both got free service and I walked out with a free oil change lol read more

I came to this jiffy lube for a routine oil change and to get my coolant topped off. There were no issues with my car, no lights on the dash, and I keep up with regular maintenance on the car. The negligent employees not only left my dip stick broken, but drained my coolant and failed to put more in before they rushed me out the door because it was close to closing time. Because there was no coolant in the car, it over heated. Because the dip stick was broken, the oil leaked out. This lead to more issues, such as my check engine light coming on and my water outlet flange cracking (due to the overheating). When the jiffy lube employees "diagnosed" what happened to my car, they 1) were incorrect, as I had two more mechanics look at it and the issue was my oil dipstick being broken and my water outlet flange being cracked, not my thermostat housing as the jiffy lube employees repeatedly told me and 2) They said it was a "coincidence" that all of this happened the same day I came in for the oil change and that they would not be accepting fault for my car now being rendered inoperable. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The negligence starts at the bottom and goes all the way up to the top here. Cody the technician, Robert the general manager, and Ryan the district manager will only put their heads together to get themselves out of the inconvenience of helping you, not to do their jobs properly, repair damages they caused, or get you the help you need. The corporate number they give you to once again try to get you out of their hair will only tell you that jiffy lube is a franchise and you'll have to figure it out with their district manager, so you'll be going back and forth with these people. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY. read more

I came in for an oil change and the service from this location blew me away. The skid plate in the bottom of my car was damaged and dragging on the road so they offered to remove it free of charge. While I was waiting, I asked Emily at the front desk where she'd recommend for a car wash and vacuum because I recently moved from another state and Latrice said they could vacuum my interior for me. Again - for free. Then at the end, the cashier accidentally overcharged me for my service and Corey gave me a full refund. Very much a wow experience from this location. this is the worst car service experience I have ever been Provided. NEVER COME HERE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR. We recently took our car to get a routine oil change, they broke the dipstick to the oil and tied it back with a metal clothes hanger! (which caused a leak) then offered to top off the coolant, drained it all and never replaced it then sent us on our way after being rushed out. The car over heated and now has engine issues all the oil leaked out and they are claiming it broke coincidentally the same day. We hired a mobile mechanic to look at the issue and confirmed it was caused by negligence and are still fighting to get our car fixed! Wow. I have never had a bad experience at any jiffy lube location, but these guys went above and beyond. Oil change. Transmission (even showed me how it's done and talked to me about lots of car maintenance not involving their services that they reccomend I keep an eye on for my super old 01 grand marquis), plus, while this was all happening, one of the awesome employees cleaned my windows, vacuumed my car, and even took trash out of it. I felt guilty for someone doing all that work for me. These guys are informative, helpful, interesting to talk to, and extra kind. Thank yall for your friendly service. Moments ago, I pulled into my local Jiffy Lube at 1705 W. Ben White to get an oil change. I'd left some money in the car and retrieved it within 90 seconds of pulling in. There was already $10 missing. Plus, the guy behind the counter insisted I had to use synthetic oil, which I could not afford, and which is also not true. So I said forget it and drove away. And, to top it off, they drained most of the oil without telling me (I wasn't there for but five minutes), but fortunately I caught it almost immediately. These people are dishonest. Another issue. When I went to Jiffy Lube last week. no lights were on on the dash. When I left, the 'low tire pressure' light was on. I thought it was a fluke and somehow related to them checking out the electronics in my car. Nope. Looked at it a day later and the tire is nearly flat. How is this possible if they allegedly did a tire rotation and checked all air levels? Also, I called HQ and left a message, they have not responded. I am not replying to the offer from mgmt below, there is nothing I need from Jiffy Lube. I was in desperate need of an oil change. Came to this location based off fellow Yelpers. When I arrived there was absolutely no wait. Technician pulled me right in. Asked to discuss price before they started. Gentlemen showed me the prices. There were three options for me to choose from. Ask which one he recommended, and he said the cheapest one would be fine.
